Visited the store one evening end of September. Young lad and lady at the front. Was met with terrible customer service by the lady. No politeness whatsoever. Ordered my drinks. At the end she asked me if I wanted a bag. However, she had already charged me for a bag when I made my order and she took payment. Seems like they might be doing this with all customers so be aware as not all customers will want a bag. It is not about the 10p but about the principle of asking rather than automatically charging customers. I also note that she charged me extra for some bubbles. I note that one portion is free per drink. If there was an extra charge for certain bubbles, these should be explained to the customer. Again, it's not about the money, it's about the principle. Please be careful when ordering and Mooboo needs to speak to the lady about her poor attitude.

This place is amazing, the style on the inside is so cute and aesthetic. I tried a few flavours and I didn't like some of them but I loved the Raspberry Fruit Tea the most, the cherry popping balls go best with it. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Ordered via Uber eats and it didn't arrive. Poor service would not be ordering again. Disappointed by the delivery.

Ordered thru uber eats, ordered was not delivered , not informed me that they cancelled the order due to compliance issue of the driver. Charged me twice just for one order number. When asked for refund, reported that manager will ring me but waited 2 days still not rang me about my request. Poor service.

The chicken wrap was perfectly cooked with a crispy exterior and tender inside. The mixed grill starter bursts with flavor! The lamb tikka is tender and its savoury notes are particularly impressive, and the overall taste is unforgettable. The delivery is quick and efficient, and the delivery drivers are always pleasant and polite.

151 Glodwick RdPlaced an order and asked for 3 trays of donner meat to be charged £15 when they arrived! (Ordered other things aswell) £15 for 3 trays of donner ! He says are a medium size, What a joke and when I phoned up to question he said medium was £3 and a large was £5. Then I told him I only had medium he began to speak to someone in another language before coming back to say oh no it’s changed to £5 for medium and £7 for large! Who would pay £5 for a medium tray of donner with 3 peices in, I wouldn’t mind but it’s literally £4.99 for large donner and chips 😤 been coming here for years but I won’t be coming back! customer loyalty means nothing these days, cheeky !!!

9 Ripponden RoadJust ordered a main meal mixed kebab on naan , food arrived via ubar no naan ,phoned taj mahal explained what happened, they said u have to take it up with uber , i re-correctted them u packed it and gave it to uber, they was not having having it ! Omg so rude iam fuming, been using this place for over 30yrs , thier founders would be fuming , disgraceful taj mahal 3rd gen /never again !
