MLK Burgers in Trafford

I went to the MLK branch in Old Trafford and was delighted to be served with the upmost care and hospitality by the staff such as Usman and Hamood who both really went the extra mile

Very very good food. Osman and Mahmood gave me and my friends amazing service. Made us feel welcome and comfortable

Really tasty proper beef burgers, fast and friendly service

Mediocre food with very dead service and 0 atmosphere. Was only given good service and the staff were friendly once we got the food for some reason. Personally wouldn't visit again, food was very mid.

this is literally one of my favourite buger shop, their burgers are so good especially the nashville burger. the employees are also very kind and friendly

Ordered wings, got tenders. Tenders were extremely salty so we didn’t even manage to finish a single one. Both smash burgers were overcooked and burnt. Extremely disappointed to be honest.

I ordered through uber eats i added some wishes in the notes they came trough fries were nice burger was amazing 10/10.

Gave this place 5 stars three years ago after visiting in person and enjoying their delicious burger and excellent service. Was lucky enough to order from them again and delighted to see that the quality remains superb! I love trying fried chicken burgers and their Nashville burger is my favourite in all of Manchester. Recommend getting with fried onions and cheese.

Smash burgers that rival any other you will find in Manchester, and they gave me extra fries and sauces due to the wait on my order (it wasn't even that long of a wait!)

The best service and amazing food. Their Nashville wrap is the best, and their curly fries are really good too, nice clean premises and very friendly staff. The food was served piping hot and fresh and the portions are generous too

Had hardly anything in the takeaway. Rang up to order. Out of buffalo sauce, out of wraps, out of drinks. The wings were undercooked caused me to be sick. And the only thing that was great was the chips. Took 40 mins to prepare the wings and loaded fries as they were understaffed that day too. Traveled an hour and half just to be disappointed. Do not recommend

An amazing spot for a social gathering! There are very few halal beef places that serve exceptional beef burgers, like MLK burger especially ones better than Archie’s. The atmosphere was great, even though this was a takeaway rather than a dine-in experience.

Incredibly disappointed I waited for over an hour for my relatively simple order. I was told once I had paid by the young man on the till that I should have my order in 20 mins. This was at 20:17 hrs. When I was finally served at 21:20 hrs, several customers had been served including those orders fulfilled that were placed online. Given that I was waiting with my 6 year old and had to travel back to London, I was not offered a place to sit (eventually found a space on the window ledge) or an explanation. Customers were served before me from what I can see, because they were known to the place. This is unacceptable - I paid for my order and did not deserve to be treated to be this way. Shameful.

My husband and I were visiting from Australia for a Man Utd match and found this place close to Old Trafford and were so pleasantly surprised with the amazing food quality and amazing service. Ordered the Nash’d up loaded fries and the Classic Angus beef burger, both were really tasty but I must say I went for these meals because it is not specified anywhere it being spicy but it definitely was, to the point that I did not enjoy my food because they made it too spicy when it wasn’t meant to be. Disappointed

These guys make the best burgers in Manchester. You should give it a try. My favourite is triple smash burger with curly fries and chipotle sauce. Makes me wonder, why they aren’t opening up more branches in central Manchester.

Were do I start, the best burger I've ever had. The food we ordered so piping hot and so tasty. We ordered Nashville mess, dirty smash, loaded fries and buffalo tenders. All the food was so good and I would highly recommend.

I recently visited MLK burger's and was thoroughly impressed. The chicken burgers are absolutely delicious, juicy, flavourful, and cooked to perfection. The variety of toppings and sauces means there's something for everyone, and each bite is a burst of taste. A special shout-out to Isa, who served us who made the experience even better with their friendly and attentive service. Isa was knowledgeable about the menu and made great recommendations, which we really appreciated. What really stood out was the reasonable pricing. This place: Has the worst customer service The shop is empty yet food takes 45 mins to arrive a chicken burger meal They say very busy that they have online orders when there are no pickup drivers etc You place and order after 30 mins they come and tell you they’ve no sauce They offer you something else instead which initially you don’t want anyway They offer no sympathy or apology They never answer telephone It is actually like children or very inexperienced people run this place. One chef runs back and forth clueless with his hairnet on One man says we don’t accept card payments and they have a card machine present for you to then laugh and say “ you mean to say sorry machine not working” which he then replies “yeh sorry that’s what I meant” I have been here few times and always had a problem. When I say I been few times I always thought give benefit of doubt but yesterday was a joke! There is always a problem here in this place the shop is empty yet they say we are busy. They say online when no drivers come to the shop. When we are there others also have issues when they are not given full orders. These guys need to actually understand and how to run a business and have a team in place. The service and communication is very bad and with arrogance especially yesterday no apology or anything just says after 30 mins we have no dip sauce and you can have something else instead of you want. All staff absolutely clueless and either on there mobile or arguing as we can hear because shop is empty like you can hear echoes yet he says we are very busy. Never am I ever coming here again. Please if management read this reach out to me if you want further detail. Understand the importance of customer service and what it means. Whoever reads this please just go Miamis, Philadelphia, wilmslow road or Floridas just don’t go hear if you want to wait ages and then end up not getting what you ordered or when you do get it which will be a guarantee of 25 minutes wait for burger meal. Miamis just to add yes long wait but you get what you ordered though. I just thought maybe MLk improve in all areas but yet the same!

Eat here, you won't regret it. The burgers are stunning and the hype about the wings being the best in Manchester is all true. I can particularly recommend the dirty smash burger, so much flavour. The staff are really friendly and there is parking available at the front and around the back

Lovely food great overall experience

I ordered the chicken box with the nashville tenders. I'd easily day the loaded fries were the best thing on there, and I think it's one of the best loaded fries I've ever had. It was a solid 9/10 and thats only because i wish there was more chicken to the loaded fries. I'd really recommend their loaded fries. The wings were a 6.5/10 for me as the meat was dry. The chicken burger was good, but again the chicken was dry but not as dry as the wings so I'd say 7.5/10. I've also tried half of the triple smash burger and that is easily a solid 9/10. Very juicy and tasty. I've also had their oreo milkshake and I'd say its a 8/10. It was a thinner milkshake but the taste was amazing.

Came here upon recommendation for a quick bite before watching the Man United game (coming all the way from London!) and was blown away how amazing everything was. Everything from the Angus burger to the loaded fries was superb. Excellent work guys! 💪🏼

Randomly visited this place and was blown away. Fantastic burgers and loaded fries. Ingredients tasted premium and loved their in store made sauces which they use liberally in everything - and I loved it. Would recommend the classic Angus burgers and the fried chicken was great as part of loaded fries and would definitely want to try it again on its own in another visit very very soon.

Decent fast food if you’re in the area and hungry. Food takes a little long to serve. Casual space to meet for food and banter.

Good place for a small dinner. I would describe it more as a takeaway than a restaurant. But this has no influence on the food or quality. Everything was very tasty, fresh and nice and warm. The selection is extensive.

I was very keen to try this place based on the reviews and the social media videos I saw. I ordered the Meat in the Middle burger with curly fries and my cousin ordered it with skin on fries. When I asked how long it would take, they said 12-15 minutes. It came out about after about 20 minutes which wasn’t too bad. They had messed up the fries and given both of us curly fries, not much of an issue. But the size of the burger for the price we paid was a disappointment, £9 for a burger for it to be that small. I thought nvm it might be filling, it was not in fact filling and we left hungry. The service was awful, we asked for sauces they didn’t come out till halfway through the meal, I asked for napkins it took 5 minutes and they brought out kitchen roll and when asked if there was anywhere to wash hands they said no. Overall the food tasted nice, but the price and service do not justify coming back here unfortunately.

Ordered a few times over the past 6 months. Food was good. Portion was quite big at the beginning .. now it comes in a small box half the size. Price remained the same so it's not worth it now.

I was up in Manchester for the weekend and when I was asking about where the best burger spot was I got overwhelming recommendations to come here and it really did not disappoint! Everything I ordered was incredible, from the smash burgers to the Nashville chicken burger to the wings to the loaded fries, it was all 10/10! Now I know when I come back up there’s only one place I’ll be going and it’s MLK!
