All dishes were hot; nothing needed to be reheated, thankfully. A very tasty meal.

Wrong food, not packaged right spillage in bag , wrong cold food. Member of staff rude then hung up when rang to say order was wrong

Superb quality food and great service.

They cancelled the order 10 minutes before pick up, I received a txt message saying I cancelled and wouldn’t get a refund, just eat said the seller couldn’t provide the order, I entered the shop and they said their system was down so i demanded my money back or food, so food was made 30 minutes later and I returned. The food was cold, bland and almost inedible, I want a refund

Nan bread was cold and had no garlic, onion bahji was also tasteless. On top of extremely late very disappointed

I ordered via Deliveroo. My order never arrived. The restaurant didn't bother calling or assisting me.

Best Curry house in the area at the moment and I eat a lot of curry. The rice ( Mushroom pilau 😍) is always lovely and fresh with plenty of veg in it a real stand out .Also the lads at the front desk very friendly and polite.

Mr happy who delivered it was not mr happy needs to put a smile on his face

Normally get 5 stars everytime from me the only reason I’m giving 3 tonight is because the chips somehow tasted like prawns. Every chip was very fishy extremely strong couldn’t eat the meal after that so that ruined it for me. Not very good if someone with seafood allergies ordered chips must’ve used the same utensils or something for the chips not sure but was a put off tonight. Everything else was fine

I always go to Mizan, I always choose a Vindaloo. Tonight it was even hotter than usual. Hotter is better! In all seriousness. My order always come earlier than anticipated. The food is always top notch, piping hot and fresh. And there’s never anything missing from large orders, which I often find with other establishments. I highly recommend Mizan Tandoori. I look forward to my next visit…thanks again!

My third order from here this week. I’m a regular customer. And the food I always 20 out of 10. The onion bhajis are unreal. Very good quality food always hot well worth the money.But tonight was a disaster. Every time I order I order a curry wether it’s a hot one or plain. So I know the size of the cartons they come in and it normally feeds me and 2 kids. But tonight they forgot my rice. And sent a tiny carton of curry sauce with no meat.Onion bhajis rock hard cut my gum open. Terrible tnigh

used to be a good takeaway with good quality food, friendly staff, prompt delivery. have given them several chances in the last few months and food is now average at best, the service is tardy. and the delivery lady tonight practically threw our delivery at us.....presumably the same lady who answered the phone when I called the restaurant when my food was 20 minutes late to say it they were very busy and she would be delivering in 15 mins....she didn't!!!! was still 20 minutes later than that!

The healthiest take away I've ever had in that most of it went straight in the bin. Very poor food quality. I am shocked at the Ubet Eats rating and now realise, looking at Google, that it's clearly inaccurate.

Ordered take-away from their website. On collection apparently ‘haven’t received my order’ despite showing receipt that was e-mailed and screenshot of payment made!!! Unable to effectively discuss this with them. Total waste of £40.

First time i’ve ordered from here and safe to say i’ll be coming back, food was spot on, chicken was actually nice (change for me as other places i’ve ordered from have been shocking) would definitely recommend

Hello, The food was cold, had to be re-heated in the microwave, Nan bread paper bag wet not edible. Please refund, I have not ate mine or my children.

The delivery driver was very rude

I’ve never had food delivered in such a poor condition, looked like the driver had been booting the bag like a football, poppadoms reduced to crisps & tikka massala all over the entire order !!!

Food was ordered at 19:30 and didn’t arrive until 22:00, and was lukewarm. restaurant was aggressive saying that we weren’t answering our phone - took us calling them 2 times for them to release they’d given the driver the wrong number. will not be reordering

Food isn’t as hot as it should be on arrival most of the time but it is absolutely lush tho. Biggest onion bhajis out of every tandoori I’ve tried. Lovely. Madras is bangin vindaloo is bangin jalfrezi is bangin 👌🏾👌🏾 best about.

Absolute disgrace, took nearly two hours to come. Then the delivery driver couldn’t find my house and told us ‘he wasn’t driving anymore’ ( they’ve delivered to me before) I have a child at home so my neighbour had to walk the streets to find it. I rang the shop and he said ‘it isn’t my fault’. Have used this place before but will never again. So disappointment. And food was freezing by the time it got here

The chips were especially cold and soggy, everything was lukewarm. The pathia had little to no taste. The chaat would have tasted fine apart from the fact it was cold. Was so excited for a takeaway and decided to treat myself , however I’ve never been left feeling more unsatisfied by an Indian meal.

Ordered at 7pm. Due to be delivered between 8 - 8:20pm. Rang restaurant at 8:35pm to be told "it's in the kitchen, I'll send it out as soon as the delivery driver is back" (no apologies for lateness) Food finally arrived at 9:05 pm by which point I had gone past the point of being hungry. Not a great experience and won't be ordering from them again

Restaurant said my order has been delivered when it certainly has not they also say they took a photo I would like to know of what as it’s not my order or my house disgusting been waiting two hours now

Early as requested just the way we like it ,food was excellent again.

Disappointed to be honest. Expected a nice orange coloured Balti. But a watery pale Yellow mush got delivered. Had no flavour at all couldn’t taste any herbs / spices like stated. Very bland if I had to Describe how it tasted I’d say just water. The only thing that bad flavour was the mint yoghurt sauce stuff. Can I’d coke was warm and flat. Whole meal which cos £17 was disgusting and went in the bin. Won’t be ordering from here again. Tasteless watery mush.

The main was oily and bland as the sauce had separated. Was supposed to be spicy and there wasn't even a slight kick. The naan bread was nice however and the rice was good. Unfortunately won't be ordering again as the main was so off putting.

The food containers from the curries had broken open and leaked on all the food. Really poor packaging. Meat products mixed with vegetarian food. I think it must of been drop kicked all the way to front door. Don’t waste your money.

Decent value and piping hot on arrival, slight disappointment that the mixed kebab starter lacked the usual side salad and riata dressing though , chicken tikka passanda was good but not as much chicken as in the past , pilaw rice was cooked well and the popadoms crisp and fresh, on the whole a decent meal and will use this place again
