Loads of items missing again, so poor and constantly get away with it

Did not deliver so don't know how it tastes

My order had the toast missing but I’d been charged for it. Not happy.

Very nice breakfast. All items delivered nothing missing. 👍👍

Take away service is terrible, why would you accept the order to then make me wait for 35mins to then just cancel it. This has happened numerous times now. Get off just eat if you're not going to send orders, messing people about. Won't be using again!

Half the items missing yet again, who ever made this clearly hates their job, its not hard to follow the receipt of the order when there is probably 5 things on it

Food is always nice, but getting fed up with missing items, it's about £10 now..

Placed order at 9:50am, didn't get delivered until 11:54. Everything cold, soggy and disgusting what a waste of money. Really disappointed, don't think I'll ever order again

I have to say after reviewing other places, this was lovely, warm and looked like it was from the restaurant, no butter comes for toast, but best so far

It’s about 10 years since I last had a Morrison’s Christmas dinner, which I remember was reasonably tasty. But now it’s just awful. Everything either has no taste at all or tastes awful. The stuffing balls tastes like floor scrapings, the mashed potatoes nasty after taste the roast veg and roast potatoes have the bad stuffing taste. NEVERAGAIN so disapointed

Half the items missing some items I didn’t even order and the milky coffee has never been a milky coffee would not recommend at all

Missing items from breakfast additions and items asked to be removed still on, looks like the notes weren't read

Not quite what I ordered but don't mind as it was so delicious and the portion are o.t.t.

Went for breakfast l. The service was very fast. My friend enjoyed her sausage bap and my bacon bap was nice too.

Not sent what I ordered, no toast with breakfast which it says there should have been and also paid for extra which also didn’t come. Bacon also dipped in pan and taken straight out, not cooked at all. Rubbish for £15

Food great as always. This is my “go to” at dinner time

We had roast chicken dinners, the food was very good and well packaged to avoid any spillages. If I had one negative it would be that there was no carrots, however we did get two yorkshire puddings so i'm not complaining. I would definately order this food again as it was nice and hot and very tasty.

Everything is alway out of stock - awaiting a delivery! Went for a drink and cake while shopping this week and yet again no decaf tea, told they were waiting for a delivery and yet there are plenty of decaf teabags on the shelf in the store - not good enough Morrisons! Won’t be going again until they get their act together

forgot my scrambled egg, bacon sandwich, mushroom and hp brown sauce 😂

You forgot one bacon sandwich so I had to my daughter no breakfast for me !

Great breakfast but multiple items were missing off both breakfasts

Ordered an extra hashbrown and did not get one. Came fast and was very warm. Was nice food apart from the hashbrown.

Standard supermarket cafe .. breakfast ok and priced reasonable

The cafe at Bramley is freezing, when the food came it was luke warm, all the tea cups has tea stains on that with a quick wipe before going in the dishwasher would take it away.

Decided to try out their breakfast. We went to the self check out (would probably recommend going to the till instead) There wasn't an option for no beans on your breakfast but the picture showed beans in a separate small side dish. So ordered it. Nope! Breakfast came beans all over everything. Ordered two pots of tea, at to make it ourselves. Paid almost £30 for 3 breakfasts and 2 pots of tea and a hot chocolate. At to make the hot chocolate our self's with a machine, it was simple to use, just press the hot chocolate button. Apparently they must've ran out of chocolate because it was just warm milk. Probably won't go again.

Says they are open until 6pm serving food, we arrived at 5.29 and are told we stop serving food at 5.30 in which it litterly went to 5.30 as she said that and refused to put our order in! If you stop serving food at 5.30 you should state that. Also get some staff who arnt rude and act like you have disturbed them! She was an old women with scruffy hair! The place looked a mess also which isnt a suprise as it always looks like that! AVOID!

Food is usually of a good standard. This time ordered a bacon sarnie, with extra bacon for nearly £4!!, and it was disappointingly missing extra bacon, with only three slices.

Local Morrisons just called in for a cuppa after doing a bit of shopping. The place was clean but not very busy but it was late Saturday afternoon. Made a pleasant change getting a hot chocolate because the Parkgate branch cafe is diabolical got a teaspoon too😄 . Can't comment on food as we only had a drink

We have been going for breakfast most weekends for the last 3 years and they have been great but I don't know whats changed but the last 2 haven't been very good and unfortunately we'll be looking for somewhere else to go

Been in to have some food before shopping, there was 1 member of staff front of house who seemed to be doing everything, the tables were obviously not being cleared as I counted at least 10 with plates etc on. There was no clean cups and hardly any cutlery which is not surprising as there’s no staff to clean up. We usually have food regularly but in our opinion you need to get more staff in especially at busier times those poor ladies that work in there are always rushing around trying to do 3 things at once, gone down hill drastically and never seem to have anything in like sweetener, chicken burgers, always running out of beef burgers. The coffee machines are rubbish as either 1 is not working or the cappuccino or latte are cold.

In terms of shopping they are really great but do not use the cafe wasn't great at all

Good food but can be very busy and you might have to wait a long time for your food

Dirty cups and cutlery staff over worked constantly leaving the till to do other jobs causing massive queues won't use it again

Shocking. Dirty cups, raw mushrooms, what appeared to be rehydrated powdered egg under the description of scrambled eggs. Toast was really nice though.

Went for evening meal with family. The standard of cooking was very poor. Two separate plates of food had burnt inedible items on them. Initial choices were found not to be available only after wed ordered and paid for them and we had to make do with alternatives. Will not use cafe at Bramley Morrisons again for a long while. Total waste of money

Took 35 minute to get a breakfast

Staff are run off their feet, tables Don,t get cleaned and Don,t know what they using in the dishwasher the cutlery is not always clean.

Absolutely rubbish the place is freezing cold and the food goes cold quickly the service is poor and short staffed The tables have sharp corners and are injurious to visibly impaired customers who are on medication such as Warfarin.The chairs are also heavy for elderly people to move around.There is always some organization or Charity wanting money around the cafe area.need I go on?

Not the cleanest Morrisons. Baby highchairs dirty. Toilets dirty. No toilet roll. Had to use disabled.

Pretty good breakfast. And you can swap normal stuff, like tomatoes, for really good stuff, like sausage or bacon 👍

It was not overly busy this morning. We ordered 2 coffees, crumpets & toasted teacake at 8.50am. 9.14 we received COLD crumpets and cold well done toasted teacake that was broken into 3 pieces on one of the halves. Well below usual standards of Morrisons cafés

Absolutely terrible was short on items which was in the breakfast beans cold mushrooms cold sausages Luke warm paid for extra toast it never arrived asked about it lady looked at my receipt said ok will go get it never to be seen again so overall terrible experience will never ever eat there again

Not the best breakfast I've had. Need to check temperatures of items more often. Fried eggs like frizbes are not that appetising.

Drinks are good, everything else is average.

No flying start breakfast as they want you to buy more expensive one and when you ask for 4 toast you get two would not recommend this place to anyone

Food waiting time and table clearing below acceptable in early afternoon visit.

The lady serving was kind and pleasant however the back room kitchen were in chaos. They had run out of lasagne, steak pie, mushy peas and we're counting the number of jacket potatoes they had left. When stood in supermarket it seems crazy to be told we don't have a tin of peas!

Very slow service, stood waiting for ages while staff keep passing and saying nothing. Great value kids meals but let down by no children’s cutlery.

Slow service. Stood waiting to place order at hatch and nobody turned up. Turned out you had to go to the till to order. Not a problem but at least tell the customer that instead of standing there for an age with no sign telling you to order at till.

Very pleasant experience, happy cheerful pleasant staff. Nicely cooked and well presented breakfast. We will certainly be returning. it was worth the visit and we live in Sheffield, much better than our local morrisons.

Clean and friendly with a cheap and decent choice of food

Morrisons is a brand which one might expect to offer a similar experience from branch to branch. In Rotherham, however the offering was sparse and tired. This at about 10 am. Crockery was unclean as usual at morrisons.

After waiting 5 mins for a staff member to appear was told we were 2 mins late for beeakfast menus so ordered hunters chicken which turned out to be a over cooked chick breast with a slice of cheese only redeeming feature was free drinks

Quality food for the price. The best food and most organised of all supermarket cafés

Very good value ultimate breakfast with black pudding. Took a while to be served but worth the wait.
