£20 later didn’t receive it and they refused to refund. We have a door camera so have proof it never arrived here. Been nothing but difficult

part of my order was missing, the hot wings from the deluxe sharer and 5 chicken strips.

Absolute joke here, I stopped in with my family for a quick lunch, after spending the better part of £40 we sat down, as I went to get out drinks a seagull flew down and snatched the sandwich out of my wife's hand, ( we were say INSIDE ) as I went back to explain and get a replacement the woman serving just shrugged and said " that's what the signs are for" the signs say DO NOT LEAVE FOOD UNATTENDED.. the food wasn't left UNATTENDED it was taken out of my wife's hand.. since then I have noticed seagull and pigeons walking round inside and sitting at the tables, I am sure this is a health violation and I will be in contact with the council EHO.

Really helpful in house service from Brad after having some issues using the justeat site. Definitely recommend going in and getting it fresh instead, give that man a raise!

Ordered the chicken supreme, asked for it to be sent back as barely any chicken on it to which the waiter was happy to do so, out come the manager who was extremely rude and told me it was the standard amount of chicken even though multiple slices didn’t have any chicken on it. I asked to bring the pizza back to show him, he pointed all around the pizza nearly touching it trying to show me the most tiniest pieces while being extremely rude, my partner was in the toilet at the time. My partner then returned and his attitude completely changed. Nothing we could do at this point as you have to order though QR code and pay on order, which he clearly knows. I don’t understand how the manager can have such an awful attitude. The toilets are also unhygienic, will never be returning!.
