Comida no a la marca estándar, Servicio al cliente absolutamente horrible, Gerente Vera muy poco profesional, grosero y antipático otro gerente Blaz no tenía interés en considerar la queja 🙄 Personas como esta no deberían trabajar en Retail 0 personas habilidades. Ambos rechazan el número de contacto de Atención al Cliente. Me gustaría crear conciencia de que no siempre la gente quiere algo gratis , a veces la gente solo quiere conseguirles comida bien a la primera para no tener que estar lidiando con el Manejo de la Rudeza. 😡

Food not to brand standard,Costumer service absolutely horrible, Manager Vera very unprofessional, rude and unfriendly another manager Blaz had no interest regard complaint 🙄 People like this shouldn't work in Retail 0 people skills. Both refuse the contact number for Costumer Care. I would like to raise awareness that not always people want something free , sometimes people are just want to get them food right the first time so they dont have to be dealing with Rude Management. 😡

My number was 17 and I just bought around 13:05, only 20 minutes ago. As the pictures show, I bought a meal deal, that was medium fries and drink, but the chips obviously less than how many it should be, the staff make my drink fallen, causing about 1 cm lower than standard. My drink was in her hand, within the take away bag and on the table. She didn't apologize but directly went to serve next customer. No refilling, no apology, her attitude was very bad and rude.

Wouldnt even give 1 star but no choice for lower Always a shambles at hulme asda order food online and always something wrong either special requirements are not met or always missing something food comes Luke warm at best (not very often)and I'm only down the road fries are going down hill with the brown bit or green bits half the time lucky to get sauces requested and mcdonalds app doesn't refund for any of it inside place is over crowed at tills and tables always have mess on them from previous diners too small fir the location it's at and kids toys on happy meals are always old ones never the new updated what's now toys

I was very disappointed with my recent visit to McDonald's. I ordered a Happy Meal for my child, expecting a toy that fits the season. To my surprise, we received a Christmas-themed toy – even though Easter is just around the corner! It felt lazy and careless, as if no effort was made to update the promotional items for the current holiday. This kind of oversight shows a lack of attention to detail and customer experience. I expected better from such a well-known brand.

Traté de pagar pero la máquina no funcionó así que se le pidió que pagara por la otra y pasó de £ 10 + a £ 11 + ! ! Esperé una eternidad por comida fría no comestible, frío en parte debido al personal que llena las bolsas de Deliveroo y no le importan un carajo los clientes frente a ellos Si hubiera estado por mi cuenta y no hubiera llevado a mi amigo a almorzar se lo habría tirado de vuelta. El piso estaba mojado y resbaladizo, las mesas sucias y lo que parecía un vagabundo tomando un trago en la mesa de la esquina. Nunca más.

The service was extremely slow, as someone who used to work at a much busier McDonald’s a few years back, I could easily tell that the issue was in the kitchen and especially on the assembly line. Was waiting a ridiculous amount of time. The food was ok, was a little cold but not too bad. The only reason I haven given a 1 star review is due to the lady in the hijab that was working there. She seemed to be everywhere doing everything, with a smile on her face. She was smiling at all the customers and that’s why I have it a 3 star atmosphere review, because of that lady!!

I have been waiting for my order for more than 20 minutes, I ask where my order is, and they answer me rudely, wait

We have ordered the food and took more than 20 minutes to get it. We asked the staff several times and confirmed the Said that they were preparing actually it was prepared and the forgot to give to us.They given to other people who ordered after us eventhough it was complex.Felt the staff were rude especially the manager. Wort experience again.

I call in every other day for a coffee or cappuccino I'm afraid I don't eat wish I could but due to medical issue I cannot a young man who serves me often I heard another staff call to him Preston. Just want to say if all people had his amazing attitude always asks if there's anything else he can see I'm struggling and always says would you like help ie bringing the drink to the table always asks how are you today spends a few minutes, that's what I call customer service.

I went to the MacDonald’s Hume Asda today to eat,The food arrived much later than normal and all them are cold food .The chips were very small portion.Then went to spoke with the Manager. Moreover the white man acts as a racist.He does not like people of other colors and treats them very badly.And he did that to me.I think this kind of people shouldn’t have in a famous company as a managers.

We are regular customers but the service we receive is always appalling, I have been racially abused and the workers do nothing. I wait for my food for hours and every time I ask them when my order is coming they say “a few more minutes” they leave my order to the side and my drinks dilute and melt into the paper cups. What a waste of money. Once I finally got my food it was stone cold and distasteful.

I messed up the order and I accept fault for that however the manager Verra spoke to me as if I was an imbecile, not only making me uncomfortable but ruining my appetite. She looked at me with daggers in her eyes and made me feel as if I was unwelcome.

Was in maccies Hulme Asda yesterday evening. Spent about £15 on my order and ended up just walking out in disgust. Not one of them workers had a pair of gloves on. The guy with the beach blonde dyed hair with tattoos was grabbing and scrunching up the lettuce in his hands and man handling burger meat etc whilst touching his face and scratching all over his body. Not just him but not one worker had a pair of gloves on. I walked out because I was put off my food I never even tried getting my money back. How is anyone eating from here the personal hygiene is disgusting. They look well understaffed also so management can’t be the best either.

Everyone’s miserable and the food is usually cold. Never has the cheese specials in stock. Go to another maccys in or around town but avoid this breh

My recent visits to the McDonald's on Oxford Road have been pretty disappointing, to say the least. Usually, you'd expect some level of consistency with McDonald's, but this place is just not hitting the mark. The food, for starters, hasn't been up to scratch. The burgers, which are usually a safe bet, came across as stale and lacked that juicy punch you’d expect. Even the fries, and let’s be honest, McDonald’s fries are usually the saving grace, were a letdown – they were more limp than crispy. It’s like the excitement of biting into what you’ve been craving just falls flat. Then there's the whole issue of waiting time. You go to a fast-food joint for, well, fast food, right? But here, I’ve ended up waiting way longer than seems reasonable, even at times when the place isn’t exactly bustling. It's kind of ironic – you pop in for a quick meal and end up watching the clock as minutes tick by. And don’t get me started on the cleanliness. It's like the tables have a knack for staying dirty. I've walked in a few times hoping to find a clean spot to sit, and it’s like playing a game of spot the clean table. The restrooms aren’t faring much better either. You’d think keeping the basics in check, like toilet paper and soap, would be a given, but apparently not. Honestly, it's just a bummer. You expect certain standards when you walk into a McDonald's, but this particular branch? It's just not living up to the name.

After shopping and then placing your order you get home to find that you're a meal short. Its not rocket science is it. This is why they have such high profits. And i shouldn't feel the need to have to check it before you say it

Absolute shambles of a Maccies. *Fast food* served at a snails pace. They can't get the most simplistic things right. Ordered a LARGE Big Mac Meal and received half a big mac (the whole top bun+patty was missing) a small cappuccino in a large cup. And the 1 patty I did receive on my bleak Big Mac was like a hockey puck. I don't really rate Maccies, but for a quick lunch it's usually OK. Avoid this Maccies -

Order on the app, shop at Asda, come back to collect. Easy.

Disgusting manager ( quarter red hair) with attitute. Always dancing around like a clown and when you ask her a question she gets very rude and arrogant.

Ordered my sausage and pancakes meal and really looking forward to it. When it was presented to me I asked for a some butter/margarine. The lady looked bemused and said we don’t do that. I looked up at the breakfast menu and you can clearly see the butter and syrup melting on top of the pancakes. Left with what tasted like 3 cardboard circles that were impossible to cut now with the cardboard knife and fork. I left feeling depressed.

Dirty place and don't listen to customers.

Every time I go shopping at Asda we have our Meal there. I ask for fresh fries and a fresh burger and they do make it fresh on asking. So I do like that. It is always so busy that sometimes you have to wait in a long queue. And at times they are so overwhelmingly busy that they get the orders wrong, but we all are humans and make mistakes.

It's my local one, the service depends on the time of the day. It's not too bad

Don't usually get McDonalds but we dropped in after a very long day. Food was piping hot and perfectly cooked. Staff were rushed off their feet as it was 5pm ish. Great service and great food. Which makes a change for McDonald's.

Worst service i have ever had. The staff were just chatting about love island and not doing their job. Waited over 10 mins for a muffin . - which they had forgot to make . As a manager myself i would be appalled with ny staff to work in this manner

Disgusting and vile food , burnt the food and fried fish fingers to a point where nothing was left . Order 13 meals for kids birthday - disappointment at its highest for the kids . Fish smelt bad and fries were freezing cold . Never order from here !

This is a very busy place at lunch times which means the food is fresh and hot. I tried the new steakhouse burger and have to say it's probably my favourite special Macdonald's has done.

I was waiting for my car to be fix...it started to rain...so I needed a dry place to wait...and hot drink...it was a pleasure to get help from one of the workers, who, walk me through the menu list, he was a great help...thank you

13 March 2023 just got my food the one who taking order didn't understand anything and the one on the service is rubbish on drive . This is the second time I took missing order. Never again at this place .

Everyone knows what they are getting from McDonald's, but the waiting time is very long and the staff are very low energy you feel like getting food for free, I do understand working in fast food industry is not easy specially so many orders and you could easily get customer upset

Visited McDonald’s situated within Asda, staff polite and friendly considering how busy they are. Food and drinks consistently good in taste and not had any issues with food being cold. Bonus is the parking facilities. Excellent all round

Visited the Hume maccies which is located within the Asda supermarket 🛒. This maccies is nice . Staff polite and service was very fast. Its an ideal stop off if shopping or you just fancy some fast food .I really enjoyed my coffee ☕ and breakfast muffin 😋👍🏻🤷🏾‍♂️

When we ordered online when finally received our order the food was cold and items missing and was all squashed got a refund for the missing items..

The great thing about this place is, they will always keep up with their tradition. Unfortunately this exactly happens each time I go there. They will either give you cold burger with warm fries or warm burger with the cold Fries. Please be sure that one thing will be made before the other. I don't understand why, they can't work out the simplest thing. Staff is nice and helpful but the management isn't that great unfortunately! So expect half warm or have cold meal. Depends upon the way you look at it. LOL

Management spent more time disturbing and cutting short breaks for employees than actually leading the team. She had the typical air of poor leadership about her. I asked the employee who had his break cut short by 15 minutes why and he said because they were understaffed. He seemed to accept that there was nothing he could do about this…all the while, the white shirt Manager just walked around watching everyone and doing nothing. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is cos you’ve finally got a chicken Big Mac

Ordered food and whilst waiting the staff member who was fixing our food started blowing her nose. She proceeded to carry on fixing our food without washing her hands. After pointing out her lack of hygiene and refusing to accept the food, the staff member started laughing. Disgusting service!

Food was freezing cold by the time it was delivered by bike and unedible waste of money and have recieved no feedback from my complaint should have refunded my money ,totally disgusted.

Quick service and friendly staff.

We nipped in after shopping at Asda. We did have to wait for a while and when my burger (big Mac) arrived it was cold. The place was clean and the staff were friendly.

Awful - probably the worst McD's I've ever had the misfortune to eat in. Half a menu (no Xmas burgers, cheese bites, Fanta, coke or ice cream), super slow service and skanky seating.

Its always good to do your shopping and then grab a bite to eat on the way out. Quick service
