Pedí un trato de comida para mi familia. Las pizzas suministradas eran todas incorrectas, las patatas no eran comestibles. Nunca antes había probado una pizza quemada tan grasosa e insípida. Las pizzas y papas fritas fueron devueltas y se suministraron otras nuevas, pero realmente, ¿de dónde sacan su idea de la pizza? Algo sacado de los años 80, una pizza congelada hubiera sido mucho mejor. Absoluta basura

Casi has muerto de vejez cuando obtienes tu comida. Entonces no solo está completamente mal. . . Es horrible y quemado. Las papas fritas sabían que habían sido cocinadas varias veces en aceite sucio. No sé qué le pasó a este lugar, solía ser agradable.

He estado usando Monaco Pizza en Gedling durante años porque el servicio y la comida eran excelentes. Ahora, sin embargo, en las últimas semanas, el servicio y la calidad se han deteriorado hasta el punto en que tiramos la mayor parte de la basura entregada en el contenedor esta semana. Ahora aconseja evitar.

We phoned on a Friday at 8.00pm for two pizzas for delivery. We were told that it would be one hour. At 9.30pm, with no sign of the pizzas, we phoned again. This time we were told that they were "out for delivery". At 10.00pm, with no pizzas delivered, we phoned again. This time we were told that we had "asked for take-aways". When quizzed further it transpired that the pizzas had not even been cooked. I would only recommend Monaco Pizza to anyone who wants to waste an entire evening waiting for an order that never arrives. This service was beyond poor - it was highly incompetent!

Ordered a pizza, took one hour and a half to arrive.Total Joke! Will never use them again. Go elsewhere.

this was a takeaway we had delivered. Delivery time was in the time they gave us. Pizza's were hot and tasty,Spicy chicken was very spicy and had a bit of a kick to it,All in all very good value for money

Accueil très agréable, soucis de satisfaire, personnel attentionné et sympathique. Joli endroit. Je vous conseille le fagotti capricioso, excellent. Desserts faits maison, goûteux et pourtant autour de 5€ seulement. Chianti rouge excellent à 17€ la bouteille. Je recommande car rapport qualité/prix +++

Delivery driver was really friendly and the food was piping jot and came extra early which was a bonus having a hungry child. Never had bad food from here highly recommend

Always get lovely food and great customer service

First time ordering from Monaco and I will defientley be returning. The food was piping hot even after trying to find something to watch while I ate which took a good 5 minutes :) I ordered two 9'' pizzas, onion rings and jalapeno bites. Couldn't finish it as I was so full but I can't fault the food. Quality on taste and even the dips were to die for.

Collect or take away the most delicious pizza's. Beat the big brand pizza chains hands down every time. Great value, pipping hot, quick delivery, cater for all requirements even vegans with their 'cheeseless' pizza. In addition they do pasta dishes, chicken and sides. My favourite is thin crust with prawns, pepperoni and jalapenos, yum, give it a try. Highly recommended.

Ordered a couple of times since last review. Much better pizza and service again now. Pizza hot and early. Really tasty. Would have got full stars but bottles of drink have gone up a lot. More expensive than the big name pizza places. Overall great service. Will order again

We have never had bad food from Monaco and the service is always good. On this occasion one of the pizzas had been ruined by being tipped up in the box - they sent a replacement straight out. Always tasty and on time.

Pizza was cold when arrived and the fries where poor compared to usual. Not enough to put me off from ordering again as the food and service are usually excellent.

I’ve had food from Monaco a few times, but not for many years. I was so impressed with my order last night. There were good deals, the food arrived 10 minutes early and it was delivered by a very friendly woman who made a bit of conversation. The food itself was SO good, my whole family said it was the best pizza we’ve had in a long time. P.S we recommend the Garlic Calzone, which has mozzarella, cheddar and mushrooms inside! 😍 Many thanks Monaco! Will be ordering again

four cheese pizza was absolutely delicious! garlic bread was slightly disappointing, not very garlicky - a bit stodgy!

All three different pizzas unfortunately all tasted the same, and the taste wasn't pleasant. Despite choosing 'thin' crust, they were thick and chunky.

Pizza arrived super fast, it looked, smelled and tasted AMAZING. Fantastic choice of toppings and great value for money. Wouldn't dream of going back to Dominoes or Pizza hut again now! Super impressed.

Once again the toppings were not correct. I paid yet again for 2 x spicy pork and there was 1 piece on each slice. Feel ripped off again. Won't use them again

Regular customer here. Food was late and barely above cold. Ordered large calzone, small one delivered with lots of mozzarella and not much else. An hour and half wait for a business 2 minutes down the road to deliver 1 cold pizza isn't great. Pizza sauce not as tasty as it used to be either.

We always use Monaco absolutely love it. Tonight though, both pizzas were undercooked. Which is a shame. Doughy base tasted awful.

Outstanding. Really really good. Just as good miked for breakfast in the morning! Not the cheapest but worth it, glad I risked it and will 100% be doing it again now I know the pizzas are of this quality. Piping hot delivery too and we weren't a close journey.

Really disappointed with the food this time. Pesto pasta didnt taste as good as normal. Nachos tasted like you had used cheese doritoes instead of the usual ones... Tasted awful and too sweet
