Moon Tea Chinese Cafe in Bradford

2nd time ordering, as the first time was delicious. Dumplings were amazing. Ordered a prawn bao bun, there was no lettuce like last time and hardly any sauce, so just a plain bun, deffo did not look like the last time. And the rice in leaves was so hard I couldn’t even bite through the rice, had to throw away.

We’ve ordered a few times from this place and it is amazing. They never disappoint. Such delicious food and quick services, we normally do Uber eats. It’s quick and fresh every time! Definitely the best Chinese place and worth the prices you pay for such big portions. I’d 100% recommend 🌸

We ordered last week. Chicken should be crispy but was't crispy. It was soft not nice. I guess from the previous day. Classic chicken with rice... The chicken was not fresh from the previous day I guess.. Soo shame and disappointment. Always was very good but not last time.

Food was amazing. I was travelling from Glasgow and we took the lunch break on moon tea Chinese cafe. Their customer service was fantastic and I like the atmosphere of the restaurant mostly.. we tried lots of dishes mostly I like there fried rice .

Food is very nice & also they maintain the food hygiene as well, it’s a open kitchen so you can see how they cooking

Really quick and attentive service, amazing food and large portions, a nice quiet atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area, they also deliver, will be getting my custom a lot more often!

This is quite possibly the best Chinese food I’ve ever had the pleasure of trying!! I don’t leave reviews often but I’m amazed, the bubble tea was really lovely and the flavours were amazing! I got a garlic duck fried rice bowl and the amount of beautiful flavours is incredible. This will definitely be a new place for me to frequent and I’m shocked I didn’t know about it sooner!! The packaging is so cute and high quality, you can tell they really think about everything and put a lot of love into their food! I’m excited to try more from the menu. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Placed order the guy said it would be ten minutes still here 50 minutes later no apologies I can understand being busy to an extent but when being told 10 minutes getting close to 1 hour isn't good enough and lack of communication aswell very disappointed and there was more customers in the same boat

Best bubble tea in the Leeds area. That includes even better than city centre places. The chinese food is better than you expect and has unique chinese options. We love it here and consistently return. The friendliness of the staff is also beyond pleasant!

Hands down the best bubble tea in town! I’ve always said I prefer bubble tea from places in London or Huddersfield anywhere but where I live, however, this place has really turned the wheel! I love the variety and unique flavour options. I tried the jasmine green tea matcha and I fell in love at first sip! It’s not for everyone, it’s quite floral and my husband said grassy, but, I loved it! His brown sugar roasted milk tea was amazing! The food was also phenomenal! It was again different from the standard we have here. I tried their fish and I would go back for them. The dine in experience was really nice, it’s a cafe so please do expect anyone to wait on you. The place is so cute and I feel it’s dressed for occasion. The thought and detail that has gone into the place is very visible from the moment you enter. The tissue boxes have been personalised and I loved the little matcha sweets on the table! The service was also lovely from both staff, attentive and ready to answer any questions we had. I would go back and I’ve been recommending it to everyone!

Excellent food , brilliant service and great hospitality. Food was on point, meat was juicy and tender as well as the chicken, prawns were well seasoned. And the boba tea was just the icing on top . 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Hands down the best Chinese near me. The quality of food and packaging is amazing! Our food was delivered in lovely tubs and in a beautiful insulated bag, which kept all our food hot and delicious. I would recommend everyone to order from moon tea. You won't be disappointed! Yum!! :)

Sorry but possibly the worst Chinese food I have ever eaten. I ordered fried rice with mixed meat curry, It all came in one huge carton with 99% rice and 1% pieces of tough meat and no moisture, I had to throw the whole thing away.

The owner and staff were really kind and friendly. The food was delicious and the new menu is great! The pumpkin and spicy chicken bao buns are lovely. My first time trying a bubble tea and it was really nice, plus the owner took time to explain all the different flavours and tastes. Will definitely be back!

Unfortunately we had to re heat the food in the microwave and when it's £42 for a meal for 2 ( 2 large meals and one starter) and only a mile and a half away that's not good 😐

Randomly drove past. Went in for fruit bubble tea and ended up eating. Just ordered a few starters and small bits. Really really nice. The pork dumpling things were amazing. Never had anything like it. Staff were very friendly too. I recommend the grape fruit tea with passionfruit bubbles

Amazing little cafe, my husband and I really enjoyed our visit to Moon Tea Chinese Cafe. All the food was cooked fresh and absolutely delicious, I highly recommend the Chinese gravy which the owner says is his own signature recipe from back home in Hong Kong. The crispy pork dumplings and Chinese curry are also super delicious. Very friendly staff who all say hello and goodbye, huge portions and amazing flavours, what a gem this place is, we can't wait to return!

Ordered the bubble tea from here for a few months now and it is always amazing. So many different fruit and milk flavours with crazy amount of add ins available. We recently started getting food from there and all I can say is we regret it taking us so long! The duck is some of the best i’ve ever had and love to see everything is made fresh to order. The chilli garlic sauce and black bean sauce are our favourites. The staff are always so friendly when we go into the shop as well. Definitely our go to take away every single time!

Beautiful area, the music was perfect and the atmosphere was great, but to mention the bubble tea was AMAZING, definitely coming here with my daughter again. I ordered mango milk tea with mango bubbles and my daughter ordered mango green tea with mango bubbles, the staff were very welcoming and we got the drinks in no time! The cups they came in were so pretty!!

We visited Moon Tea Chinese Cafe on a trip to West Yorkshire. The food was delicious, freshly cooked with a quick and friendly service. The chef even came to our table to check that everything was OK for our taste, and offered to change anything we didn't like, however, this was not needed as all of our dishes were fantastic, and cooked to perfection. Good choice of bubble tea too. Highly recommend. If I lived close by, this place would be a firm favourite ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We ordered a mango coconut and tirimisu milk tea, both tasted amazing super refreshing! The noodles with chicken (halal) were so tasty and fresh. Interior is gorgeous and the staff are sooo kind and lovely :) 10/10

The food was absolutely delicious and the delivery driver was so kind when dropping off. They didn’t have what I wanted when I placed the order but the lady who rang me was very apologetic and discussed other options with me. Cannot wait to place my next order with them!

Ordered takeaway bubble tea so i didn't see what it was like in the restaurant. The bubble tea options were great, i had the classical aslam with tapioca pearls and coconut jelly. They have smaller bobba pearls than other milk teas i had but it was okay. Will need to try their dimsums soon. Definitely recommended

Probably the best fruit bubble tea I’ve ever had, their pricing is affordable and their food is delicious! The delivery times were great too, having to only wait 30 mins. I highly recommend their drinks and food and will order from again ❤️

Last 2 times I've ordered. I payed on website for collection. On arrival I've still had to wait almost 20 minutes for my order. The idea of ordering in advance is so I'm not waiting ages for the food. Also on one of my recent food orders the noodles wernt quite cooked long enough and was still a little hard/rubbery. And on my partners fish balls in curry, you forgot the curry sauce 🤷. Sweet and sour crispy chicken very nice

Been waiting to try for ages but been on a diet. Didn’t disappoint, dumplings the best I’ve had from a Chinese very fresh tasting and ample portion. Chicken satay was very good, large in size. So much so due to my diet I’ve still got lots left. Thanks great delivery too.

Ordered food when England was playing expected order to be later but delivery was prompt . We had friends over too so was a really big order. All food was beautiful made and hot. Nothing to fault. We ordered a bit of everything rice dishes, noodles, dim sum, bao buns, salt and spicey it was all really tasty and portions are really epic!! Delivery driver was lovely to top it off. Very poor take out- the food was vile and not edible! Burt pork dumplings, veg roles with no veg, extremely gloopy slimy sweet and sour chicken and fatty duck rice. Would not recommend!

We've only had take aways. They've been excellent. It may seem expensive but it's restaurant quality and the portions are big enough that you will have leftovers for the next day.

The portions were big, if you’re asian then one portion can feed two. The prep time was quick, the staffs were friendly and helpful and the taste was also good. Try their fried noodle if you like the rich chinese kinda flavour. The milk tea also nice.

Better food than initially expected. Generous food portion but makes sense for the price. Would be great to have more food options but I understand that it's a bubble tea shop. The staff are very friendly, good service. Will accept cash only but you can order on their site, it's quick and easy If you want to pay by card. Please add brown sugar milk tea if possible 🙏 will order again !

The food is well presented and tastes great. We ordered 2 meals and have enough left tomorrow. The restaurant is getting a lot of hype in our area so thought would give it a try. We weren’t disappointed, food is restaurant quality and definitely worth the price. Looking forward to trying other dishes in the future.

I've lived in the area my whole life and this by far the tastiest, most authentic Chinese restaurant in the nearby area 10/10 worth the money.

Phenomenal meal. Really good quality and large portion sizes that made it the next days lunch too, where I can confirm it was still super tasty (chicken satay noodle). And the crunchiest spring rolls ever. Easiest recommend in ages.
