Always the best desserts, loveeee

Order came over 1 hour late, food got wasted. The value of the order came to £35.70 FOR 4 ITEMS ! The burger came in a bit of tin foil, overpriced for 9 nuggets (£1 a nugget). I would like a refund ! I would like to request a refund for this.

The food was very lovely, custard with the school cake came warm, and the milkshake had saved on the side which made the flavour nicer. Food took a while for what it was though.

Waited over 2 hours for two ice cream sundaes!! When they arrived they were nice but the wait was shocking, was falling asleep waiting for it to finally arrive at 11oclock at night. Delivery driver didn’t even apologise for the delay either.

Guilty pleasure is Mollys 🤣 the best place for desserts and sweet treats x

Delivery was an hour and a half wait which is shocking considering I’m a 10 minute drive away. For the price of the food, the quality is terrible - a £5 burger came wrapped in foil and nothing else, and their ‘salad’ was a soggy piece of lettuce squished onto a stiff chicken patty… I had high hopes for the sweet food especially as was hoping the big price would reflect the quality but I was wrong - the brownies are dry and crumbly, and the cookie dough was drowned in sauce. Save your money.

Ordered a full waffle but it came cut up in a box rather than flat like other places, just seemed a bit dry as well wasn’t much sauce as less surface area since it was all piled together.

the best milkshakes on the wirral we only get them here as they are lovely would recommend 5*****

although it was late the ice cream sundae and the waffle were still lovely thankyou very much

Absolutely love Molly's, I order on UberEats and have never had an issue with any orders. If I order something and they don't have it in they have called to offer me something else and they always read my order notes. Very tasty desserts, my favourite dessert place!

Avoid half of the order missing.

Order 15 mini dogunts only received 8 yet they refused to refund the difference, plenty of better options in the area, but by far the worst in customer service in the area.

order 15 mini doughnuts got only 8, called back no reply. paid extra for sauce hardly any sauce on the doughnuts.

Honestly if I could I would give this place a zero rating! Spent £60 on an order, £20 of it was missing. Tried to call ten times to let them know of their mistake to no answer. I then had to drive down to Molly's to find two young girls sat on a seat with their feet up. Told them of the mistake and how I wanted a refund. She then tried to persuade me not to do that as she has to ring some other company that handles the payments which could take time! I wasn't given a delivery fee refunded or so much as an apology either. Arguably the worst service I've ever received. Desserts were nice, but the food was cold and soggy. Much better desserts places up the road. Won't be going back.

Didn’t have one of my things so offered to refund me and called me to let me know, food was amazing as was the milkshake would recommend to anyone staff I spoke to on the phone were amazing too

Mollys is always worth the wait! Ordered.. chocolate school cake! S&N crepe, school cake with custard. Bueno brownie bites! And two milkshakes All so nice! Ya can’t beat the quality 💕💕 Went down a treat!

amazing customer service always very nice never anything wrong and if they don’t have anything in stock that you have ordered they ring up or bring other options to your door instead of just leaving

Food is shit and expensive i had pain in my stomach for hours i don’t recommend it at all

kids loved the desserts, they didnt have the flavour we ordered for our cookie dough so they put a selection of different chocolates in so the kids could choose they were made up :) thanks

Milkshakes are always lovely but this time not as good as it wasn’t blended properly & the strawberry slush tasted like absolutely nothing :( quite annoying when you spend £20 on drinks an they’re not great

I love this place but sadly the brownies were dry and I couldn’t eat them and the cookie dough was so oily ☹️

We love coming here for a family treat. Best cookie dough, lovely sundaes, hot food is delicious too. Wonderful friendly service. We don’t go anywhere else. There’s limited parking but we walk, so it’s not a problem. There’s a small seating area inside with one table, enough for one family. The decor inside is beautiful too.

Me and my friends love this place, always hot food. desserts/milkshakes are lovely. Your chicken nuggets are so good! If there's ever an out of stock item or a mistake Molly will always sort it out

Ordered milkshakes over an hour and came with no straws would expect if you order milkshakes you would get straws with it very unprofessional

Amazing as always 💗 our go to place for desserts! Molly & her team are always so friendly, we ordered a kinder doughnut which they had ran out of so they rang us to ask what we’d like instead so we went for the brownie! The milkybar whippy tray was ugh 10/10 🍦 if you guys could start doing milkybar cheesecakes that would be 10/10 also 🤣😋💗🤍

Had a phone call to say they'd ran out of what we wanted and what we'd like to change it too.. Very friendly on the phone, easily sorted & friendly delivery driver!! Our fave place for desserts, always fab 👌🏼👌🏼

Been here 3 times just purely for Coca Cola frozen slushies. All 3 times they haven’t been on. Only reason I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is because I haven’t actually bought or tried anything from here. Wasted a lot of money on fuel and also wasted a lot of time on this wild goose chase. Also for those wondering I gave about 2 to 3 weeks between each visit to make sure it was up and running. Doesn’t help that their phone number listed on google is always inactive

Omg! First time ordering from mollys and I do not regret it. I got red salt curly fries(chips) , salt and pepper chicken 7 pieces and a lotus biscoff cookie dough ... I absolutely loved every single bite, so full off flavour! plus the garlic mayonnaise, is the best garlic mayonnaise in the north west (and it's hard to find nice garlic mayo in the north west) decent price too xx

Food was absolutely delicious, the mini pancakes, milkshakes, sundaes, salted caramel churros, curled fries with red salt are to die for, salt and pepper chicken wrap is great too!! Can’t beat going back to your childhood with some school cake!! Dogs loved their little treat of vanilla ice cream too!! Staff were so helpful, they ring if they need to change something on your order, staff so kind and friendly!! Definitely be going here again, if you know what’s good for you, you know this place is!!
