Moliano's in Dudley

Tried to order on molianos own site 2x pizza deals, didn't work so I rang up only to receive a rude welcome. He past me onto a different fella who explained the price was different to the web site? so I guess that's false advertising.. anyway ordered pizzas and agreed free garlic bread.. which didn't turn up either... Food was terrible and left me feeling really sick, this used to be good but its the worst I've had in Stourbridge.. never ever again.

Wish i never ordered. 4 pizza's for £47 no sides or drink just the 4 pizza's. very rude over the phone when trying to order. and once delivered the order was wrong! only got three toppings instead of the four and it wasn't even on thin crust like I ordered. all four pizza's tasted horrible never Going to moliano's again.

Brilliant food every time! Best kebab in the area in my opinion, ordered multiple times off Uber eats and always arrives on time and hot! Can't figure out how to leave a review on Uber so I hope this gets seen as I would highly recommend

Quick service. Staff don't interact with customers beyond taking order and money which is a shame. Good selection of food items but not marinated long enough to capture true flavour. Location clean and tidy

Have to say I've used this place a lot, and normally very good, but tonight 26th Dec. The pizza was undercooked, base soggy and totally disappointing. Had to get a fork and eat the topping only because the base was just warm dough. Not a pizza.

Came here before a gig at the town hall. Only had a few minutes to eat as traffic was bad. Thankyou so much to Ali for fast and efficient service!!! Food decent too x

The pizzas were fantastic, with delicious flavors and a perfect crust. The service was also outstanding; the staff were attentive and friendly, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for a great meal!

One of the best Kebabs I have had. Lovely variety if Salad with it, great after a few beers. Friendly staff.

After the order had been confirmed, the owner called demanding more money for delivery. Then they got abusive when I said I was not prepared to pay. Had a been a fairly regular customer but won't eat there again.

Accidentally clicked pay by cash on the website (had no cash) simple mistake, right? WRONG! Rang the shop almost instantly to inform them of this to be greeted with a hostile, belligerent and borderline abusive man on the phone saying that the food was already done (5 minutes max after order was placed) saying that he would call the POLICE and waste their time and resources. Will NOT be using this establishment again.

Ordered for the second time tonight thinking maybe we just got lucky with our first order. How wrong we were. Food is fantastic and will be our number one place from now on..brilliant guys. Thankyou.

i’ve been using molianos for years, great value for money and great quality food, always hot and fresh. delivery is always fast and nothing is too much for the staff. Always get given a free garlic bread too which is a nice touch :)

AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS DIRTY DOG HOLE OF A PLACE! Orderd food last night paid extra money for an extra chicken burger which turns out not to be cooked! Called the outlet this evening after spending all day being sick and the past 4 hours at Russell's hall walk in centre to have my suspicions confirmed by a doctor that i had a mild case of food poisoning!!!!! Only place ive eaten in the past 2 days is from molianos on an evening after finishing work!! AGAIN EVERYONE PLEASE AVOID ILL BE CONTACTING DUDLEY COUNCIL IN THE MORNING AND THE FOOD STANDARDS AGENCY!

Have ordered from this place for many years. Food has always been ok. Last occasion they sent me a chicken sheesh kebab in a naan bread. Naan bread was rock solid and not edible. I phoned the shop and they said they was going to send a new one out. 30 mins later the driver turned up with a new naan bread. Unfortunately by now my chicken was stone cold, I phoned the shop to ask for a refund and was handed over to the manager. He offered to send me out a new kebab this would have been nearly 2 hours after my initial order. I refused politely and asked for a refund. I was told we don’t do refunds and he hung up. Shocking service and terrible food

Just had a cheeseburger. But some reason they put on some kind of spicy sauce totally ruined my burger. Apart from that the fries was good. I will not return.

After receiving our order with in 20 min from ordering and we live 5 miles away didn’t think much of the time as it was late we ate half the pizza to be woken up with sickness and a bad stomach then realising the pizza wasn’t even cooked phoned the shop after serval conversations they continued to Deny us purchasing from there very re and very angry in the phone do not use these

Missing toppings on my pizza. What kind of a pizza comes with no crust just all cheese in the edges. Other pizza wasn't barely cut 1/4 of a large was just 1 slice.

Very fast service, especially with the burgers. They love getting you the cheapest deal possible and the staff are really friendly. The food is really good especially for the price, cannot recommend this place enough.

Nice food and used for a long time but they consistently get my order wrong with missing toppings i paid extra for, they've missed whole pizzas and chips too a few times but they quickly sorted that, time to find a new pizza shop i think

Was made to wait 2 hours for my order when it arrived it looked like it was thrown in the box. When phoned to ask about my order that was rude and protected like I didnt order from them. Once I said I will give you my order number the said 15 then hung up straight away. Nachos were soggy, crunchy and cold at the same time and the the jalopies tasted off.. Pizza was oily and cold.

Awful, took over 2 hours to come, called the shop who were rude on the phone, then when the food did arrive it was horrible soggy and not properly cooked. Do not waste your time or money on this place.

This place has the best food and service I’ve ever experienced. Hands down couldn’t be any better as from the second I walked in right up until finishing the workers were making sure everything was to perfection. If u are in Stourbridge I would highly recommend come to Molianos and trying it for your self!

I've tried so many pizza places around the area, and honestly Moliano's is the best by a country mile! They've ruined me for all other pizza. I used to go to Pizza Hut all the time, but I haven't been there in years since discovering this place. I probably order from there at least once a week...and that's me holding back!

Usually love this place, but I ordered 2 kebabs today for me and my partner but I found plastic wrapping fused to the meat and my partner found a piece of metal in his. Absolutely vile. Edit: Still vile, but they did refund the meal cost.

Exceptional service - ordered 36 pizzas for a function. Arrived exactly on time, all correctly labelled with names, hot and delicious!!! Definitely recommend

Soggy chips and the halloumi wrap was terrible. Really disappointed paid £20 for terrible food.

Ordered a halloumi wrap for my wife, £5.70, thought it must be good for that price. Turns out it was exactly what it said on the tin, halloumi in a wrap, dry halloumi at that. Monstrously disappointing. Just look at the photo I've attached, just look at it, that's what a Moliano £5.70 wrap looks like. Ordered a kebab, meat was nice but the the pita bread was soggy, really soggy. Large chips portion was underwhelming. Theres much better kebab and pizza places out there. Overall: Overpriced, food quality and preparation is poor, portion size is smaller than you would imagine.

Went in for the first time to Moliano's. They were very busy with takeout delivery orders, so I thought they would be good. Took a little while to take my order (ordered a large mixed meat and chips with salad). The only good thing was the salad. The meat (chicken and lamb doner was dry, hard and tasteless with oil dripping from it. The quantity was also at best "a small". Looks like they don't care about small orders. My local chippy is far far better. ( I was passing by so I thought I'd give it a try). Never again. Would give it a zero star if I could.

Usually milanos is one of our favourite places to order from, so much so we order a few times a week. Unfortunately, just ordered two mixed shish and it was inedible. Couldn't chew through the lamb, would have had a better job chewing a tyre and the it dripped with Greece. So from a £25 order we just eat the chips and free garlic pizza bread. Then called the establishment to explain my upset, and even tho the owner accepted he could see where I was coming from because he admitted ordering cheap lamb. Offered me a new kebab but refused refund Last time I will eat from this restaurant, sad and disappointed more than anything

First time to order as it was seen on the reviews that it's best in the local and I think a bit true. Just the delivery quite longer but still worth the wait.

Im from all the way in the north east of england and whenever i am in birmingham i make sure i come here. Excellent service amazing food and the manager is an absolute gem. Keep it up guys! That super cheeseburger was amazing!!

The Moliano's Special is my preferred dish and offers brilliant value for money. The shish kebabs are fantastic and I'm not normally a fan of doner kebabs (typically, I'm repulsed by them) but Moliano's doner is the first I've enjoyed in 19 years (going back to the horrors of working in a chippy at 15...). The portions are huge, the meats taste great, and there's always plenty of salad and bread. Delivery is always on time or earlier than planned, nothing has ever been missing, and I've never been disappointed with anything. Moliano's is always our first choice when we're having a night in with a film. Five stars.

Never got the pizza as it was 2 hours late and I went to bed as they were not picking up the phone. They refused to give me a refund stating "it was my responsibility to open the door"... It was 2 hours late and I was asleep as it was 4am. Owner of the restaurant was nasty and hung up the phone. Mind you - wasn't just me. See photo attached.

This is literally the best takeaway restaurant ever. Their customer service is another level. The food is to die for. I cannot recommend them enough.

Called ahead before placing order through App. Asked if Ham was actually pork and not turkey ham. I was assured it was. Went ahead to order my ham.. arrived earlier than expected. Pizza was sloppy.stuffed crust had no taste. Pizza was not evenly prepared or cooked..... and my Ham had never seen a pig let alone been part of one !! Disappointing.

My go to takeaway. Best kebabs in town Lamb shish personal favorite large on a naan with hot chilli and garlic mayo. Priced higher then others but you can tell they use better quality ingredients so well worth that little bit extra

Very poor quality pizza. I bought a pizza deal from Molianos & both the pizzas were awful. They were not fresh & meat was smelly plus the pizza base was very old. I never experienced such a poor quality food as i had from Moliano's. I wont recommend this place unfortunately.

curly fries although expensive were amazing. burger had no little bits of fat in them like a lot of the other takeaway burgers do. food arrived over 30 minutes early. very polite delivery driver. would recommend :)
