Morrisons Cafe in Shropshire

the first time.. lovely polite staff.. Comfortable, clean & well set out Cafe

Told a 40 minute wait . Not the staff on shift fault . understaffed. Cutlery dirty . Food on floor.lots of tables cluttered with dirty plates ect cups . Eventually cleared away .asked for a refund as waited to long .

Took 1hr 10minutes for the food to arrive, would of gone elsewhere had we of known how long the wait was especially having our children with us, it wasn't that busy and the staff didn't seem in a rush. No apologies when it arrived for how long it had taken. Food was luke warm, tasted ok for the price. Childrens meals arrived with 1 sausage when it said 2 on the menu. Won't be returning.

Had to wait half an hour for breakfast. Cold and tough going.would not be back anytime soon.

Just had the mist awful "toastie" served in a brown sealed bag....bread like cardboard! Won't be coming.ing back anytime soon😠

Totally understaffed. The 2 that are on are flat out but can't keep up.

On screen order,waited 20/25 mins, have to get own drinks get your own cake (who's to say I've paid?? All poor

First tables were not clean, staff not helpful didn’t inform us of where to get anything, waited ages, when food did come out it was cold! Returned it asked for refund which they gave, don’t bother going terrible.

Food is ok but service is horrendous. One coffee machine with no milk. When I told staff they just look at you and carry on in their slow pace. Eventually one of them decides to come and fill the machine. People told there’s an hour wait for food although it’s not that full. Food left waiting under heat lamps because no one is bringing it out. Tables not cleared. Wouldn’t mind if the staff were rushed off their feet but most of the time they’re just standing around like they’re lost!
