Great food nicely cooked and everything was hot.

- No receipts in order machines - Painfully slow (over 30 minute wait for food and it wasn’t even busy) - Missing ingredients in food, had to ask to be told they didn’t have any - No napkins - Dry, burnt burger - Dirty tables - Overflowing bins - Overpriced

Can’t use my online things, stood there for ages waiting to get to order to be told they don’t use the app even tho it says no where about that, ended up spending 3x the amount for less food, got food at the self service to not get a receipt and miss my number, absolutely horrible

Didn’t get the meal that was ordered. Instead of a bacon double cheese burger meal with a chocolate milkshake, we received a whopper meal with a Fanta. This went uneaten. Haven’t been able to speak to anyone. Just sent a message but no reply. Not impressed.

I was missing a burger and a couple sauces other then that for and quality was amazing thanks also delivery was spot on

Just go to KFC, this is literally the worst Burger king in the country. Staff aren't friendly, can't be bothered to clean, floor was covered in paper towels and straw wrapping, tables we're all filthy in the Burger king area and the kitchen was visibly dirty. My burger was overcooked and dry, fries were undercooked. The whopper was a bit better. Onion rings were mushy. All for 22 quid for two people. Just don't waste your time or money, go to the KFC instead at least the staff actually speak to you.

Missing items still not resolved

Chilli cheese bites missing no cheese in the burgers and very lacking on the chill jam

courier drove past me twice before I had to barefoot walk to meet him...not cool...

Ordered sauces but received none

Ordered take out large meal Steakhouse Angus and I selected to upgrade the fries, extra cost to cheesy bacon. You can see the photo, it does have bacon and a little bit of cheese on a couple of fries. £14 for this. Not worth it.

could do with sauce & salt sachets

Maybe shouldn’t have a drink in with the food, made the chips soggy, do not believe it to be the couriers fault tho more so for Burger Kings

Forgot half my food, no kids burger, no small chips and no chilli cheese bites. I’m fuming. Absolute joke. It’s may be near closing time but you shouldn’t rush pack orders. Whole meal gone. I want a refund asap.

The food was cold when it arrived and it had been squashed due the bottles of drink being in the same bag

I have to meet the food delivery. The quality was brilliant, but I have to meet. I’m not happy with the delivery driver. He basically left my food on my doorstep did not ring my doorbell did not knock on my door and left it in the rain and got into his car.

We ordered the family combo and all three burgers were the same tiny size. When they specify one kids burger you assume the others will be regural... Very disappointed.

All I wanted was a bag of hot chips with barbecue sauce. Is that too much to ask for? Chips were like warm at best and no sauce at all apart from tomato ketchup which I don't like! I couldn't even be bothered to take the chips back! Won't be bothering here again.

The food was left on our front door step without knocking or ringing the doorbell so it was cold. Not worth the rider tip. Also, no sauce to go with chicken. Really disappointing

Ordered a double whopper got a single, so no meat sweats for me but enjoyed it.

Food was good as always, only thing that let it down was we were sent slightly incorrect burgers! Still whoppers but what we wanted in them (salad wise) wasn’t correct!

Specifically asked for no onion in my burger as I am allergic, open the burger and it is filled with onion so had to throw it away. Not impressed.

Service is glacially slow, the self service order/pay machines were advising that orders were not processed and no payment was taken.... When on checking online banking payment HAD been taken but the order not put through to the staff!... Staff did rectify this and put the order through manually however. Considering this is a motorway service (the last one on the M5 and gateway to the southwest), and today was the first day of a half term break with lots of folk travelling for breaks away, there was only 3-4 staff on!!! I felt sorry for them, clearly the management here don't care in the slightest (no sight of a manager or supervisor) Poor poor showing from BK all round.

Got a chicken royal with bacon/cheese today. Burger looked old, lettuce was brown. Now have food poisoning! Avoid!

Completely different burger arrived to what was ordered. ordered a steakhouse Angus, and a chimchurri chicken burger turns up. Not even the same animal! No complaints about the driver though!

Hashbrowns were amazing. My egg was undercooked and the patties absolutely stink, had a very rubbery chewy texture.

First Burger King experience and definitely my last. Burger buns were stale and apples with kids meal were old. Honestly, next time I'll skip Burger King and rather go to the McDonald's up the road.

Very busy when there staff quite attentive on tills but tables dirty and bins full.

Delivery time kept changing. Food was hotter than last time but still not as hot as I'd like.

Not too busy but the wait is ridiculous. And apparently ice isn't standard with their drinks. Have to go up and ask them to put it in your drink.

No mustard, no mayonnaise. No sauce on the burger. Don’t do it there is better food for your money some where else.

Food was almost cold and chips were only filled half way. Disappointed as usually we have a really good experience and its usually delivered fast but today it was cold, small measures of chips and late.

Fantastic cottages and great value. Lovely views and walks straight from the gardens.

Went to BK at Exeter Services, the place was really busy bit still ran efficiently. They managed to get rid of their queue quite quickly considering. The only thing I would advise is finding out who's ordered already as people were standing in what looked like a queue to order at one point (they were waiting for food). Other than that, the food tastes amazing as always, no issues and the guy that served me was really friendly. Don't forget to use your Blue Light Discount too 💙

Couldn't understand untrained server.. Drinks machine not working wasn't told at the beginning of ordering food. Rest of the staff came across a bit slow in many ways. No trays available.

Not very busy and had my food within a couple minutes, much faster than most BK's I've been to. Food was hot and fresh and customer service was good

COLD WASNT in an insulated container!

Not sure why Burger King can never deliver all the items ordered. There always seems to be an item missing. Surely it can't be so busy that they don't check what goes into the bag?

Turned up at 11 only to find them closed although it says they close at midnight. Always really slow service even when they’re not busy and kiosks often don’t function. They either don’t give receipts or card reader won’t take payment.

Waited 30 minutes for the order…some sort of chaos going on in the kitchen. The burgers came out cold. Bread was stale and onion rings were chewy and old (at this point surely fry up a new batch??!) The only edible part of the meal was the fries. Go to the kfc or m&s food…

Happy with the food but I didn't get the drink I asked for

Staff not at all attentive, screen did not work so had to order at till. Stood waiting for nearly 5 minutes before someone came over, did not look busy.

The food was great once it finally arrived, the service was shocking and could not be called fast food af all, our wait time was 30 minutes, and watching the staff work at the slow pace they were going was painful.

All the food was there and delivered with fantastic timing!

I don't think it was the drivers fault but i ordered at 11.37am and wasn't assigned a driver until 50 minutes later and then another hour until it was delivered at 13.36pm. It's a saturday lunch time, i get it but 2 hours is ridiculous
