Worst chicken ever, soggy and has a bad smell, staff are friendly though

I was visit there yesterday i order some Burger and fries the food was amazing and Really like tô tell you the staff was very frindly

I'd love to tell you what the food was like, but it didn't arrive. And when I got hold of the restaurant, the staff didn't want to help and were rude. Don't bother.

This Miss millies has improved and now is my favourite fried chicken shop since the staff has changed. Obaid is amazing and always gives us great customer service .. we love the hot wings :)...x

First time here as only passing by. I ordered 2 meals. It beats kfc by miles. Chicken tasted fresh and just right, the fries were really nice and generous portion. Friendly guy at the till.

Best burger, yummiest churros, and the friendliest staff all under one roof!

My oppinion not like it used to be there chicken sandwiches are much thinner chicken and buns not so nice.

Terrible food. Server tried to blatantly short change me of over a tenner

My order arrived but it was missing my drink, I tried calling 4 times before the first answer to my phone call a man answered and i tried to explain what happened then he puts the phone down, I tried calling another 4 times then another man answered the phone not sure if it was same person but he listened this time and I explained what happened to my order he said "so sorry, I can't find another delivery driver so I can't send your drink" I asked him why was my drink missing from my order, he said "he was very busy serving up to 5 people and he made a mistake, very sorry" then I asked him for a refund, he said "there's no way he could refund me, that i should call "Just Eat support" to try get a refund arranged" that's what I have done. Nothing wrong with the food but missing anything from someone's order is completely wrong!! All this to try get something sorted, not good! Poor service!

When our order was missing items, but miss Millie’s were more than happy to fix the issue without a fuss and even delivered it! I can tell you now I won’t be going on delivroo again in the future. I went there today and had a burger box meal. The service I got was absolutely disgusting. He didn't even look at me in the eye or acknowledged me when I said thank you before leaving (with no one else there). I suspect homophobia so that says it all.

In overall it’s a good place if you want something different or if you’re ordering staying up late. But today I had loaded fries and they tasted like if they were fried in an ancient oil that hasn’t been changed for centuries. not gonna lie, it was a bit disappointing. Also I had a mini rap and it wasn’t toasted for some reason, though their official site says they supposed to serve it toasted. The atmosphere inside the shop is not for dining in. There’s no comfortable chairs, extremely bright light that blinds you, also there is no proper air conditioning in the kitchen. But in general it’s a nice place for a quick fast food.

Amazing food and great that it always comes hot. Unfortunately keep leaving some items out. Not the end of the world but luckily Justeat sorts that out. Keep up the good work.

Messed up our Uber with no logical solution. Just told to cancel our order. Told me no one can deliver as he’s the only one on yet I was passed around from person to person. Also told they closed at 12:30 yet googles says 2:30 just so they didn’t have to sort our Uber order out. Daylight robbery.

Another great meal restored my faith in Miss Millie’s as had a few bad meals from another store these obviously have pride in what the do

Gravy, chips and Chicken was cold and unfortunately the chicken was pink inside. Only the popcorn was ok.

The food is fine, but 1h45m to bung some chicken in a box is a joke

Delivery time was advertised as 30-45mins. Once placed it changed to 1hr-1hr 20mins and was still 5 mins late from the revised time (40mins later than the time I was expecting when placing the order). Definitely wouldn’t have ordered if I had known how long it would take. Restaurant also marked it as delivered before it arrived. Overall very disappointed.

Simply, poor quality, cheap food products reheated or fried. The gravy was congealed on arrival, the chips under cooked, the chicken burger was served on a stale burger bun and was extremely dry and chewy! (I had one bite and binned the rest) popcorn chicken and onion rings were actually ok and what I would expect from frozen products (no different to the equivalent from the supermarket) delivery took a long time and was not worth it.

Very late delivery, however food was good quality and we can understand there were a lot of orders. Worth the wait!!
