Extremely rude manager/owner. Ordered Friday evening from just eat. Delivery was late. Food arrived cold. I gave the restaurant benefit of the doubt and ordered today. Again delivery was late. Called restaurant. He said driver on way. Driver turned up. Food was not hot. Food was also not in a hot bag. Manager phones me back on various phones. I did not answer the first 3/4 calls. Finally decided to answer a call from another mobile number. It was the manager calling me all the names under the sun.... ITS A SHAME HE WAS SO RUDE. I FOUND THEIR FOOD DELICIOUS.. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM LIKE I HAD ON THE 2 OCCASIONA I HAD THIS WEEKEND.

Ridiculously slow and bad service. They're only down the road and have taken up to 2 hours sometimes to deliver to us! And they forget to send all the items you pay for. I urged the guy today to please deliver quickly as had kids over for a play date on a school night. He assured me that he has extra drivers so will be fine; still took 1.5 hours and they forgot our chips. All food completely cold. Never again.

1st time order with espressa pizza, I was recommended by a friend , I had a big order to place for my family, Spock to the owner, I was recommended pizza chill coranda chicken with sides garlic bread and wings food taste fresh lamb chops with peri peri sauce taste nice, my family enjoyed it. absolutely horrible, i orders food and i never received a call they never knocked on my door i have a ring camera to prove it and when i call for them to come back and drop the food they say “its home time now sorry bye” ends the phone call. taking my money that i have not received yet do not order from this place if you are really hungry they will take the pi double ss out of you

Espressa. Where to begin…I absolutely ADORE this place. The food is PERFECT. The people who work there are AMAZING and so so kind. I haven’t got a single bad thing to say about this place. I always order it when I am at work on those long night shifts and as soon as it arrives, the taste immediately brightens my day! Service is slow and a bit unreliable. We ordered a deal with two medium pizzas for the price of one (£11). They told us to collect in 10mins and when we went they hadn't even started the order. They then gave us those tiny baby pizzas and I couldn't help but get the ruler out to prove that pizza wasn't 9 inches 😀 no way one of those costs £11, so at the end of the day, their deals are not much of a saver. I'm only giving it 2 stars because my husband liked the ingredients.

My partner and I have ordered from this place a few times in the past with no problems and the food was great however tonight we've waited over 2 hours for our food to arrive with constant calling asking when it will come with the response of it will be with you in 10 minutes. I called up about 20 minutes ago to cancel my order and asked for a refund. Said refund will be with me but on my partner's justeat account nothing shows of a refund. I'll be calling my bank tomorrow morning for a charge back with the gathered evidence. In all my life of having take aways from many places I have never experienced anything like this. It's very unfortunate because I did like this one. *EDIT* JustEat just refunded my money so there's one good thing from this experience. Just very disappointed I never got my food as I was really looking forward to it. Maybe another time when I've forgotten this experience.

Ordered here for the first time tonight as we was hungry and fancied a midnight feast 😂 was really happy with the price and the quantity. Food was really tasty and the delivery driver was nice and friendly. We got an extra large mixed kebab to share between two of us and we are full.

We have ordered meals, at evening time and they couldn’t deliver food to us and cancelled. Tried to call and because man on phone was rude we lost our time for waiting and then we cannot get in any other place as been to late. Wouldn’t recommend these guys to not waste your time and food. They choose areas they want to deliver or not.
