Delicious lasagna and lovely staff makes a good meal out. The selection of lasagna is impressive and I loved that you could do a mix and match of different lasagna, so if you can’t make a decision you can try three different kinds. I highly recommend and would go again.

It's likely the worst service i've ever had in London - and the most infuriating thing is that they couldnt even do something simple - how bad can drinks go? We ventured for casual drinks on a wednesday afternoon, outside. We were rushed to a table and was thankful for their accomodation on seating - i'd imagine most tables were reserved. That's probably where the positives end. The menu was limited which wasnt the biggest problem- the main red flag here is the waiting staff. A mix of inexperience and confidence-lacking staff combined with a horrendously ill-tempered maître d makes this by far the worst place for a drink ive ever been to, i'll indulge you by describing this in detail: I ordered a small glass of wine, and my friend ordered a diet coke. The maître d mockingly scoffs at this order. There should be no judgement to the order, irrespective of what it is or how expensive/cheap it is, a drink is a drink. Drinks came relatively swift but my biggest problem was paying for the bill. Not only did i have to flag the waiting staff three times- they all seem hustled and flustered. Having had a nice time with my friend on a rare sunny day in London, we were both in good spirits and i found the maître d who was taking our bill to be extremely rushing us, almost slamming the bill and card machine at the table. Amusingly i tried to humour this by asking are you in a rush? In hopes that the maître d would calm down and understand that we're paying already and there really isnt anything to fret about. This clown of a guy then says "well im busy, we have customers left and right, and if you're looking for something calm then maybe dont come here on a wednesday, thursday or friday" I was a little taken aback by this then responded with: "Are you seriously telling customers to not come back here...?" He waffled with something and i just didnt really care to listen. Well anyway, base on that, and that alone- this is a strong red flag and avoid for me. Avoid it like the plague.

Visited last Thursday lunchtime. There were a few tables occupied. We waited ages and we’re not offered any kind of service at all. There was a large table near us - about 8 of them - who had arrived before us and listening to their conversations had been waiting over half an hour and had still not been offered a drink. When they tried to get the waiters attention he just brushed them off rather rudely and said he was busy and they just had to wait. At this point we got up and walked out. No-one enquired as to why we were leaving. Such a shame as we really wanted to try this restaurant out. Shall not go back either after this experience. Good manners cost nothing !

Visited for breakfast. Very reasonably priced, efficient service. Food cooked fresh to order - pancakes with fresh berries and eggs tricolor.
