Kebab absolutely delicious! Tasty, cook well but moist and tender , literally melted in our mouth. The chips were crispy and crunchy.

Ordered a Kebab and no option for salad so thought it would come as standard. When I called they told me I should have added that I wanted Salad in the comments. No offer of any type of resolution to my box of meat! I love meat almost as much as Elton John but like salad with my kebab. All round poor 2 pizzas and a kebab taco thing that also lacked flavour and texture. Hopefully they can sort the issues with Just eat and allow customers to select salad so they don’t get a kebab that looks like Katie Prices Fanny after a night out. Saggy meet covered in a questionable white sauce!!!

Just bought pizza with cash he took money, then without washing hands sunk his fingers into dough, walked away to a freezer switched light off still didnt wash hands dropped ham on counter picked it up and moved ham around on pizza, after thinking of how much bacteria has just passed from cash to my change (grubby coins) Ito my pizza i didnt want to chance 2 days of food poisioning. walked out.

Great food, great guys. What is there not to like? Their mixed (chicken and Doner meat) kebab is the best in Exeter. Salad mix ok, chilli sauce middling-good. Chips absolutely excellent.

Unbelievable.... order on there own site, take my money then after hour waiting I call they say problem with there site and order again , can't get money back for 5 days on top of that , I said take the site down but he was "busy" this has been going on for 3weeks apparently....

Ordered food from here at 7:15pm, didn’t receive the food until 9:45. Phoned up the place multiple times for an update, I was met with pure rudeness from the worker and ended the phone on me 2 Times. Ordered a mixed kebab and the chicken was completely raw. Have called back to ask to take this further and they said they would call me back and haven’t. Absolutely shocking do not order from here, rude customer service, raw uncooked chicken and 2 and a half hours delivery service!!!

Absolutely shocking, the grease was dripping out of the box and paper and they tried to say it was because there was no pitta bread also it wasn’t grease it was from the onions🤣 had a doner wrap too and it was like a tap of grease flowing from the bottom. All went in the bin

My local kebab/burger place, order 1/2 pounder with chips, firstly saw employee tip leftover chip from a tin tray back in the fryer! Then had no salad for my burger! Chips must of been cooked at least 3 times tough and tastless absolute disgrace customers don't even deserve fresh chips got home chips were inedible won't go back and my advice avoid like the plague

Do not order through their website - which unbelievably is still online and has not been taken down or hasn’t had a notice added to it. You will place the order, your money will be taken and then the order will be cancelled. Refunds them taking 3-5 working days!! Abysmal. I called the shop to discuss and they just kept saying ‘oh it’s because I ordered through yoyo’. No, I ordered through your direct website - this is your problem. Not interested at all, the girl wasn’t bothered and it was clearly my fault because how dare I want to order from them! Won’t go back.

Don’t order food through web site using YoYo as the order will not go through to takeaway shop. Staff not very helpful in dealing with a known problem but after 24 minutes trying to make sense this mess had a cancellation email from YoYo

Website listed no longer being used, ordered and waited, when rang to see where food was was told they aren't using the site anymore and to get a refund, nothing they could do, website has no way to request a refund.

Best 1/2 pounder cheeseburger I have ever had! Juicy, fresh, hot, simply delicious! Really surprised its only 3.6 stars but I reckon its because late deliveries. I am coming back 100% just for that cheeseburger 🍔!

Not even worthy of 1 star. Never received such bad service and food. Food arrived over an hour late. I called the place twice first time to be told food was on the way… which it’s obviously wasn’t…half an hour later I called again to be laughed at by the girl on the phone. Disgusting

Best kabeb in exeter and i have tried them all!

Second time ordering here through Uber and the only reason I did is due to a promotion. First time it took 1 hour 30 minutes to arrive. This time round it has taken 2 hours, I called the store multiple times over 40 minutes to get no answer. Then at the 2 hour mark driver turns up, hands the food and goes, no apologies, no reasoning, nothing. Never again.

Surprised to see so many bad reviews but seems to be for delivery and I normally collect so can’t comment on that. This place does the best kebab in Exeter. I’ve had it at least 3 times in the past month & always satisfied. Huge portion, loads of salad & coleslaw is delicious. Full of flavour. Came on Saturday night but they were closed as was midnight so had to go back into town & had a very disappointing kebab elsewhere. This is the only place I will get a kebab from now.

The worst delivery I have ever experienced. Took 2.5 hours to arrive and when we called (which was twice) they did not provide an update.

Most awful and Worst ever delivery service I have ever experienced they took my money for a donor wrap meal £9 and charged £2 delivery MY CHIPS WAS NOT DELIVERED WITH MY MEAL phoned up 4 times 2.5 hours later still NO CHIPS do not get a delivery from here avoid !!!!!

Ordered at 17.06 and food finally arrived at 19.30 although the food was good I think that nearly 2.5 hours is an unacceptable amount of time to wait I tried to call multiple times and the phone was answered at 18.45 saying they were waiting for a delivery driver. They did not answer the phone after this when I was trying to get an update.

Part of the order missing and when phoned, they refused to re deliver the missing items as it was too far and didn’t know how to do a refund. Very poor , will not be using again.

For the last few orders we've made have been not to good tbh 😕 Chips under cooked, burgers drowned in mayonaise and not alot of salad tomato. I dunno what u want to do about this but felt u needed to know to better ur food. Thank you

5 Stars! I couldn’t fault anything. Speed of delivery and quality of food. Chips were hot and crispy donor wrap and donor in pitta bread were both perfect and very tasty. All I’d say is don’t let the few negative reviews put you off, give them a try and make up your own mind. Even my favourite go to take-always have an off day but my first impressions of Monsieur Tacos Kebab were great and we will definitely be eating from there again.

This place should be closed the food is horrible and the staff is rude they are just rip off I would never recommend this place even if this is last place takeaway on earth.

With all respect but this place should be closed, Horrible food quality first of all and secondly serving cold meat even when you order in person this could be potentially dangerous. How they can serve this to the customers? Cheap meat just to make a profit. Please please people don't buy from this place you will otherwise you will be disappointed.

Food was delicious, delivery was quick. And the rice was exceptional

We love Monsieur Kebab and Taco Grill. My parents always have their baguettes, and I have the kebab or kebab meat and chips. It’s always hot when it arrives, tasty and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Ordered via just eat at 16:30 delivery was said to be 17:20-17:40 waited till 17:40 still no food. Checked the app and it said the food had been delivered. Called them and they said the driver had left 20mins ago and will be with me any minute now waited another 15 minutes still no food back on the phone and was told the delivery guy was going to be another 5-10 minutes. Apparently it took 45mins to drive 3 miles when the food finally arrived it was stone cold and tasteless definitely won't be going back

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Only gave one star as is there no option to give none. ORDERED LARGE mixed kebab meals deals and the website shows it comes with rice and drink. Ours turned up with no bread no rice. Instead a small amount of flavourless meat (hardly any chicken) stacked on top of a child sized handful of chips. Also no drinks. I called the shop would where very unhelpful and rude to be honest. At first they offered to deliver the bread and drinks later that night. Then they realised we ordered from just eat and said it wasn't there problem and deal with just eat. Overall bad experience and not great food.

Placed order via their direct website. Preordered at 5pm for 8:35pm delivery. Got a text at 8:05 saying my order was cancelled as its closed.. Surely they could have let me know this sooner, as I had ordered 3 hours before, then I could have sorted something else. Not very good customer service.

So filthy using their hands without gloves and putting the cooked chicken in the box. I asked why are handling with your hand and I didn’t even seen him washing his hands so disgusting. They answer me if I will take it or not how rude. The manager has come and also saying it’s ok to handle it like this. As a customer I felt like they didn’t even care at all. So poor customer service.

Amazing food and excellent delivery service from the lady who delivered. The pizza's are amazing, proper hand made as apposed to the places that usual sell pre made base pizza's . Massive portions too, just brilliant all round!! The tacos aren't what I would call tacos but they are great!

I just recieved my food it was hot but they forgot to put salad on my kebab so I will be speaking to the manager tomorrow's as I know him not happy kebab wont get eaten wasted a tenner fuming

Stay well clear. Honestly the worse pizza in my life and genuinely made me and my brother have a bad stomach the next day resulting in is both losing a days work.just pure rotten

Ordered take away for the first time from Monsieur. Was greeted in a friendly yet professional manner. Ordered a mixed kebab (the one with everything on it) it was a reasonable price, tasted great! Could see it was all fresh, including the salad. Gave me a free dessert too!

We have just been to this takeaway to order and did not do it online. The man was so polite very efficient and could not have done more for me and my children while waiting for my order. The food was gorgeous! It seems from reviews on here that the delivery service lets it down but if you were to order yourselves they were so nice.

Just ordered 3x mix doner wrap. Couldn’t find a piece of chicken on all of them. A bit disappointed becouse I’ve had it before and it was really tasty.

Waited hours for our order and when we rang to query where our order was we were lied to each time saying driver had just left with it. When order finally arrived over 3 hrs later the order was completely incorrect and stone cold!! Contacted kebab shop no real apology given and no offer to send out correct order despite our wait. Absolutely disgusted by lies told and service overall avoid this place unless you wish to wait hours for an incorrect order and cold food!!!

Waited 3hrs for delivery while getting lied to on the phone about where our food was, when it finally turned up it was stone cold and then BEST OF ALL NOT ONE THING WE ORDERED WAS IN THE BAG. The response from monsieur was "Well can't you just eat that food instead then" I obviously said no and was sworn at down the phone. This place is a disgrace and I doubt it will be around for long!!!

The food is fresh and tasty and sets the standard for fast food in Exeter. Once you try this will be your go to place.

Truly AWFUL. We were quoted an hour for delivery which ended up 30 mins late, items missing from order and food soaked in grease and inedible. Wrapping and bag were soaked in grease which is now all over our worktops. Tried to call to complain but their phones are now off (9:30PM) AVOID.

Food was delivered on time and warm. Pizza was nice and highly recommend. The American baguette was just way to dry to eat, the food was hot and as described but they really should put more sauce or something to soften up the meal. Otherwise great food!

Terrible!! Ordered at 9pm on a Monday night, received message saying it would arrive at 9.50pm. Then it changed to 10.20pm? Nothing turned up but at 10.25pm received a phone call asking us for our address even though they had it already, was told it would be 10 minutes..... our food arrived at 10.55pm, I asked if it was hot as we had been waiting 2 hours and he said yes, no apology or excuse for why we had waited so long! Upon opening the food we found that they had forgotten the salad, the chips were only part cooked and soggy and the doner meat was inedible as it was hard and chewy. Infact the whole order was terrible and we didn’t get to eat any - £15.90 effectively chucked in the bin! I rang the shop who told me the driver would call back and sort out a refund as soon as he got back to the shop. I just looked at the menu and the shop shut at 11pm. It’s now 11.18pm and so I’m not expecting my money back for this disgusting meal or any apology AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
