Great little craft beer place in Altrincham. Located in a small space but has a huge selection of specialist beers and ciders. If your ever in Altrincham and fancy a drink somewhere out of the way and cosy, I'd recommend this place

Nice nook off the beaten track in altrincham. Attended a 40th party here which was brilliant.

Great location and a massive selection of beers, would highly recommend on a hot day sitting outside, can't get much better!

A fantastic place to go for a quick bite to eat and drink and relax.

Pete the excellent barman served the finest Deya and put us onto “they call me Mr. Sanchez” for chicken wings and burgers from next door which Pete allowed us to eat in the bar. The best Friday lunchtime. Cheers Pete, you the best.

It's a comfortable and relaxing place to get a drink. Not sure if it was just the time I went but there wasn't any music blasting in the background meaning we could all hear each other without having to raise our voices which is a welcome relief. My only complaint would be that I was unable to get a cup of tea so was forced to enjoy a bottle of delicious cider instead. Aside from that scandal, I would recommend it and will likely be coming back.

Great vibes, great people, amazing wine

After a bit of a Google to find a good independent shop for beer related gift, I plumped for Batch and was not disappointed. Tucked away in Kings Court, I was warmly welcomed & the gentleman who served me obviously knew his stuff & took time to make me up a great little gift box. Great experience from a retail point of view, but I can imagine with its open lay out and cool interior it's a great place for an evening drink too. I will definitely be back. 5*

Enjoyed a fabulous roast lunches in a relaxed chilled environment supported with understated but polite service from the entire team. We had two lamb roast meals with my daughter enjoying chicken roast meal with strong array of vegetables (including beautifully cooked savoy cabbage). I enjoyed a delicate fruity Scilla red wine whilst my wife and daughter enjoyed zesty lemon and lime drinks. We will all return!

My first time in Batch and really enjoyed it, it had a nice chilled out atmosphere here and the beer choice is nothing short of amazing which is nice as I usually have Altringham down as more for its Belgium beer choice. We didn't eat here but we just stopped for a couple of drinking. Batch as can or bottle options as well has a few beers on draught. The food is apparently great but we had a meal booked elsewhere.

The steak sandwich was something else. Steak was perfectly cooked, melt in your mouth, everything about this sandwich screams well balanced and the potatoes were ideal. Not to mention the video super chilled, welcoming and not pretentious

A friend took me here when I came up from London to visit her. The sandwiches were amazing, the choice of drinks fantastic and the staff super friendly! I hope to get to come here again before my friend moves away!!

My favourite bar on my recent visit to Altrincham, great selection on tap, good can and bottle selection. Food looked outstanding, but I was full so I couldn't possibly have a munch! I will next time.

Untouchable beer selection, sandwiches and lovely friendly owners/staff. No wonder its the poster boy for Altrincham's drink and food focussed revival and regeneration. My only recommendation would be if they could expand their small plate selection in the evening, as although the sandwiches are lovely its not always what you fancy after 6pm - though the cheese and meat boards are dynamite.

This place is an absolute gem! Ambient courtyard outside. Inside busy but seats were easily found on a Saturday night. Amazing choice of beers and tasty light bites.

This place is simply superb, ticks all the boxes. Recently moved to the area so I now know where I'll be spending a lot of my time. Both the Verdant (People, Money, Space, Time) and Sureshot (I Lost My Bag In Newport Pagnell) beers were excellent, as were the two owners, who are both really friendly. Looking forward to trying the deli and their Sunday roast. 10/10, thoroughly recommend!

One of the biggest choices of beers I've seen in a pub. You can drink in or take home with you to enjoy later. Probably my favourite place right now when I'm after a nice pint.

As a frequent visitor of Batch and the deli, Sunday was actually our first time trying there Sunday roast. Beautifully presented and cooked - one of the best restaurant roast we have ever had ! Get involved ....even better you can finish with a plate of cheese too

Amazing choice of beers, good food.

Went for sunday lunch with my other half, and my little brother who lives in Altrincham, and our two dogs. I’ve been pretty disappointed with most of the “Sunday lunch” offerings of a lot of places I’ve been to, but this was simply on another level. Beautiful, simple, well cooked. Beef was perfectly rare, with the perfect amount of accompaniments. And the gravy….oh my god the gravy…AMAZING. Kicks most of the London establishments to the kerb, in fact a few of them could do with a Sunday spent in this kitchen to teach them how to make a proper roast 😂 10/10 would recommend. Will definitely be making another visit when I’m next up seeing my brother!

Unrivalled anywhere in Altrincham in terms of beer selection, Batch is a stylish bar and deli with friendly, knowledgeable staff. The food menu whilst not being vast is expertly crafted and curated, with a bijou range of filling deli sandwiches, alongside several small plate style dishes, not to mention an excellent charcuterie offering. Also dog friendly, and has an excellent outside space in which to spend a few enjoyable lazy summer afternoons with a delectable cocktail or 3. A must visit.

Staff were great however I didn't like the layout or stools to sit on. Maybe just a bit too 'trendy' for me? Sandwich was OK. Sorry, wouldn;t rush back.:(

Decided to check out batch with my husband this morning for a drink after a walk round Altrincham, extremely lovely lady served us our drinks and we ended up buying some really cool glasses that they sell there, food menu looks lovely so will be going back for that and another nice chat with the friendy server

Decent food and a really good atmosphere breakfast, lunch or dinner time. They do red wine without added sulphites which is a nice option as well as a good selection of beers. Shame about the flats being built around it tho, that can be a bit noisy but hopefully they won't take too long to complete the remaining outside work.

Best beer selection in the area with knowledgeable and friendly bar staff. You can't not go.

Not your standard lagers here but a huge selection of beers, ales, lagers from Europe and the UK. Beer selection caters for those with a cheaper budget to those who want something special and are willing to spend for it.
