I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Mish Mash Desserts, and I feel compelled to share this in hopes that others do not make the same mistake. The quality of the desserts was far below expectations – they were bland, lacking freshness, and certainly not worth the price. The bigger issue, however, was the subpar packaging. The bags provided were of such poor quality that the desserts leaked during transit, causing a mess that permanently stained my carpet. This could have easily been avoided with proper packaging suited for the products they are delivering. To make matters worse, when I contacted the shop to address the issue, the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. They showed no concern for the inconvenience caused and made no effort to resolve the problem. Their dismissive attitude was shocking, especially for a business that relies on customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise against ordering from Mish Mash Desserts. Poor quality food, inadequate packaging, and unprofessional customer service are all major red flags. There are far better dessert shops out there that care about both their products and their customers.

Hi, So long story short, I ordered a dessert and when collected and received in the house it was completely the wrong order. We then called and asked for the actually order that we paid for. We received this order over an hour late…..the order AGAIN was wrong! There were ingredients missing on the waffle and the ice cream missing too. I called the store and told them, I wasn’t pleased at all so the lady on the phone thought it was okay to cut me off after I also told her I was going to speak to her manager. I called back and she said I was rude and cut me off again. I mean who employs these people? Oh and that’s ice-cream from the freezer at home. 1) Rude, unprofessional and disrespectful staff 2) Overly priced desserts Absolutely unacceptable! Will not be ordering from them again. Period

Never disappointed. They have a lovely selection of desserts to choose from and everything we’ve tried has been delicious. Delivery is reasonable and the drivers are always polite. Fully recommend.

I decided to order from mish mash but big mistake. Milkcake was off was disgusting. Crepe tasted rubbery and milkshakes had melted too. I will not be ordering from here again.

I was feeling a bit peckish for some dessert, so I decided to go into MishMash since I heard good reviews about it. I ordered a waffle with strawberries and chocolate. Basic combo but it was brilliant, the waffle was cooked to perfection, light and fluffy. It was complemented with sweet tart strawberries and a generous drizzle of milk chocolate. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family and will be coming here again.

the delivery driver was rude and was also extremely late. when he arrived, he called me saying that he will not bring the food to my door as it is raining, I explained that I have injured my leg and can not come out however he still refused, when I went to collect the food he was also very rude

Was going to have the old school cake but they were out so it must be good, instead opted for the rainbow with custard which was lovely and the custard came in hot too which adds to it. Also had the galaxy milkshake which was simply amazing, you can see and taste all the galaxy chocolate pieces in the milkshake which makes it even better, also no whipped cream on it is a bonus for me, not a fan of it on milkshake so they do it right here.

Love this place with my whole heart. It’s my go to place for desserts. The desserts are always up to standard and the prices are so reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent service. I bought a Crepe and milk cake and this is probably one of the best I’ve tasted. So much choice and the staff and really welcoming and friendly.

Ice creams have been changed, I usually really enjoy the nut cracker Sunday. I couldn’t eat it. Chocolate ice cream was the worst, left an awful taste. Disappointing

Took delivery for a lot of items from waffles, concrete cake, hedgehog, milkshake, milk cake, fudge cake. Let’s start with hedgehog and fudge cake. Both stale. Inedible. Waffles, cookies dough all received cold. Milk cake - tasted like a bought Madeira cake with sugary icing. Horrid. Milkshake - not sweet, lacking taste. Based on ratings on Uber took my chances but this has been a seriously expensive and disappointing experience. Over priced but does not justify the prices.

Gentleman that barley spoke English called said they didn’t have the cakes I wanted. I asked if possible to cancel order he said yes and ended phone abruptly. Order got marked as delivered, called restaurant they told me to get my refund through just eat who denied me a refund :)

Order was early yet on the app didn’t even say it was being prepared had to call the place because after 40 minutes they hadn’t even confirmed they’d started making the food. Food came and it was stone cold not the quality I expect at all especially when delivered early and was freezing was obviously sat there for a while or i would even go as far to say maybe left over from another order they were not freshly made before they were sent out. Taste wasn’t great nearly stale, definitely wont be or
