Morgans Hotel in Swansea

We had an excellent stay at Morgan's. Amy and Ben gave us such a warm welcome, and we were thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade to the stunning Henry Belle suite—full of beautiful period features and grand, elegant décor. The bar had a lovely, relaxed ambience—perfect for a pre-show drink before heading to the Grand. Breakfast was another highlight, with an impressive selection of fresh produce alongside a delicious full cooked option. We’ll definitely be back!

A beautiful building, and a wonderful stay. Very attentive staff, from start to finish. We stayed in the townhouse, which was stunning. A very spacious room, with a lovely bathroom and shower. Breakfast was also 1st class. We will definitely be staying here again, the next time we stay in Swansea.

Went to a funeral wake at the Morgan’s on Wednesday. Service was amazing, beautiful scenery and warm atmosphere. A special thank you to Meg and Sophie for their amazing service and especially Amy in reception for her excellent hospitality and service, will be coming here again.

Absolutely stunning hotel beautiful decor and classically edwardian style rooms. Very tastefully done. The staff go above and behond to help you extremely nice and well presented they make you feel at ease. The food is amazing and I would have no hesitation rating this hotel as a 5 star. Definitely worth booking. Russell Morgan will be booking in here again

Arrived and our room was freezing. Asked staff to turn it they told me it was done. Callled back still freezing, asked again they said it was sorted. Came back at 12:00, room was still freezing, called staff, Ben called to to room and agreed the room was feeezing. It was warmer in the hall than the room. Not acceptable for a room that cost £135 a night. They have refunded my money. But I wish I’d stayed at home, will not be returning. Premier inn was better than this.

Morgans Hotel Swansea: A Luxurious Retreat Morgans Hotel Swansea is a fantastic hotel that offers a luxurious and comfortable stay in the heart of the City. The hotel is within walking distance of many of Swansea's attractions, including the marina, the beach, bars and for us was perfect for visiting our son in Uni. We’ve stayed 3 times now and the rooms are stunning, the pick of the bunch was the Suite we had on our 1st visit. The staff at Morgans Hotel are friendly and attentive, and they go out of their way to make sure guests have a comfortable stay.

Stayed here over the Xmas parade period and was a fantastic stay! With work activity involving the hotel and a celebrity guest - the team went well above and beyond. Facilitating room service, helping with buying and storing props, extra concierge vehicles, side entrance for security and making the suite / rooms look lovely and homely on arrival. Never seen a team go so above and beyond and well above what was required. Big shout out to Aaron for facilitating all pre, during and post communications.

Stayed here for one night on a Saturday, in room Zeta. We had a wonderful stay! The room was amazing, we kept being so impressed by how large it was and good value for what we paid. The TV was massive and very nice, internet was fast, and we found the room very quiet. Also it was convenient having such a high quality bar so close to the room. We will 100% return here next time we need to stay in Swansea!

Lovely hotel, great setting, staff are very good

I have been to Morgans a few times. Some rooms are great and upgraded and comfortable. However, in some rooms, I would give only one star. The tv doesn't work, no air-conditioning, no hairdryer, the Internet is very poor. The staff are OK, some are nice and helpful. The food is excellent! The Morgan is still one of the best hotels in Swansea.

A great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel was grandiose and chic with an air of gentlemen's club from times past. Our room was lovely, we were in the John Bright suite. My only complaint is that it can get pretty noisy. Guests checking in, walking down corridors or in their rooms above along with locals arguing or shouting outside did keep us up. Breakfast was nice although more limited in choice compared to other lower end hotels I've been to. That said, Eggs Benedict was on the menu which is my favourite breakfast dish. Shame that chef overcooked my poached eggs though. All in, this is a really nice hotel. Would I come back? Probably not, only for the fact that the surrounding area isn't fantastic when there are places like the Mumbles only a 20min drive down the road.

Stopped in for a drink but only had a choice of two lagers 1 was peroni which was horrible,no atmosphere in there probably wouldn't go there again.

We arrived to do wedding hair and makeup, reception staff most helpful.

Wonderful stay. Nice room, bar and restaurant. Excellent staff, all incredibly friendly and helpful. A lovely gesture upon arrival in the room with a happy anniversary card and roses on the bed and bathroom. Can’t recommend enough.

A wonderful hotel with lovely rooms, totally steeped in history. Lots of original features and great details. Great service and a really nice atmosphere. The room was very comfy and quiet with everything I needed. Delicious breakfast and a great bar. Close to the beach and town centre and arena.

I stayed here while I was working in Swansea. I have been to Swansea many times for work but this was my first time at the Morgan. I wish I had known before how nice the place was and how amazing the staff are. From the reception team Amy and Megan who were so nice and Ben who showed me around and really went the extra mile to make sure I had all I needed for my stay. Quality bar, amazing rooms Fantastic location…..will only stay here going forward.

stayed in clwyd which is across the road from the main hotel. room was ok. fab bathroom. welsh breakfast was jnteresting with cockles and lavabread which was really very nice. the rest of the breakfast was only ok
