Attended to this place on Monday the 21st of April. The place is amazing. Lots of parking space. Friendly service and the deco is beautiful. Food was outstanding. Highly recommended.

Went for a family wedding few days ago, very nice & elegant venue, staff and management were excellent and helpful, ample parking, food was amazing.

Visited for a family wedding recently. Parking area to accommodate over 40+ cars. Staff were very polite and accommodating throughout the day. They provided preyer facility’s segregated for women and men. The venue is very modern and food was very nice.

What a wonderful family wedding event we had yesterday! The food was excellent, but above all, the service and the management's courtesy were exceptional. They went above and beyond to make the day special. Prices was very reasonable too. As with any event, car parking can be an issue—but we really appreciated the management’s supervised parking, along with help from the car park marshal. The parking was exceptionally well-managed and suited perfectly to the event.

I recently visited this place with a friend who is getting married after discussing pricing with one of their colleagues and decided to book an appointment to learn more. Unfortunately, the owner (Ali) we met with was extremely rude and condescending. He dismissed my questions and insinuated that I was only interested in something ‘cheap and easy,’ even though I was simply going off the information I had been given. I found his arrogant attitude shockingly unprofessional, especially considering the company’s limited reputation. To make matters worse, he openly criticised other local venues and banqueting providers, which I found incredibly inappropriate. My advice to this business, especially as a newcomer in the industry, is to treat clients with courtesy. I hope they learn from this experience and that others don't have to go through the same treatment. Given the significant financial investment that weddings require, I would strongly advise people to steer clear of this unprofessional establishment to avoid inevitable disappointment.

Manager has terrible customer service skills, an absolutely horrible person to deal with. Don’t bother trying to get a word in because he will be extremely condescending and passively aggressive and practically tell you you’re too poor to use their subpar venue. Don’t bother coming here unless you want a wedding at an outdated place but are paying excess amounts of money. There are many better places that you can visit. Do not come here for your wedding, there is a good reason why there are hardly any reviews and why you’ve never heard of them - definitely not a hidden gem. You will be disappointed.

I booked a viewing at Mirravale after seeing promising photos online and was initially hopeful it could be a good fit for an event I was planning. The venue was decent, though smaller than expected - I do question how it claims to accommodate 500+ guests. The parking also appeared to be shared with other units in the industrial area, which wasn’t disclosed and felt misleading. The real concern, however, was the interaction with the owner. When I reached out to discuss hiring the space, he was dismissive, rude, and condescending. While venue owners have every right to set their prices and be firm, there’s a clear line between professionalism and disrespect. Unfortunately, that line was crossed. The venue may suit some, but the owner’s attitude was a dealbreaker for me. I wouldn’t recommend the experience.

Horrible service. Visited here a while ago, was spoken to very rudely by Ali as he is very belittling and ignorant. He doesn’t know what good marketing is and expects his clients to pay outrageous prices for a cheap and tacky looking venue. Don’t waste your time looking at this venue you can find much better.

We attended a birthday party few weeks ago and we loved it so much, the venue was beautiful and the staff was lovely. Would definitely recommend this place.

I was told to book a viewing of the venue so I could speak to the manager, Ali, regarding packages however when I visited, the manager was not there despite being told he would be there at the time I visited. I asked for a call back from the manager, which I received. Unfortunately, he was very unhelpful from the get go, repeatedly interrupting me, he also told me there are no packages or available menus, however I was told in an email that there are packages that can be discussed. I mentioned that I have received packages and menus from other venues, and he was adamant that venues don't work this way. He didn't seem like he knew what he was talking about. Overall, he was just very rude, unhelpful, condescending, and would not be pleasant to work with when planning your own wedding.

If you're tipping a container you'll be wanting to reverse into their yard from the main road. A friendly and straightforward tip.

The food did not arrive and no refund has been offered. I ordered at 6pm. I called three times between 7.30pm and 8.40pm and all three times was told the food was 5 minutes away. Each time they refused to give a refund or to cancel the order. Terrible service.

I am so disappointed to write this review. This place has so much potential. When it’s good, it’s one of the best around. But unfortunately it’s far too inconsistent. I have never sent a takeaway back before in my life, until this place. It seems they have better chefs on a Saturday and when we ordered during the week the food was one of the worst Indian takeaways we have ever had. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt on more than one occasion based on the exceptional food we had received before. Onion bhaji’s were rock hard, they sent a couple of wrong starters and the curry’s were swimming in oil and congealed. It was all cold. We took about two bites and phoned them to be met with a arrogant, condescending response. Seeing as, at this point, we had become a regular customer I had hoped we would of been treated better. We did receive a full refund. The food was picked up around half hour later. The guy then phoned me back to say they had checked the temperature of the food and it was the right temperature. Even though, by this point it was over half hour when they had come to collect the food. I won’t use this place again.

Ordered online and it was less than five mins late but the food was an improvement on the abysmal first time. Stuffed paratha was fresh and crisp, pilau was good, Chicken tikka jalfrezi had an decent amount of meat but was brown and had big slices of onions, chillies and peppers and salmon tikka was very red and had ten diced pieces, not whole fillets like expected. Salad is FAR too small! The small square plastic container was barely filled and could've done without raw onions, lemon and a chilli. Their curries could be so much better (chop up veg smaller, don't use ready made mixes, ground whole spices, use less oil and salt etc), as some (like the Salmon Tikka) is very overpriced for the quality of these, which is very typical takeaway-style. Overall it was acceptable but bread and rice was better than the curries.

I ordered on Just Eats !! Delicious fresh curries and taste like just cooked ! Very generous portions lamb curries chicken dopiaza, the simple dall transformed with difference spices , just lovely. But you must try the lamb biriyani it is out of this world !! Packed with care in plastic containers so no.leaks and delivered always on time by very curtious and polite man. Easily 5 star rating.

Ordered vegetarian takeaway based on earlier reviews . This is no close to indian flavor dishes. It's is Bangladeshi flavor food. food was delivered almost 1hr later in addition to the provided delivery time of 40 mins, secondly had to call and chase 5 times for delivery. Wouldn't recommend anyone for vegetarian dishes.and it's is not India cusine food so expect accordingly. For me it's never again .

Flavour generally good. Delivery service (their in-house) is almost always on time. My main gripe is I order a prawn curry and was given a single measly prawn cut in half. Best masala chips in this part of town though.

Tried this place out for the first time this evening having read its previous 5-star reviews, and I have to say that those reviews are so justified! What an amazing place with ever such friendly owners. I am vegetarian and absolutely love paneer, but there were very limited paneer dishes on the menu. I spoke to Nadeem about this on the phone and he said that they could do a paneer tikka karahi (spicy as desired) for me. I wanted to give this a shot, and have no regrets. I had the dish with pilau rice, and the flavour and taste were AMAZING! I will definitely be going here again - friendly owners, great food served piping hot, and satisfaction to the highest degree. This place has now become my local favourite, and long may that continue. Keep up the excellent work!

Ordered via chefsonline. Ordering was simple, the discount worked and someone phoned later to confirm the delivery time. Food was delicious and good sized portions. Delivery was free over £15. Will definitely be using them again. Thanks
