First time in Mouchak Street and YOU have to go! It’s the best for spicy kebab spot with amazing food. The Mouchak’s Naga Zeng kebab is to die for. IT WAS FIRE!! They also have other creative dishes like pizza sandwiches! The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience. Make sure you take cash if not there cash point right outside. Would be better if there was card payment. But the food was firee 🔥🔥

The food here is actually a lot better than i expected! The food here visually and taste wise is very good! I also like the fact they added complimentary fries i felt like i was getting treated very good here. I would come again if i have the opportunity to!

Unfortunately this place is all style no substance. Walking in the place is welcoming, however once you are sat the table and drinks menu is a bit sticky. Food was lacking in taste really not worth it. Chips portion was a bit of a joke. On the flip side staff were polite however I wound it eat here again.

Been here a few times as it's a go to with a group of people. Always get the BBQ chicken wrap, freshly made wrap bread, not the usual shop packet ones. Pizza was freshly made too, nice and light. Never disappointed when coming. Always recommend!! Plenty of seating for singles, couples and families.

After been recommended to try this places by family member i give it a go as I was hunger order the Bombay spicy omelette sandwich and latte coffee to go with omelette overflow the sandwich in the middle no flavour or it chicken pieces inside no taste believe it packed frozen ones you can from local desi market suppliers big let down desi breakfast whilst waiting for my order have couple larger Bengalis woman going overboard talking about overseas business coffee wasn't even bloody latte coffee service in smallest coffee cup eating area was clean definitely not be coming back bad taste to my mouth after the Bombay sandwich one final note when person comes to order don't look down at him he doesn't need to wear his best clothes to eat your restaurant never judged book by it cover

Have been going there quite a few times recently. My wife's favourite is Mouchak zeng sandwich. I have the mix grill pizza with extra pineapple, and the pizzas don't make me feel bloated which is a bonus. I'll have to try one of shukti items next just out of curiosity.

Yesterday, my husband and I found ourselves in a bit of a culinary conundrum, unsure of where to satisfy our craving for something both different and nutritious. It was then that we stumbled upon this hidden treasure. From the moment we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised by the impeccable service. The establishment was impeccably clean, creating a welcoming atmosphere. As for the food, it exceeded all expectations, with each dish bursting with flavor and freshness. Needless to say, we've already made plans to return and indulge in this culinary delight once more

Visited this joint after hearing a lot of raving reviews. I thought I'd give it a shot and see for myself. I must say I wasn't overly satisfied with my visit here. Firstly, the waiter that served us pretty much decided what I was going to eat. I ordered the Suleman Parda Biriyani and Calzone but was told "the chef doesn't know how to cook them" so he talked me into ordering from their burger selection, which I did. Tried to order some juice and was talked into ordering a 7up. He even chose the dessert for me, didn't really feel like I had much options. It almost felt like most of the menu items are fillers and not really sold here. Overall, the food was ok, the same as you would get in any other fast food place. Can't really say there's anything outstanding or unique here. People are pretty much bigging this place up for the sake of it. Not niche enough, all glitz no glamour. Still not the worst place in this vicinity.

This is a small but friendly dinner, but every time I have been here I have not been disappointed. The pizzas are amazing, no frozen or premade meats, proper chunks of meat on the pizzas. Also very reasonably priced.

Really decent place, great food and service. Sometimes they take a while to serve food. But I would recommend, simple, no frills kind of place. Decent prices.

Really like everything about this place. Great service. Ordered a pizza and it was ready promptly and arrived piping hot. Stonebaked, well presented, Good flavours on the pizza, nice and cheesy. Will definitely be returning.

The food and service is excellent. It would be great if the restaurant replaced Pepsi and 7up with alternatives to stop supporting companies that support the genocide in Palestine. This would help their commitment to social responsibility.

1 of the best places in birmingham, food was top quality I was surprised how cheap it was, I thought I'd be spending alot more because of the quality of the food, customer service was amazing, me and my friends asked the waiter what should we get and he knew exactly what to recommend unlike other places that give you a generic answer like "everything is good", they also gave us free tea because we travelled all the way from luton and it was our first time in their place, definatly will visit the place next time I go Birmingham.

Top Quality Food served by lovely brothers

I was on a visit from Italy, wandering and searching for breakfast and found this place. Ordered Desi breakfast. Initially everything was good, until their prathas came. They were terrible and I never saw this much dry parathas in my life. Daal, omelette and halwa were okay. And when their tea came, it was even worse than parathas. I finished everything because I was hungry but it was not a great experience. Also, make sure that you have cash in hand because they told me their machine is not here and we only accept cash. Please improve tea and parathas.

Came here for dinner for 2 people and wasn’t disappointed, 2 lamb shawarmas and 1 grill mix pizza for £27 was fully worth the price. Very quick service and clean restaurant.

Nothing to really shout home about. The Naga Zeng Kebab was luke warm and just tasted of nothing. You could tell they've tried to make something of the doner meat but whatever it is they did with it didn't have any depth in terms of the flavours penetrating through to the doner meat. The naan was okay and the only saving grace was the good service..oh and the music/nasheed was too loud. I'll not be visiting again.

I ordered from uber. Minus it being late (not the second drivers fault). The food went to waste. I did say please ensure the naan is fresh as it’s coming late, they said it was. Both naans went in the bin. The mixed donner was not the way it usually is. Tasteless and their was slimey bits in it. A let down

First visit first impressions. Lack of staff front house. No customer service. No cutterly. Wrong order. No apology. We ordered margarita pizza for kids and a chicken wrap meal. It took over 35 mins for food to arrive. My chicken wrap was a chicken shawarma wrap my kids were so hungry I didnt rectify it. I highlighed I had waited along time for food no apology from staff just a shrug. No extra fries for late service this would have made me feel valued. Clean lovely atmosphere. Clean working toilets. Great pizza hence why I gave 1*. Did see a group of 6 lads walk out had you had front service staff you wouldn't lose customers!!

I'm so glad we chose to go here for lunch and would definitely want to visit again. The atmosphere was lovely, nice decor and comfortable seating. The staff were friendly and very accommodating and the food was absolutely delicious. My friend got the pitta, lovely fresh bread and smelled delicious. I got the kebab with salad and naan. The kebab was amazing. It was bursting with flavour and the salad and fresh tasting naan on the side was perfect. The prices are very reasonable and they don't overcharge on drinks like many places. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff and great food. I order the Big baba boom burger and it did not dissapoint, the portion size was really big as well :) At the time we went they only accepted cash, but that was fine because the staff allowed us to withdraw money from the Barclays Bank just near so Id advise anyone going to take cash with them or withdraw money before hand. Would recommend this restaurant

Upon making this unfortunate discovery, I immediately brought it to the attention of your staff. However, I was disappointed with the response I received. The issue was not handled in a professional manner, and the lack of concern displayed by your employees further exacerbated my disappointment. Moreover, when I approached your customer service department to rectify this issue, I was met with poor service and a dismissive attitude. 4 years later Allahuma barik still the best desi breakfast spot in small heath with reasonable price & portions are still just perfect. Extra bonus is that they don't play music. Great customer service alhamdulillah. Please don't change like most restaurant around here, they start well and then after few months go down the hill ☹️

Staff were very friendly and offered great customer service. The place was very clean and had a relaxing atmosphere. Food was delicious, the star of the show was the pizza sandwich which is 10/10. The bread was delicious as it was freshly made. Would definitely go back again just to try more items on the menu!

Quiet restraunt food is served fresh, the ribs were quiet pricey and the meat was scarce (wouldnt recommend for the price point), the donner Stir fry with naan was delicious but warning its is spicy so only have it if you can handle your spice i got a large portion which was generous helping, the pizzas are freshly made with a lovely dough and priced really fairly the kids really enjoyed it. Staff are friendly, All in all good but not outstanding.

Nice Bangladeshi Kebab restaurant. Overpriced for what’s being served. I can get a doner and mix grill large kebab for £17 so not sure why I spent £40 for the same and a large pizza.

Mouchak Streets has never disappointed me and their food is very tasty. Been here couple of times. The owner was proper respectful and nice. Gave the food fresh and on time. I would recommend to everyone to check this place out.

Tasty English breakfast which runs until 3pm and relatively good place of choice for families.

Amazing food, visited Birmingham twice during 2 weddings and dined here the final days of our visit, sylheti pizza is out of this world, i would definetely recommend this place to friends and families

Have been eating at Mouchak Street regularly for quite some time (in the restaurant and also via Uber) but after yesterday's experience I don't think I will return. Still can't get my head around how a chef would make a sheesh kebab burnt to a crisp and then send it to a paying customer. A 5 year old would have thrown it straight in the bin. The chef should be ashamed of themselves. Halal food isn't only the way an animal is slaughtered but requires honestly and integrity too. Ripping people off like this without a care in the world is just terrible.

Went with friends today , they all looked moody dragging their feet, didnt tell us they only accept cash and food was tastless and dry overpriced. No customers and took 50min to bring food

Best mixed grill I've had so far. The food here is flavoursome and portions are good value for money. I will definitely be back to try something else and put it to the test. Service was quite quick and we didn't have to wait long for our food.

Breakfast was delicious both full English and Desi. A lovely atmosphere, very chic and reasonably priced so easy on the wallet. The man at the till was very well mannered and polite. 10/10 I can't fault it! Will definitely be going again! One of the best in Birmingham by my book.

I order from a here every other day now the food is 10/10 but the reason as to why I give it 2 start is because the Uber driver that dropped my delivery off had my straw in he's mouth 🤮

Decent food. Would rate the food a 6/10 Apparantly they don't take card payments which is a disgrace and for this reason won't be going again. The place could do with a once over clean to be honest. Was taking a picture of the lights as I really liked the lights only to discover loads of dust on there. These lights are directly above the table where food is placed. Not very hygenic and needs to be cleaned urgently.

Have you changed your chef? Food was always 10/10 I've been coming for years but the past few experiences in the last few months just haven't been the same. Such a shame as I always loved the flavours. The pizza I had last time had really chunky toppings and cheese wasn't grilled well like normal. I just had the zeng hot wings and they were barely grilled with sauce plopped on top, but in the past they were chargrilled with crispy skin. Really seems like the cook changed because the food quality isn't as good :(

Went there today with my family (6 of us). We had the platter for 2, two grill burgers, kids mix platter and peri peri burger. All the food was cooked quickly and tasted awesome. Fries were fresh and crispy and lively kick to their Chilli Sauce. Everything was reasonably priced. Bengali, Sylheti twist to donner meat was spot on. Decor and cleanliness was OK. Can’t complain at all and happy to visit again.

Mashallah I am going to start of saying that the customer service in this restaurant is top tier, I come here regularly with my husband and the brothers serving are always friendly, polite and respectful. Today I ordered from them on Uber eats and as I was ill I left a note to ask the food was prepared extra nice not that it not normally isn’t and they left a lovely note with my order with a nice message and even gave me something extra, may allah reward them. The food is really quality and leave you feeling more than satisfied. Whether it’s breakfast lunch or dinner it’s a lovely place to go with ur other half, family and friends. Even their hot teas and coffee are better than the standards coffee shop. Jazakullah khairun for always looking after us.

Had the shutki (dried fish) pizza - just wow! This concept could easily have gone soo sooo wrong, but the flavours are incredibly well balanced. A very unique pizza experience, served in a place with a really chilled atmosphere, by staff who care :) For anyone looking for something out of the ordinary, I most certainly recommend trying the shutki pizza!!!

Breakfast was overpriced for the quality of the food received. The paratha, daal and halwa were not freshly made (seemed to be prewarmed). The Halwa was more of a paste rather than proper authentic fresh halwa. Must have been mixed up from a packet as it was very sweet with a lack of flavour. Portions were quite small for the price. The Desi Tea was a plus point! Customer service was average, no cutlery or napkins provided and had to walk over to the counter to request them.

The pizza sandwiches are the best and the sauces that come along with it are delicious and spicy. My wife got the peri chicken burger which was amazing and will come back again.

Great service. Nice kind helpful staff. There is a clean wash room available. Food was splendid, I ordered a spicy sandwich and the naga was on point. Food came quickly, no complaints.

Very disappointed, Brought a friend here to eat and was really embarrassed. Customer service is not great. Wanted a cheese cake but was given a normal cake. Man incharge was so stubborn and defensive until he read the box the cake came in. Food taste is standard that's why 2 stars otherwise would be 1 star rating. If you order a turkey rasher, they only give you 1. Omelette is tiny. When they give you cutlery they just place it on counter and table, better hope surfaces have been disinfected, they don't even put a napkin around it. Don't believe the reviews here. Place looks nice, but better places to eat near by.

Service is good and on time, sitting space and aesthetics are nice too. Food is average at best to be honest. Ordered the mixed Kebabish with nagga and shatkora but tasted incredibly bland. Needed a lot of sauce on top to give it some sort of kick. Other foods I tried were very average at best.

Top place to eat in birmingham. Nice and clean and their food is spot on you cannot complain about it. The staff are amazing helpful and with manner. Iftikar and Tanbir are the man. They know their menu inside out
