First tables were not clean, staff not helpful didn’t inform us of where to get anything, waited ages, when food did come out it was cold! Returned it asked for refund which they gave, don’t bother going terrible.

Food is ok but service is horrendous. One coffee machine with no milk. When I told staff they just look at you and carry on in their slow pace. Eventually one of them decides to come and fill the machine. People told there’s an hour wait for food although it’s not that full. Food left waiting under heat lamps because no one is bringing it out. Tables not cleared. Wouldn’t mind if the staff were rushed off their feet but most of the time they’re just standing around like they’re lost!

Wasnt allowed in the conservatory as they didnt want to clean the two empty tables. Food came out different to the menu, drinks came out warm had to ask for ice. Drinks seriously overpriced compared to food. Not a great over priced experience.

Just witnessed awful customer service here. The lady in front of me ordered a breakfast sub, she was informed no sausage? OK you run out of ingredients sometimes ( quite often in Whitchurch) she was offered a reduction in price for the absent sausage. The lady then asked if she could have some tomatoes on her sub, a flat no. She queried why and then said she would pay extra for the tomatoes, still no ! Not allowed with breakfast sub. The attitude of the service person was shockingly bad, very arsey and everything seemed too much trouble, clearly in the wrong job.

Most of it was cold, also never recieved an update through the app, it took 1 hour on a Tuesday for them to change from “thankyou for your order” to “your order is on the way”. Delivery driver said it’s because they have 1 driver. Very disappointed when spending £40 that most of it is cold or luke warm and having no update on arrival or progress of the order. Rang up 2 times and was told waiting for driver to come back both times. Won’t be ordering from here again
