Stayed in the area for two days and this was our local supermarket . One star off as we turned up for some breakfast but there wasn’t any hot food available. Apart from that. It was your standard Scottish Morrisons. Topped up with Tattie scones, squared sausage, haggis and black pudding before heading back to North Yorkshire. If you are visiting from England, please note that the supermarket is open till 8pm on a Sunday.

Many products. Nice, helpfull staff. Good prices. Big carpark, "no coin" troileys. Too much customers at once.

Great produce. Excellent apple pie 🥧. The breakfast today was amazing...tried the Cumberland sausage today excellent 👌

Fruit and vegetables not of a great standard. Spoil very quickly. Don't always have fresh and packaged goods available and broken down van used as an excuse too readily.

I shop here everyday it's good for your money

So I came to Morrisons for a Breakfast. Looking forward to the” Ultimate “ Scottish Breakfast. Was told No Mushrooms. Yet the store had loads. Poached or scrambled eggs. Could I have fried please. No sorry can’t do them ! Eh you can’t do fried eggs on a breakfast no sorry. Ok. Could I have some money off the price for no mushrooms “you guessed it. “ NO. what kind of a Morrisons supermarket cafe cannot do Mushrooms when they have them and offer poached or scrambled eggs but not fried. And also the lady that took my payment was Ignorant.

6 of us went to Morrisons in Fort William for something to eat today, imagine our shock when 1 asked for an egg roll and was told sorry no fried eggs only scrambled or poached. Another was told he would have to wait an hour for scampi. I asked for lorn sausage & chips , I was asked would I take link instead of lorn I said yes but would have to wait 25mins, only for 2 people in the group to get lorn sausage on a roll. Sorry but rather disgusted and disappointed with our visit there

Being the bigger store it has every thing you need café as well

Fort Williams biggest supermarket with a decent carpark. Delhi counter, cafe, toilets, fresh food, bottle bank. Closest to town centre and literally at the train and bus station. Also a petrol station. Free parking but check the amount of time.

Popped in to stock up for holiday, the shop was freezing lots of empty shelves and as you entered shop it stunk of people smoking or vaping. Used Aldi instead.

The meat in the deli area is cheap and very delicious. It is the best choice for poor people traveling on their own. Friends who come here in a group or on their own can come here to replenish some meat and enjoy it. After all, when traveling in the UK, I couldn’t cook my own food, and eating out was too expensive. It was really a long time since I had eaten delicious and rich meat!

Top good food shop. Make sure you have a more card as prices without it are shocking

After lunch nearby we came here to shop , there’s free parking for 3 hours , bought strawberry 🍓, blueberry, raspberry, chocolate, wine , whisky and etc from here .

So Morrisons have decided to jump on the Tesco Clubcard data-sell-off bandwagon and create two tiers of customer with their 'More Card'. I've shopped at their supermarket for 20 years but I'll move to Aldi now. I don't wish to let you have and sell my shopping data and that's why I've stopped shopping in Tesco too. I understand that shoppers' data is worth a huge amount to you and you are willing to almost force shoppers to join with the huge discounts only available to members but, no, I'll just take my ~£100/week business elsewhere. The fact that prices have shot up over the last few years since being taken over by the US investment firm that is price gouging to maximise profits hasn't helped. Cheerio.

At service got told that they can't do fryed egg but they can do scrambled egg or porched egg ???🤣🤣🤣 Then it got serviced without egg... So then I asked the woman what happened to my egg and mushrooms they said they don't have mushrooms but we are in Morrisons!!!!!! ????? But got my egg eventually 🤣😂 and once we finished we had to check the shelfs and man there mushrooms 😉😂🤣 ( £25 wasted )

Stopped here for breakfast cups sticky, coffee machine broken for over a year apparently other one looked dirty and needed filled. Breakfast was awful solid fried egg, overcooked sausage & tattie scone fatty bacon. Went to Tesco the previous day like fine dining by comparison. Oh and now a pigeon flying over diners

Popped into Morrisons for a quick shop. The store was really logically laid out, which made shopping so much easier and quicker. Lots of lovely fresh produce and an excellent fishmongers. I found two beautiful throws at two for £10.00! There was a lot of choice, the store was very clean, the staff were really helpful, nice easy check out. All in all a very pleasant experience. 🏆

Was in Morrisons Cafe on Thursday and ordered something to eat I was served by a lovey young man called Lewis i waited 45 minutes for the food i could see other people complaining that there food was late also people taking food back after a 45 minute wait the food arrived cold the gave us extra cips that were hot on the outside and still frozen in the middle.Then a memder off the kitchen staff called Brittany walked past out table and shouted a heap off abuse because we had asked for a refund we were not the only ones getting a refund the manager was called and Brittany was then rude to him I dont think ill be back the place wasn't looking very clean either

Extremely overpriced supermarket. Certainly not a local supermarket. They class Fort William as a tourist destination so set prices accordingly, oblivious to the locals that can ill afford to shop there.

Great little store. Managed to get everything we need for the rest of our journey and the cafe was great too. Ideal to get a hot drink and enjoy the free refills for a while before setting back off.

Groceries available at supermarket prices

It's a morrisons what more can be said. Oh, if not Scottish, you need to remember the alcohol purchasing rules and the times within which it can be done.

Quick visit to get a few bits for dinner, shop was well stock and easy to navigate. Use self scanners, good selection, plenty of parking.

Large store, nice cafe, typical public toilets that let the place down unfortunately but that's the only downside to inside here. Huge car park with lots of room, but not well signed for the exit as it's one way only and each bit has markings for both directions lol. Honestly, well worth the two downs, not tried the cafe personally but it smelled good 😊 Edited to add.... I got a parking ticket for being longer than two hours. I am disabled and fighting this especially as it took 23 days to reach me by which time I had thrown the receipt 😡 buyer beware!

Roughly 17.30 today. You have got the rudest young guy on the self service till today. I asked him if there was any bags, he sneered at me and pointed to them. Didn't say a word. Is this usually the level of customer service you offer?

Morrisons in Fort William, located on An Aird Road, is a well-stocked supermarket offering a wide range of products from groceries to household goods and clothing. Only two staffed tills open. The queue for self-checkout ridiculously long. Crazy wait times. The worst staffed Morrisons I’ve ever been to. Avoid as soon as possible busy.

Went into the cafe for a quick bite to eat, I had what was suppose to be mac n cheese we chips, it was cold not fresh was pre made macaroni,(the sort you put in microwave) tables filthy, partner had all day breakfast and was warm, only good thing was the tea was hot, staff rude, overall place is filthy no one cleaning tables people had asked for their table to be cleaned and the woman that cleaned looked grumpy in being asked, no cups had asked staff member and she said quite snappy they in dishwasher, had to wait 5 minutes for them to appear, and had to out a cup back as was still tea stained, won't be back, I could not eat my meal so ended up having to buy a sandwhich as I am a type 1 diabetic and needed to eat, there was only 2 members of staff, both rude and unapproachable,

We did a click and collect order for the Fort William store but it was impossible to find the click and collect area. We drove around for ages and eventually asked someone. Then when we found it there was noone to help us. So I had to walk into the warehouse area to find someone. Not the relaxing start to our holiday we were hoping for.

Market is ok but the woman behind the deli is extremely rude. All the meat was ready to sell but she would send me away because they start at 9 and until then she has other things to do than serving customers. Quite an attitude.

Supermarket is fine. Usual Morrisons and large for this part of the world. Low stars due to cafe being very poor. Just waited along with others. Team members around doing there thing like clearing tables but not alerting the one person (apparently) who can serve or even bothered that several folk waiting. Conscious a cafe is probably a minor revenue stream for this supermarket but its ran like an amateur association/ charity concept

I recently popped into the café for some food and drinks. The staff were friendly, but they could've used a few clones. One lady said she was single-handedly cooking for everyone, and it was quite the circus. To top it off, one of the coffee machines was on strike, resulting in a queue for hot drinks that felt like it stretched to next Tuesday.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. Waited an hour for breakfast. Spoke to the server who advised it never went through the till. Was advised food would be served asap. Waited another 40mins and nothing. Other people who came in after were served, ate and left. Walked out starving and upset. Thankfully ordered breakfast and not a Sunday roast, as we'd probably be waiting till the following Sunday for it to be served. Absolutely appalling.

Waited over 1 hour for breakfast and had to re plan the rest of the day around this because the staff here forgot about us. Absolutely disgusting service! No one should have to wait that long.

All six of us wild camping in Fort William attended at 10:15am this morning, starving and excited for an Ultimate Scottish Breakfast, queued for 20 minutes to be told the kitchen wasn't serving breakfast for 30 minutes to catch up, I said we would happily wait 30 minutes and they still refused to take our order offering us tea and cake, funnily enough we said no. We then walked further into the café to see multiple people eating breakfasts with anything on them from bacon to poached eggs?! I pointed out there was no sign to tell any of the other 15 people behind us that they weren't serving breakfasts either to get nothing but a "Dime Bar?!" blank look. Won't be going there again! D- 👀🙄

Quieter than I remember but just as good.

How times change! Once upon a time this was the place to shop in Fort William, not anymore. Empty shelves, products you once bought, not available anymore and the cafe, best just to forget it.

Brilliant location right next to Fort William Station

Standard Supermarket options you'd expect in any Morrisons, a lot of local produce too. The car park is entirely terrible at handling any meaningful amount of traffic and you can easily sit in a queue for an hour just to leave. Pizza defrosted on the way home, thanks, son's crying.

Largest supermarket in Fort William. However the shelves especially in the fruit section are mostly empty for the 2 days I went there on holiday. Offers petrol at cheaper prices than Esso and BP.
