Burger King in Exeter

the man who gave me my food was the best delivery driver I had nice guy would watch hot fuzz wirh him

Delivery driver very good but missing a double whopper meal with extra cheese and 2 spicy mayo pots, surely it’s easy to see that this was missing when packaging the order?? Not impressed as every time I order there is ALWAYS a problem, food missing and when I report it I am told they will look at it in a couple days!!!

Sadly it was missing food items and the restaurant weren’t able to answer the phone which is a shame! Refund requested.

I had the wrong filling in my double whopper burger - It had cheese and gerkins put in there when it shouldnt have. Food was also cold

Fast service and cheap delivery

They did not fulfill my order as i ordered a normal hamburger and got a cheeseburger. The hamburger was for someone who cannot eat cheese!

order was wrong basically needed a plain burger with just bacon and patty says it in tge order to remove everything but yet turned u9 with all sauce on so my sin can not eat it waste of money

Order incomplete, daughters drink missing

We visited the exe bridges site yesterday evening and a young girl that works there was started on by some idiot who couldn’t handle his drink and she tried so hard to defuse the situation calmly the the manager intervened and ended up banning him as the bloke was chucking so much verbal abuse around! I had my 3 children there 2 are autistic and hate shouting so I wanna thank the young girl and the manager because without them getting him out my 2 children would of been traumatised all over the Xmas period! So thankyou to Eden and Brian for calming that situation and getting the bloke out so quickly! I also noticed another manager I believe her name is Charlotte she actually went to see if her members of staff were okay! Which was nice to see as you don’t really see that in a lot of places anymore as most shops go buy “the Customer is always right” which in this case he clearly wasn’t!

Closes at 11 not midnight on a Saturday apparently. My suspicion is they wanted to get away early. Either that or you need to update your timings.

courier had bag opened in cold wind /rain plus lhad our hot food in with frozen ice cream!!! no doubt our food was ice cold too!! had to nuke burgers and fries not nice! soggy lettuce don't rock my boat!

Cold, and a mess when delivered!

Initial order time was 20/35mins courier showed being at the restaurant almost immediately, yet the time get going back and back on delivery. Then when it showed out for delivery it showed him on the map no where near the restaurant, food cold and clearly been out on multiple orders and just not submitting that food had been collected.

With just eat you either get the wrong order, items missing or no order!

No loaded fries and missing chilli bites very poor service when it states loaded fries and you pay extra for them!!

was not given correct items /missing. paid extra for loaded cheesy bacon fries on the chicken meal and for milkshake neither of which we got. also on kids meal no drink was given. tried contacting store but could not get through didn't even ring. didn't want to choose option for full refund as that would not be fair for a few missing items, but maybe refund on items not received and paid for

Took the driver 30 mins to make a 10 mins journey. Won’t be using Just Eat again who offered me a measly £3.50 refund when the order was nearly £15! Waste of time!

Called into Exeter Services late Friday evening to grab a couple of Double Whoopers.Not knowing how the "Self Order" system works,I was 2nd in the queue for "old style" ordering at a till.The young chap was more than happy to take my bespoke order (I always have cheese and extra pickle in one).It has to be noted that there were atleast a dozen orders being cooked so there was a wait.When my order was ready and called out,an apology was made for the wait but hey,one of those things.Popped both burgers in the microwave once I got to Okehampton with no detriment.Could be calling into Burgerking at Exeter Services on a regular basis from now on : )

did not deliver correct order. i ordered 1x chicken royale burger and 2x beef whopper burger. what i got delivered was 1x chicken royale 1x sausage and egg butty and 1x 20 chicken nuggets box. pretty disappointed with this. delivery time was fast driver was nice.

Food was ok, we had a take out but the milkshakes weren't available & there were rat's in broad day light looking for food in the car park.

Order wasn’t delivered to my address

Didn’t get the meal that was ordered. Instead of a bacon double cheese burger meal with a chocolate milkshake, we received a whopper meal with a Fanta. This went uneaten. Haven’t been able to speak to anyone. Just sent a message but no reply. Not impressed.

Just go to KFC, this is literally the worst Burger king in the country. Staff aren't friendly, can't be bothered to clean, floor was covered in paper towels and straw wrapping, tables we're all filthy in the Burger king area and the kitchen was visibly dirty. My burger was overcooked and dry, fries were undercooked. The whopper was a bit better. Onion rings were mushy. All for 22 quid for two people. Just don't waste your time or money, go to the KFC instead at least the staff actually speak to you.

Ordered sauces but received none

Ordered take out large meal Steakhouse Angus and I selected to upgrade the fries, extra cost to cheesy bacon. You can see the photo, it does have bacon and a little bit of cheese on a couple of fries. £14 for this. Not worth it.

Forgot half my food, no kids burger, no small chips and no chilli cheese bites. I’m fuming. Absolute joke. It’s may be near closing time but you shouldn’t rush pack orders. Whole meal gone. I want a refund asap.

The food was cold when it arrived and it had been squashed due the bottles of drink being in the same bag

I have to meet the food delivery. The quality was brilliant, but I have to meet. I’m not happy with the delivery driver. He basically left my food on my doorstep did not ring my doorbell did not knock on my door and left it in the rain and got into his car.

We ordered the family combo and all three burgers were the same tiny size. When they specify one kids burger you assume the others will be regural... Very disappointed.
