Morrisons Dundee Cafe in Dundee City

No wonder it was empty, had a bacon roll, am sure there are softer bricks. Just ate the bits of bacon and left the roll. Suggest they send it off to the Army to be used for artillery.

Shocking service. Dirty service areas. Seats and floors littered with crumbs and old food. Cups for tea and coffee are stained and looked disgusting, opted for paper cups instead. No trays - asked staff for one and was handed a dirty one. It’s self service for cakes but no utensil available to lift cakes with. God knows how many people had fingered them previously. Struggled to find somewhere to sit because most tables were uncleaned and stacked with dirty plates and trays. Perhaps if the staff were more attentive towards cleaning and less bothered about screaming about football and using their phones, our experience might have been better. The whole place just felt filthy, no wonder Covid is on the rise again with cafes like this on the go. First time at a Morrisons cafe was also my last.

ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTING AND THE SERVICE IS BLOODY SHOCKING!!! They are horrible to their customers and don’t offer refunds when the kids most of the items on your orders. And they don’t tell you their machines are broken and they can’t provide it and just don’t tell you that they won’t give you half your food

Recommend the Scottish veggie breakfast. Good deals as well and comfortable setting for something to eat, after doing your shopping. Came across as a bit hectic though and some tables needing cleaned when there, but overall worth a visit for something to eat and good value.

Visited on a Sunday afternoon, although quite tables were littered with dishes etc, clear tables went uncleared entire hour we were there , had to request a cloth to wipe the table we sat at, macaroni was cold and looked like it was scraped off the bottom of the pot, cutlery was filthy.

What a disgrace of a place!!!! Where do I start, table filthy!!! Asked for it to be cleaned, it was soaking after it was supposed to be cleaned… Cutlery was also filthy… Coffee machine was out of coffee beans. There was no milk, no tea spoons… when the food arrived it was cold!!! There was no point of complaining as it was young staff!!! Definitely won’t be back!!!!
