My son (17) just ordered from this place to open his fast via Uber as I was working away in London. The order was missing the burger. He called them to ask them to resolve and their response was you come a collect it. My lad doesn’t even drive. They’re basically stealing money in Ramadan of all months.

Place is always really clean when I go, great deals with lots of options and really nice tasty food! Can’t believe how it isn’t busier sometimes! Friendly service too :)

Terrible food, got given old rice The rice from the bottom of the pan which is burnt and crispy. Never going again

I just have to say that I ordered the hot chick munch box and it was horrible the chicken was so hard you can’t even bite into it it was dried salty no flavour never ordering again waste of money

There is more salt on this burger than there is in the Red Sea. After I took the first bite I assumed my enemies had poisoned my food but no it was the machinations of the blind deaf and witless chef who took a culinary school in North Korea. God have mercy on the poor chicken who gave his life for this atrocity of a burger.

The food and service is awesome… enjoyed the family time….Taz is best as always..

I ordered the much box meal and it was the worst thing I have ever tasted and a waste of £23 via uber eats. First and last time I will ever order from here.

Just been to moody’s with my family, I got the chicken loaded fries as a friend recommended them to me. They was BEAUTIFUL! My partner got chicken and rice which he really enjoyed, my kids got burgers and they demolished all of it, staff polite, restaurant really clean and tidy, didn’t wait long for food but long enough to know it was well prepared, would 100% come back Thanks 🤩

I ordered food on Uber .We been waiting for almost 2 hours as We had some guests at home. After waiting for so long as I can understand weather condition half order came and they detuct money for full order. and food we got was very cold. Now we trying to contact Moodys but they now answering my call. Where is customer service from Moodys????

Disappointed by wait time and Taste of food. We had to wait almost 30mins for your average PFC style wings and burgers . There wasn't a lack of staff however our food was given to us after a long period of time . No excuses

Called now wanted to place a order like 200 pounds wanted to speak to the manager the guy at the front keeps ending my call would've been a loyal customer

Don't know why it's a quiet place. Foods really good, service is on time and the atmosphere is amazing. They even got a prayer room. Definitely will come back here.

Changed the menus, they use to do the best chips before thin cut and more enjoyable now they do ones that you can see all the oil on it thick cut horrible!

I will never in my life order from this place again! I am allergic to an ingredient in the burger sauce I made a note on the order and my partner rang up beforehand to just double check and make sure they know. When the order has come there was burger sauce all over the burger, missing fries and a missing drink. They replied ‘inshallah’ we will get the order right next time, my partner then proceeded to say I want a new order as I have paid for a meal and it hasn’t come, they then put the phone down and slammed it saying sort it out with Uber. I was a returning customer but never again, if you want peace of mind do not order from this place again. They are putting the place to shame. TO TOP IT OFF THEIR TENDERS SMELL LIKE FISH ITS. DISGUSTING

The chicken and rice meal I've ordered was tasty because the seasoning of the rice and chicken was colourful, the chips was fresh and seasoned too, I enjoyed eating there and viewing here 😁

amazing food and great service. I was in Bradford for some business and came here for some quick food. my mind is blown how good this is, nothing is as good in Nottingham and nothing comes close. Great assembly of the burger, although it was a bit slippy but didn't mind getting my hands dirty. lovely crispy chips, great sauces and great packaging. Place was spotless and polite uniformed staff too. Great experience and well done guys! Sha

5 star service - staff went extra mile to accommodate my autistic son with allergies giving him the meal he could have in a Childs meal box so he did not feel different or left out!! My cheeseburger was really nice too

I always wonder why this place is so daed but I got answer today I bought grilled burger today which comes with spot on packaging but the bun was cold,half of the fries were cold and chicken fillet was hard,cold and tasteless. First and the last visit.

I can’t lie they changed everything. They should go back to they old fries and old chicken & old prices this place used to be my favourite place to eat from used to get the loaded chicken now they should name it loaded fries because that’s all your getting is fries 🤦🏾‍♂️ definitely not coming back here unless they go back to they old menu ps won’t let me give the food less then one star

A fab place to go and eat! We love the chicken as its cooked fresh and is really tasty, better than Uks and Salahs. The family bucket is great value, tasty and also sooo fillng! And finally the staff are amazing, really polite and helpful but also look after us by making super tasty food! thankyou MOODYS!

It was dead, but I thought let that slide, give it some benefit of doubt and try it out after passing by many, many times. My days, if only I stuck to my intentions of grabbing a subway sandwich that day, not only it would have been cheaper, but I know what to expect. Chicken tenders were not tender, they were like slippers (not that I've ate slippers lol but they were inedible and defo not fresh, 2 days old and microwaved probably) Wings were off a chicken on steroids, bite into them and they're purple. Absolutely disgusting. Wasted my hard earned money, and I don't like leaving bad reviews, and I'll let things slide if the food is even half decent, but this was very very bad.

I always got deliveries from the take way you have to go backside of the take way to get your delivery nice and polite staff very quick service nice food because customers always praise for food and highly recommended

Asked for tomatoes in my burger, he only had cherry tomatoes but he still put them in<3

Decent food, but service could be improved.

I asked for medium it was 🥵, but if you enjoy the spicy you will enjoy the food more than I did..was nice enough though for quick break parking right outside, so easy peasy.

Very nice looking place but the staff member couldn't raise a smile. The burger was a shocker with 3 poor quality patties. Also, peppers with cream cheese were only just warm. Will not be coming back. It's a shame because it looked really nice, which was let down by the food.

Worst donner i have ever had, strips look and taste like they were cooked in the 19th century. So dry and burnt. Is the person that cooked blind? Wouldn't even feed this food to my dog.

After trying the Leeds rd branch and having a decent experience, took the kids to this Legrams Lane branch. It was empty, no customers inside. Placed our order and the food arrived in about 15 mins. The chicken tenders and wings were old, probably been there all day, was all chewy and hard. The chicken filllet burger was not cooked properly and of poor quality and taste. The cheese burger and pizza were average. Hugely disappointed

Place was empty which should've been first clue. Got a munch box, chips cold, gravy and cheese dip cold, donner tasted old, wings and stripes tasted nothing special. burgers were fresh and spicy. Would not return.
