Mirage Cocktail Bar and Bistro in East Riding of Yorkshire

Went in for lunch and would 100% come back and bring friends. The food was delicious and big portions size. Can recommend the Hunter chicken burger and the pulled pork gyros

Extremely poor service, waited 10 minutes before taking our cocktail order then over 25 minutes still no drinks so walked out other's sitting outside walking in complaining about service very poor

Had a lovely meal here, vegan Caesar salad and vine leaves were delicious! Alex was super helpful too, helping me retrieve my receipt after I forgot it that night too and sent it to me the next day. Lovely staff and great food, would recommend!!🙂

Such welcoming owners and staff. Lunchtime food was amazingly tasty. Weather allowed el fresco dining ...I had a lamb dish. Served in a wrap with salad and fries. .good coffee too. Always visit when I am in Beverley Rammazan the owner is a gent ...had evening food previously and can highly for a great evening out ..🙏🙏🩵 the three of us had a great time

Decent bar, expensive cocktails. Some dancing, the dance floor is near the front door which is awkward when you walk in

One of my fave places. We go most Friday evenings for drinks and a starter or mains. Always enjoy the ambiance food and friendly staff. Just be careful parking in Wednesday market as you may be fined parking facing the restaurant

Service and venue good but felt disappointed with the food, the portions were generous, we both ordered chicken gyros, however what we got was more of a chicken kebab with large chunks of chicken that were tasteless, gyros is normally stacked meat cooked on a spit/rotisserie that is full of flavour and moist, needless to say I was disappointed 😞

We had cocktails - they were well presented and delicious. Service was a little slow but staff were helpful. We would go again for cocktails and dine in. I have eaten here before a while ago and the food was tasty. Cocktails were under £10 each.

We visited yesterday off the cuff for a drink and some lunch. The staff were really welcoming, attentive and friendly. The service was efficient and the food was beautiful. It was lovely sitting outside in the sunshine if the square. Highly recommend Thank you for having us 🙏🏼

Your chef served me and my wife raw chicken yesterday and the result of that is that my wife has severe food poisoning and has been between the toilet and bed all day, luckily iv escaped it with a few trips to the toilet. If any of the staff read this, you'll know exactly who I am as I confronted the waitresses and showed the chef the uncooked chicken that was served before walking out the restaurant, refusing to pay. This happened approximately 14:00hrs 17/11/2024. Check your CCTV if in doubt. Not even an apology from the chef!!

We went in for a drink asked for blackberry gin (table service.) waited ages at table with out a drink only to be told no gin that we wanted left . Then asked if the spacegrase gin was the colour changing gin to be told no first time of asking, then didn't know on second time of asking the place wasn't busy , service was poor so we left with out a drink . We will not be going again ..

This a a must do venue to include on a night or day out in Beverley.

Just had cocktails here with friends early Saturday evening. Great vibe, live music and friendly staff.

Had lunch on a Saturday afternoon and can't fault it. The food was so tasty and very generous portions, the staff are super friendly and helpful and the music was at just the right volume. Will definitely recommend this place and will definitely be back.

You can tell that attention to detail has been given to food and drinks but, it's the quality of the products used that I'm not so sure about. It is a nice chill place though.

Always fancied popping in so I did today. Ignored by staff after being given menus. Ordered 2 cokes and a lemonade charge £11 - they were warm!!! Awful place.!not for locals.

Good atmosphere when they have live music. Food is nice and reasonably priced. Gets very busy outside when it's sunny.

Had a great mid week visit. The staff are lovely the food is always great. Just sit down and be comfortable and they will always check up on you if you need any help or more food or drinks. Everyone enjoyed there meals definitely will be visiting again, well done.

Hands down best night of my life. Me and the whole family stayed until it closed, great drink selection, brilliant food along with excellent quick service. A sophisticated establishment fit for all of the family! 👍

If I could post 0 stars I would. 3 drinks delivered and waiting 20mins for the last drink. Please avoid if you want good service and decent drinks. We had finished all our drinks before the last member had even been made. Sadly. Offered a refund for 1 drink. But impression has been made. Go to Central 44 Instead.

popped in for food before theatre, what a surprise beautiful restaurant/,bar lovely friendly staff,me and hubby ordered a burger and chips, absolutely fantastic, never tasted burger and chips like it, the chip were beautifully seasoned and OMG the burger was amazing will definitely be going back..ps the local beer on pump, I think it was called goose was delish

Went for late lunch. Was surprised it wasn't busier especially after tasting the food. Nice venue, only downside was not a great deal of choice on great menu but what was on the nexus was lovely. Will definitely go back

Serves great cocktails too. Lively atmosphere on weekend evenings and relaxed dining for lunch and a drink during daytime. Located in Beverley East Yorkshire in Wednesday market Square.

I’ve Been coming here for years and absolutely loved the place until last night. The majority of staff are an absolute credit to the company but unfortunately a handful let it down. I won’t be stepping foot in the place again.

As wheelchair user getting in was a bit tricky, but once in the atmosphere was lively. Good music and very attentive staff. The lady that served us was brilliant, she advised a burger of the kids menu as we only wanted cake n coffee, something they have stopped doing but still advertised on menu..anyway these burgers came out with fries, omg massive, we should have shared one. Coffee excellent and the price for the burger was about £7.00 ,had about hour in the place and carried on shopping once we had put a bit energy into the body..Will be back.

Had a lovely Saturday lunch here, Lovely vegan Caesar salad and Diablo burger, Laura was wonderful and does the place proud. Will definitely return.

Menu not as good as last time, personal preference & staff slow to serve even though it wasn't busy, still love the place though, even though one of the staff behind the bar looked to have fallen asleep with his head on the bar. For CCTV reference for the owner it was approximately 2-2.30pm on Sun 18th September

Had a drink there yesterday afternoon with my daughter. a nice glass of peroine and a glass of wine went down well .lol we had two drinks so must have been good

Great place on this sunny Sunday morning. The service was excellent and the food delicious. We would highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again. Veggie burger, chicken gyros and texas burger stack were our choices and all were perfect but beware........you need a big appetite 😋

What a fantastic place this is although we didn’t eat here the food looked amazing (something for us to try next time for sure) But missing out on the opportunity of having food the cocktails was amazing and refreshing on such a hot summers day. The staff was so friendly and very helping always there to help and assist a credit to the owner who he himself was a friendly helpful man when we couldn’t get a taxi he called upon a friend who was there in 10 minutes to take us to our hotel. Mirage is a definite must for all who is planning a stay or passing through Beverly. Thank you all at Mirage for making our night a perfect one..

On a sunny day sitting outside in Beverley's Wednesday Market, not far from the Minster and enjoying a meal or just tea or coffee is a real pleasure. Nearby are some old fashioned and excellent shops and later, some fine and very old inns, pubs and walks. The food is good at Mirage and the staff are friendly.

This is my second visit to Mirage. I called in the first time last week (18th june) I wanted somewhere to sit for a drink where I wouldn't look out of place sat by myself, I didn't. The staff were brilliant, they were friendly and didn't hover around like some staff at other places I have been. I will definitely be back next time I am in Beverley

Just felt like stopping for a coffee with Mrs P but realising the time and reviewing the menu, ordered lunch. A reduced yet still wonderful menu, because of the pandemic. Great service, quick, caring staff, and thoroughly enjoyed our respective halloumi and chicken Gyros. Will be back!

Popped to Beverley for an afternoon and discovered Mirage. Lovely cocktails, the pizza was gorgeous and the service was excellent, swift and friendly. Wish we lived a bit nearer to visit more often. We'll be back though 😊
