AVOID Ordered food online via Justeat. I was contacted before the delivery driver arrived and told that I need to pay an extra £2.50 for the delivery and that I should just give the delivery driver cash. So I canceled the order. Putting the hand into people. I had already paid £4 for delivery on the Justeat app. Terrible customer service. AVOID

Moira pizzeria is a very good food point. Moira Pizzeria delivery speed is very fast. Their food, their pizza, their munchibox, every thing is very special. I pray for them. May Allah give them more success.

By far the vast takeaway in the area. Best Kebab I've eaten meat is always tender and tastes great. Pizzas are always on point.

Devastated it’s changed hands. If you’re gonna buy it why bother changing the food when it was the best around and restaurant quality. Won’t be back

Ordered last night. When the order eventually turned up it was missing one pizza (garlic supreme) and the delivery driver was carrying the others on their side so they were a mess all over the box. Tried to ring to inform this to at least get refund for the missing pizza and no answer. Tried many times but they were clearly deliberately not answering. Complete unacceptable to take people’s money and not even provide what was paid for.

Awful experience. Ordered food at 7 and didnt turn up until after 9. Called multiple times and was told lies upon lies. Someone on the phone told me it left at 8.15 and the driver said he only left at 8.45. Food was freezing and 100% not worth the wait.

I normally love getting food from Moira Pizzeria, but they seemed to have stopped doing pasta dishes. Doesn’t come up on Just Eat or their website anymore, and they were the only places near me that delivered pasta dishes. Had it not been for that, I would have continued to use them, but that was the primary reason I ordered from there.

An absolute disgrace ordered at 7.30 this evening said it would delivered latest 8.50 No takeaway arrived and they are not answering the phone But they are good enough to except the online order and take the money it’s now 21.42 and still no pizzas Money needs to be refunded Get a call from a man saying he is the owners friend called into help at almost 10 o’clock food delivered pizzas couldn’t eat them was told we would get a refund plus a free order When I tried to ring the number back this guy that came to our house has now decided not to answer his phone and no call back from the owner as he said there would be Shame on Moria pizzeria

First time buying from here & won't be the last, pizza was tasty, nicely cooked & the chips were chunky,light & hot. Would recommend.

The delivery service is totally unacceptable. I ordered food several months ago and was made to wait almost two hours on delivery. I thought I'd give Moira pizzaria the benefit of the doubt and order another delivery online. I had to wait almost 3 hours for the delivery. By the time the food came it was cold and damp with condensation. The only thing that was warm was the tin of coke that came with the so called meal deal. That is two occasions when Moria Pizzaria have caused me significant inconvenience! Please do not take orders and online payments if you cannot deliver an adequate service. If you cant handle the demand, don't be greedy and continue to take online orders and payments. Pathetic way to run a business. Safe to safe I will not be getting food in Moria pizzaria anytime soon. FACT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Two hours no delivery, no answer don’t waste your time.

We have just ordered a pizza, two different kids menus and a Kebab and everything was delicious and in just 15 minutes. Great attention, super nice the man in the counter. We loved it and would come back for sure if we were staying here longer.

AVOID zero customer service. Ordered through just eat, at 1655 was told at 1730 order delayed tried ringing Moria Pizzeria 50 times in the last 45 mins to cancel order, just eat says if I cancel order will get charged full amount as they have already accepted my order very poor service will simply not be back. Also wouldn't have thought a Monday night ordering before 1700 would have been that busy

It's good food it's really taste as Italian food

Don't waste your time here. The order arrived two hours late, the shop/restaurant never picked up their phone and the order was cold. Save yourself the hassle and don't order.

Have tried the other pizza places in Moira, and this one trumps them all! Recently ordered 10 pizzas for a youth group party and Damien couldn’t have been more helpful! Delicious pizza and fantastic service.

Ordered delivery and told 20 to 30 mins. 65 mins later it arrived. Then the delivery driver tried to short change me. But to top it all off the pizza was barely luke warm and by the second slice it was cold. Reallypoor service all round.

Freezing cold Pizza. Half the chips were black. Zero consistency with this place.

Just my second time ordering and finally a good pizza place locally. Delivered from Moira into Lurgan and it was still lovely and hot. Delicious food. If I could give ten stars I would.

Avoid this place at all costs, the owners attitude is absolutely horrific!! Received a call just now to ask was the order I placed yday for today after sitting for hrs waiting on it last night to then have no answer when ringing to ask where it is. Apparently even tho their website said they were open and Google did also and their online order system was taking orders they were actually closed! How the owner spoke on the phone and dealt with the situation was a joke. Definitely won't ever be ordering again. He then told me it was because of covid they closed and it was on their Facebook page... Which im yet to see, but wot i did find was a news report showing a worker there falsely claimed to test positive a wk ago, so either they lied about the positive result being false or else they lied about being closed all wk bcus of covid

Do not expect to order from here and your food to be ready. It has really gone downhill recently, used to be excellent little pizza place. Best avoided now, service is terrible.

Placed an order tonight for a delivery because the order last night was excellent - arrived on time and was hot and very tasty.Tonight different story- Ordered via Just-Eat online same as before - eta was 19:30. As previous delivery had been on time I called the restaurant at 19:45 to be told that the delivery was going out now and that there was only one driver on.Delivery did not arrive until 20:30 and the food was nearly cold but still very tasty - hence the title - undecided.A family comment was "would have been even better if it had been hot"

Usually the food is amazing but tonight we were very disappointed. Few things missing from our order then the food that actually got delivered was so greasy, after 1 or 2 bites we couldn't stomach anymore and instantly made us feel sick. This is unfortunate as anytime we have ordered we have not had any complaints regarding the food! Won't be ordering from here anytime soon.

Dont be expecting your pizza on time. Arrived hour and half later, so poor.

Ordered at 5 not here by 6.30, called 3 times for the address which is off Castle Ave and still not here. Left our pizza at a house in castle Ave , told it's taking time as have to go there to collect and leave here. Address was entered correctly and they called for house number , still no sign. Pizza finally arrive 45 mins late and cold, no apologies. Sent back and asked for money back but can't be done until boss is back at weekend. NEVER AGAIN

Really poor experience with this establishment tonight; disgraceful response from the owner when I complained. Total waste of money. If I could give zero stars I would.

I order pizza from here regularly and have never had a problem. I have found the portions satisfying and very good quality. I use their app that can be downloaded from Google play and gave no issues with it at all. It's better value than some of the bigger chains and nicer to.

Always great food and always on time

We have had pizza twice recently from here and have not been disappointed. Generous size and plenty of toppings. Love the salami with chilli. Can be busy at times and all freshly made. I always collect as can be delivery problems as per reviews below.

Have been going since mid 2019 - used to be a pretty good place when it first opened, but since November/December 2019 it has gone rapidly down hill and i will not be back.Potions have steadily decreased as has the quality of the food since i first started going. just checkout my photo of a £6 steak kebab in naan, basically a naan with a quarter portion of steak - i was still starving after i finished it! Have phoned orders through only to be told the card machine is broken upon arrival - not during telephone order! thus necessitating doubling back to go to the cash machine and then back to collect my order.I love supporting local businesses, especially those in Moira - but i won't be back here. You can get better pizzas & kebabs in other places in the village.

Ordered the pizza garlic bread and chicken bites and chips. Took 2 hours for delivery. Food cold when it got here. Garlic bread bought in you could buy nicer in a supermarket. Pizza bland. Chicken bites and chips covered in the garlic sauce and not on the side. Totally bland and flavourless. Won't be back.

I read that this is the best pizzeria in Moira... the others must be shockingly bad then.

Lovely pizza and portions where large and great food

Own made dough and own made pizza base is a great start to a great pizza. The chicken pakora is beautiful.

I feel like ive been mugged, in the pizza section on the menu there is garlic bread, a normal person would assume that was a garlic bread pizza. Its not. If i wanted this id buy it from the frozen aisle in Tescos. Pizza was nice tho

Absolutely fantastic food. I ordered the steak and mushroom creamy pepper sauce and pasta with garlic bread. Will definitely be back. Massive portions. Had to stop myself eating.

Always want new places to do well and this take away, open only a few months, has a really varied menu (pizza, kebabs, pasta, burgers). Unfortunately the service is a complete shambles. I ordered, then waited over 30 minutes before someone shouted, 'what was your order again?' at me. Another 10 minutes and they still got the order wrong. The food, when it came, was average. To be fair they gave me my money back, plus the food and a can of diet coke. But that's not really what I wanted. They were very busy and hopefully things will improve but they badly need a better system to sort and deliver on orders. (They also serve take away pasta dishes - I'd hate to see the congealed state of those if customers have to wait for the length of time I did!).

Congratulations on getting open and good luck with your venture. I ordered and bought 12" Verona and a Steak Kebab! and ate the lot! Your PIZZA could do with a bit longer in the oven to crisp up a bit! It had a soggy bottom! And you should use RED & GREEN peppers wit mozzarella chese on an Italian PIZZA especially one called Verona ! Your Steak spices and herbs were lovely, but no pitta bread was unforgivable! I ate it all enjoyed it but it could be so much better and you can tweek it and improve.
