Just had a MILD double chicken bugger had maggots in it

Food was hard chicken hard dry Gave me stomach ache Chips felt lots dry cardboard cold I told them I’m notes make food fresh

Ok. Let me first start by saying,.my girlfriend and i used to order from here ALOT years ago. It was always amazing! We ended up moving away. Iv just ordered again for the first time in years and my god! Just as incredible as all those years ago! Pay absolutely no attention to any bad reviews. The food is just gorgeous, the delivery driver was extremely nice and it all arrived early, piping hot and I ordered from just eat. I couldn't wait ten minutes to write my review there as the food was early, so I made the effort to write a review here early, whilst consuming it! So if that doesn't tell you the food is amazing. Nothing will! 10/10

It was our first time ordering food from Montana fried Chicken as we were visiting Oldham. We had visited the clip and climb centre which is nearby. I was impressed that a takeaway shop of that size made provision for hand-wash for customers. Considering the fact that my 3 boys had been playing and possibly presenting with dirty hands. The food was fresh and tasty. The staff very polite and friendly..... It is a good place for food and we shall definitely visit again.

Not the best, but not the worst. Came here as Florida was shut. Prices a little on the steep end, for food that's average. Spicy burger/chicken was very salty and the chips were old refried chips.

This place is actually not bad at all. The food is good and fresh every time I order. Only thing they haven’t mastered is the gravy (it’s not good unfortunately). My go to is the donner delight pizza and it’s been good most of the time.

Food arrived 1 hour late, was warm chicken and looked great but both me and my friend had food poisoning immediately after, the chips were soggy and we got the wrong drinks, deliver driver was rude and did not care, will never order from here again, the hygiene must be disgraceful. Should be ashamed of themselves.

Not entirely sure what happened to this place. We used to order from here each week but it's gone downhill massively. Me and my partner ordered a chicken burger each. The burgers tasted fine. Very greasy and there wasn't a huge amount of salad which we didn't mind. Then I noticed the chicken didn't look fully cooked. Both of us have felt sick all night. Very disappointed.

basically there was bugs all over the shop for one and when we mentioned something we got a dirty look, I asked for red salt on the chips (didn’t get none) then the chicken wrap was wrapped in tinfoil and I couldn’t get it out cause it was stuck to it, managed to finally get it out and it tasted like soap

Sadly I didn’t enjoy my food, totally waste of money. I regularly go and order burger meal but tonight i ordered garlic bread with cheese & spicy wings. Wings are dry, taste old not spicy at all, garlic bread are too greasy, small amounts of cheese and burned. Seriously u have to improve ur service and most definitely food 👎

Sadly my order was terrible. Cheesy chips were made with very cheap plastic cheese. The wings were tough, with dark chicken meat and tasted only of grease. The hot sauce was also flavourless. I will not be ordering from here again.

Avoid this place, burger is stringy and chewy. Wings are clumped up with other chicken pieces and I bit into a bone within a piece of chicken. Cheeseburger had fat stones in. Pizza was ok, chip were bland.

In consideration of previous reviews no fast food joint deserves five stars & even one star. My daughter, for some reason, loves the place especially the spicy chicken burger. I have visited (reluctantly) this place on a few occasions. No special care is taken in preparing food (same as many others nearby) but a touch down from the few better ones. Hence the reason for two stars but that should be two & half stars. Anyone who likes this type of food may generously give three stars. The spicy burger was ok but nothing special but that is expected. Dread to think what the normal burger is like. In conclusion, average/ok rating.

Cancelled our order 10 minutes after it was supposed to arrive and just sent a refund. Now have an entire family that are hungry.... Abysmal customer service, tried to call and number was just engaged. Online help simply said sorry and cancelled order.

I placed an order in Montana through Uber Eats. They missed out on 2items so I thought instead of going through Uber, I’d just call the shop and see what they can do for me. I called and told the member of staff that 2 items were missing from my order which he confirmed he didn’t put in the bag, I calmly asked how long would the order take if he was to send it out, he just got really rude speaking me to like “it’s just your donner tray and peri salted chips INNIT, so let’s see what what time I can get a driver out to you” so I said “the way you’re speaking is very unprofessional, don’t speak to me like that” he got really rude and was like “do you want your food or not” he got really gobby and started arguing over the phone. At this I point I didn’t want the food anymore because I know it won’t live upto the standards. I said to him “I will come and speak to management because you are utterly rude and unprofessional and I’m a regular customer and you just treated me like that”. He said he is the manager and it’s his shop and cut off on me. I called back 4times, he rejected my call all 4 times so I waited for abit and called back, the same guy picked up again so I said “you just cut off on me, and rejected my call 4times” he ignored what I said and kept repeating “how can I help, how can I help” taking the piss. I then said I’ll make sure I put a review, he goes okay, Thankyou, bye and cut off on me again. Really shocked by this experience, I heard the management has changed and Pakistani’s took over but I’ve been a customer for 5years and never had a problem and after today I can say I will never order from their again. I will make sure I spread this around. I am not surprised if I spoke to a Pakistani, what else can you expect from them, Montana needs To be taken over by the original people or it’s just going to get worse.

Order frequently, become my new go-to chicken place. Always fresh, even when late. Last time I ordered they were out of wings, which hasn't happened before but they called me and arranged a replacement which was loads of quality strips so can't complain. Really appreciated them calling, so from my experience food and customer service has always been top.

One of the worst takeaways I’ve ever ordered from. I ordered a cheese burger and asked for lettuce and Mayo on it only and they added a whole lot of ketchup on it. The chicken burger I also ordered was bang average and very dry and not well cooked. Chips were decent and that’s about it. Florida is just down the road from it and miles better 👍

Peri peri burgers are out of this world!

I have never experience this poor service from any other place they gave my order wrong with mayo my brother is allergic to it when I rang them back they did not seem to bother or offer another order until I requested it when the man came with my order he asked for the burger back when I told them it has been touch and opened on the phone. I have never seen anyone doing that am glad I didnt bin it the man was lucky.

Most disgusting place i have ever tried the customer service was horrendous and they talk in their own language blatantly talking bad about the customers. They stare at the women and even my 10 year old sister was disturbed as the man stared her up and down smiling in the most horrible way, this caused an argument between me and the workers and the food was horrible with mouldy cheese and burger buns. Disgusting!!!!

Shan Again Yesterday i have tried Montana, it was alright much better than my last experience, pizza was really good, but chicken was dry.

I ordered a meal at about 6pm and asked for it to arrive at 9pm. It arrived at 9pm almost to the minute. If I'm honest I was expecting to be disappointed I find very few places are as good as they should be . I usually use the most famous 3 letter place for fried chicken and it never meets expectations . However I was very happy indeed with Montana. Everything was as good as hoped it would be. The wings in particular were stunning . That said the standard chicken to was excellent as were the fries and sundries. I'll use this place everytime I get the urge for fried chicken in the future. Very happy to have discovered this place. Also the portion size was generous to and the price was fair . Recommended

Usually food is good and nice, no real complaints but I just ordered 2 spicy chicken burger meals and both burgers had 1 long black hair in it. Really disappointed, kitchen staff need to wear hats or somethings.

rocking up here at 3am not knowing my own name and slurring out the words “chicken wrap please” is a spiritual experience. i can see the poor lads wanting nothing more than to go home and be rid of the bladdered yutes that have just migrated from liquid. we appreciate you montana. you fed us when liquid turfed us out; left us on the street to throw up and cry into a cig. you let us in and offered us a can of rubicon with our daddys meal. you let people pass out at your seating arrangement while their mate rings them a taxi home. you offer to make us a new burger when you forgot to put mayo on our current one. you shout at drunk middle aged men being weird with girls. you make the young adults of this town feel safe. this is more than a chicken shop, it is the comfort blanket of oldham town centre

Food was disgusting not even warm stone cold and the chocolate cake we ordered the kids was still frozen apparently they send it out like that so if you order cake make sure you give yourself at least 2hrs for it to defrost absolutely disgusting customer service when rang yo complain

Missed order on 2 different occasions!! Rang the the takeaway the guy on the phone was so rude would not recommend anyone ordering form here. California fried chicken takeaway do the same food as them and better across the road to this takeaway their service is brilliant....... Montana need to up there game disgusting management and service . Never ordering from you again .

Disgusting service and absolutely rude and illiterate staff especially the "so called manager". I ordered 5 chicken and chips meals and requested for salad and sauce and suprise they give me dry meals with NO salad and sauce. Called the takeaway and put my complaint through . 3 word DISGRACEFUL and HORRENDOUS SERVICE no name were given, the boy on the phone spoke rudely and said they do not add salad and sauce because it will get soggy! When asked for a refund the boy who then claimed to be a "so called manager" screamed like a girl claiming we dont accept refunds part of a policy which he apparently made up on the spot ! (Checked the policy and does not mention anything like this so SHE is a liar too) Extremely unhappy customer and never ordering from this takeaway. I highly recommend customers to avoid this place unless you want to get scammed and robbed!

Honestly disgraceful in regards to the customer service. Whenever I place an order through Uber it seems as if the staff always get the order wrong. I thought nothing of it until today, when I had a full meal missing and contacted the takeout for help. In return I got an extremely rude service where two men were shouting down the phone arguing how they sent out all the meals and even blamed the Uber driver for the missing meal, claiming he stole it! They even cut the call on me, what kind of service is that?! As a business the main priority is to keep your customers happy, arguing over a £5 meal claiming that the food did arrive, when it didn’t. It’s not hard to send out another meal to compensate for the missing one but it seems as if the Staff do not care. Such an awful experience and will never order from here again, it’s the same problem over and over again and the Staff seem to have no regards for the customers.

OMG the best chicken ever that I've ordered I would definitely recommend it it a wait time given 45 mins to an hour but it was still so hot when they opened the delivery bag it was steaming best place for deliveries 😍

The food is always spot on especially Ranja who goes the extra mile for his customers the food is 10/10 been a regular here for a long time definitely worth giving these guys a try.

Wouldn't even give it 1 star the Donner trays are soaked with oil and tasted old and stail the chicken is dry and also tastes like it's been under heat for days I strongly do not recommend anymore this used to be my favourite place to eat from 🤮

Used to be a loyal customer, ordering roughly once a week. Recently my order was FORTY minutes late, and was stone cold when it arrived. Tried to get a partial refund via Just Eat and was refused. Well done guys, you've just lost a loyal customer, never ordering from you again. Hope the few quid you saved denying my partial refund was worth it, because now you won't get my weekly 15 quid orders anymore.

Oh yes..."Montana"..I used to visit Montana chicken off and on depending which way i was heading home, or if i was shopping in the town centre.. Its a fairly clean kept premises, The food is varied, fairly priced and tasty, The usual take away Fried chicken, kebabs, pizzas, etc..Spicy if you want it. There's always plenty cold canned drinks available and unless you go during "night club hours" you usually will be served quickly. There's a few window seats so You can "eat in" or "take home".. Montana also do home deliveries so ask for a menu..I find it helps when using the "MENU" if you "QUOTE THE ITEM NUMBERS" especially over the phone. That way the person you speak to will respond by naming the items youve chosen..Ive given 4 stars, mainly because i would like to see more catering people wearing the "CLEAN APPROPRIATE CLOTHING" it helps promote customer confidence with "food health and safety standards" etc.." Pay them a visit folks, decide for yourself..
