Food not to brand standard,Costumer service absolutely horrible, Manager Vera very unprofessional, rude and unfriendly another manager Blaz had no interest regard complaint 🙄 People like this shouldn't work in Retail 0 people skills. Both refuse the contact number for Costumer Care. I would like to raise awareness that not always people want something free , sometimes people are just want to get them food right the first time so they dont have to be dealing with Rude Management. 😡

Fell for their order online scam. Placed order for collection on their website, went to pickup, sat about for 20mins to then be told order did not come through even though website confirmed and money taken from bank account. Told them reporting to bank for fraud. Very rude staff who didn't give a toss

Ordered two chicken gyros and two cokes, worked out at roughly £40. The meals came and were absolutely freezing. Sent them back and received another two in a matter of minutes, only thing that was warm was the plate. It’s a real shame because if it was warm it would have been lovely. Also the music is that loud you can’t hear yourself think.

local kids hanging around in the restaurant kept bothering us for free food. They were disturbing the peace in the restaurant . They looked intimidating.
