Just saw new guy fahad very fast and friendly i always wait there to pick up delivery about 30 to 40 mints but fahad is very fast when I get there delivery always ready to pick up thank you fahad nice work

Great service, friendly staff, food was awful though.. Dry tenders that tasted like they'd been sat cooked for ages. Only gave 5 stars as the dude said he'd give me an extra tender if I did. Wish I'd have said no.. 😐

Bit of my order were missing and then was told I couldn’t have them the same evening after an argument with the chap on the phone I finally had my remaining item 45 minutes later

BEWARE!!! HAD FOOD POISONING MULTIPLE TIMES FROM THIS SHOP!!! Only went in Tuesday night because kfc was shut, and while being sick the next morning, I suddenly remembered why I had stopped going here. In the summer of 2024, I had 2 chicken burgers on 2 separate occasions, which also made me sick, so that's 3 times in a row, having food poisoning from this place. My boyfriend had stomach pains and food poisoning in the morning, too. I had stomach pains all day and still do. What made it worse is the staff said they don't offer refunds, and could only offer more food. Yeah, I'll take another Poison burger - I think not! I've had to contact them online and I've had no response as of yet. Ol' Millie will be getting reported to the food standards agency and trading standards today. (I also ordered chicken fillet burgers and got 3 chicken strips stuffed in a bun instead - not as advertised!)

When I called the restaurant to ask where the order is the man I spoke to was unnecessarily rude and abrupt with me, did not help at all and just blamed the delivery driver. When delivered we were missing a whole meal which would have been the stapled up bag, when I called again the guy obviously lied blamed the driver again which it is obvious he forgot to put it in the bag in the first place, not helpful one bit!

Usually really good, my go to for takeaway, but the food was stone cold on this occasion. Disappointing.

Good was hot which I really appreciated as it's not always the case. However, instructions weren't followed by Miss Millie's (even though they attached the paper with the request to the order) when I asked them to not put in the strawberry flavouring into one of the milkshakes. I know it's possible as last time I ordered they followed the instructions and effectively granted the request.

First time here as only passing by. I ordered 2 meals. It beats kfc by miles. Chicken tasted fresh and just right, the fries were really nice and generous portion. Friendly guy at the till.

This Miss millies has improved and now is my favourite fried chicken shop since the staff has changed. Obaid is amazing and always gives us great customer service .. we love the hot wings :)...x

My oppinion not like it used to be there chicken sandwiches are much thinner chicken and buns not so nice.

Placed the order at 6.40pm , arrived just over an hour later from a restaurant less than 1/2 mile away! Phoned the restaurant the man said phone Just Eat but thats not possible! Wrap arrived soggy with horrible slimy lettuce . Really unhappy.

My order arrived but it was missing my drink, I tried calling 4 times before the first answer to my phone call a man answered and i tried to explain what happened then he puts the phone down, I tried calling another 4 times then another man answered the phone not sure if it was same person but he listened this time and I explained what happened to my order he said "so sorry, I can't find another delivery driver so I can't send your drink" I asked him why was my drink missing from my order, he said "he was very busy serving up to 5 people and he made a mistake, very sorry" then I asked him for a refund, he said "there's no way he could refund me, that i should call "Just Eat support" to try get a refund arranged" that's what I have done. Nothing wrong with the food but missing anything from someone's order is completely wrong!! All this to try get something sorted, not good! Poor service!

When our order was missing items, but miss Millie’s were more than happy to fix the issue without a fuss and even delivered it! I can tell you now I won’t be going on delivroo again in the future. From now on I shall order direct from miss Millie’s! What an amazing bunch of stuff, so helpful and really helped us solve our issues. I went there today and had a burger box meal. The service I got was absolutely disgusting. He didn't even look at me in the eye or acknowledged me when I said thank you before leaving (with no one else there). I suspect homophobia so that says it all.

gravy very greasy, chips emptied all in the bag, chicken burgers weren't cooked, luckily I checked the chicken first and both burgers chicken was pink. never again! can't even get money back joke!

In overall it’s a good place if you want something different or if you’re ordering staying up late. But today I had loaded fries and they tasted like if they were fried in an ancient oil that hasn’t been changed for centuries. not gonna lie, it was a bit disappointing. Also I had a mini rap and it wasn’t toasted for some reason, though their official site says they supposed to serve it toasted. The atmosphere inside the shop is not for dining in. There’s no comfortable chairs, extremely bright light that blinds you, also there is no proper air conditioning in the kitchen. But in general it’s a nice place for a quick fast food.

Have to say, haven't bought Miss Millies for a long time as it became so expensive for tiny portions for a while. This time the portions were fine (albeit still expensive through Just Eat) but quality is just not there at all I'm afraid
