Ordered a mighty feast kebab and found a black hair stuck to a piece of chicken, instantly knocked myself and my partner sick, when we rang to complain the person who answered the phone became aggressive when stating that we weren’t happy, will not be ordering from here again

Ordered 2 portions of popadoms and got a total of 3 popadoms, unless the portion size for the popadoms are 1 and a half I didn’t get all of them

Utterly disgraceful waited an hour and half, still no food. Got told no donner meat and would be another hour. If you cannot cope, don't take orders. Avoid!

Don't even try. Worst Donner in my life. Raw not cooked. Just mixed with sauce. I told them trying first time so please cook well. End up getting raw donner. Mix shashlik was just two lamb and 4 chicken tikka rest pile of raw Donner hidden in food colouring. Don't even try

Used to order regular never an issue . Today ordered a double cheeseburger was given some mush with donner meat rang told them order wrong was told I was given a special burger!! . Rubbish they sent wrong order don’t eat donner meat they sent replacement begrudgingly the correct burger no apologies. Special fried rice ! Canned mushrooms in a oily rice mix with dry mince meat nothing special . I asked to speak with Raja the owner or his son to complain told not here . Used to order regular from 3 Chefs won’t be doing anymore. No idea what’s going on here ordered dozens of times never an issue now really bad . Won’t be back

Been having takeaways from here for quite some years now an I've never had to complain or ring them to say there's a problem, I just luv the food and yeah it's been different most times,

I'm pretty pleased with my delivery order today (Friday afternoon before Xmas). I haven't ordered a take away in ages mostly due to the shocking prices being asked and the bad food and service generally. Looked online for ages decided to go with a very old favourite 3 Chefs. Why did I wait so long.. very good 👍. Hawaiin pizza large, chips and chicken wings 😋. Will definitely be ordering a curry soon..

Phoned order asked for children tikka very well done to be told its already cooked and they put it on the grill to warm up so i said well i want fresh and i would like it well done please ok no problem also ordered pizza chicken nuggets and chicken pakoras chicken tikka was not cooked not fresh so i got already cooked chicken which was sat cooked as they said for god knows how long and sat in god knows what for how ever long was not well done didnt even attempt it as it was pale and looked revolting chicken nuggets full of oil more oil in the tray than probably the fryer same with pakoras pizza wasnt that good either absolutely piss poor effort and from phone order to our door 15mins not great when most takeaways say 45 mins to an hour this take away use to be amazing with freshly cooked food amazing staff not sure what the hell has happened if new owner or staff but 100% will not order from here ever again and would never recommend it to anyone who like fresh food

I had a pleasant experience this young handsome man sufyaan khaan Saab Who served me in a calm and collective manner. I ordered a magharita pizza which was lovely and took 10 min to make which was convenient because my tea at home was getting cold. Thanks for the extra sauces :) Thank you mr khaan saab

The staff could do with learning to smile and interact with customers. I went in to test the place by buying 2 samosas. They were very oily and dripped oil on my pants. Won't be going back for a takeaway for the family. There are a lot better and friendlier places.

Food is microwaved without a doubt, middle of the food is red hot and the outside is colder. Clear sign of microwave usage.

Watch the bill / your change Ordered food from this company two weeks ago and was over charged at the door by £2 (home delivery) and didn't realise until after the driver left (was a bit annoyed but hay ho only two quid) We've used 3chefs now for a few years and never had an issue before so let it slide. Just ordered tonight and had food delivered again, the bill was £11.80 and as usual we always give the driver a £1 tip to cover his fuel for driving the mile from them to us...short changed again by a pound! I'm no Scrooge and always tip but please don't take advantage, it's the principal and not the amount. Once could be an accident maybe but twice on the bounce PFFFFT!! watch your money with these guys, good job there's other curry/kebab houses by the plenty because after years of loyal custom they've just lost us.

The outer edge and toppings were okish yet the base was very gungy and sticky like half gone off glue , in edible for a dog let alone a human being and was falling apart
