Mooboo Bubble Tea in Woking

Ordered a takeaway from here, the advertised wait time was 45 minutes which seemed reasonable. Once we had placed our order the time instantly changed to 1 hour 20 mins. Unfortunately as this was via Deliveroo we could not cancel. After just over and hour and 20 our food had not arrived so I called the restaurant only to be told they were very busy and had been a mix up with the order and to give them another 15 minutes. It was a bit longer than that and food eventually arrived 1 hour 45 minutes after ordering. The food itself was hot and tasted great and if the wait had been reasonable and I had been given the timescale up front (in which case I would not of ordered the food) it would of been a strong 4/5 rating so I would recommend calling directly and checking wait times before ordering.

I noted that someone below had posted a photo of a 0 star hygiene rating for Runa. It is important to keep things up to date. They had an inspection on the 2nd December 2024 and had a rating of 5. I think the review questioned how they are still open. Well it is because the curry here is always great and the choice the better than your typical standard fare in most Indian restaurants. You won’t be disappointed and we need to keep local businesses that serve great food open.
