So in the news this week that they got a one star rating for local hygiene assessment How on earth did they managed to achieve one star? Chips in variably greasy overcooked stale tasting. Chairs and tables, not usually very clean. And teapot generally grubby. Constantly bombarded with music and announcements on a really high volume. Never enough staff to serve as well as take orders as well as as well as clean. Avoid unless desperate

Terrible terrible. The worst ever. The noddy sloth serving was completely inattentive. We only called in by chance. Ordered a breakfast. It was in the warmer in full view of me for 9 minutes before he bothered to bring it over. He was just wandering around like a tool as were his colleagues, and other people were getting annoyed it wasn’t just me ! There was no cutlery available for a while, When chummy the sloth FINALLY brought out meal (such as it was ) over, it was all disgusting , obviously been brewing for hours I actually couldn’t eat it. Never again

Human hair in the baked beans. Cutlery filthy with dried food on it, and a tide mark on the inside of the cup. If this is what is on display for the customer to see, heaven knows what goes on in the kitchen out of site. Will never go there again

Prices are good. Food is bland and the tables are filthy. The area where the cutlery is, dear me, it’s dreadful. Dirty and not cleaned.
