Lovely friendly staff, great coffee and the lunch is delicious Varied menu and the chef does a great job , it's really high quality for an unassuming cafe

Stunning breakfast to kick off the weekend and a delicious Chai Latte. All coupled with a lovely ambiance and decor, it was easy to lose a couple of hours here.

Staring with the positives. The food was good and the decor is nice. Unfortunately whomever owns this cafe knows nothing about customer service or customer retention. You only have to read the other reviews….and I wish I had. They have ‘designated’ laptop tables. I wasn’t allowed to open my iPad at my table as all the “laptop tables” were taken. They even came over to confirm I wouldn’t be opening it! I arrived at 11:10 and breakfast was over. No sandwiches or panini. Only expensive open sandwiches (see pic). Needless to say, I won’t be returning and I hope you spend your money somewhere more deserving of your money, attention and custom.

Terrible place with horrible Customer service. Rude staff will never be back here. I notice now they respond on goggle review, very defensive with a huge ego, this is not the way to run a business. We got kicked out from using laptops in the wrong table when the place was completely empty? Really? On top of it, the staff was so rude, they really didn’t look like they wanted to work there at all. Get yourself to a better cafe down the road. Thanks

I have been a regular at this cafe for over a year, often using it as my go-to study spot and occasionally bringing my family along. Today, however, I had an experience that has left me deeply disappointed and shocked. Upon arriving with my son, I greeted the owner while he was taking another customer’s order, and then took my son to use the toilet. To my surprise, as we exited, the owner confronted me in a very rude and impolite manner, stating that I had not asked permission to use the toilet and that it is for customers only. This interaction was not only unnecessary but also incredibly disrespectful, especially considering how frequently I patronize this establishment. (the owner is always there so he knows I am a frequent visitor) ??? The lack of basic customer service skills displayed by the owner is astonishing. As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy. This experience has made me rethink my choice of cafe, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this place if they value decent customer service.

I had a terrible experience. I was with a friend who was literally consuming when I was "invited" to leave because it was not allowed to sit inside the café without ordering. What does that mean? It's totally ridiculous and embarrassing! We weren't there for hours; this happened within a few minutes. The café had several empty tables. Honestly, this was the first time I witnessed this in London. Other people sitting were not approached by the staff. It clearly seemed like some kind of discrimination. Terrible experience, I do not recommend it to anyone.

Feedback for Mint Coffee Shop: I absolutely love Mint Coffee Shop! It's the perfect place to enjoy your coffee in peace with great internet connectivity. The ambiance is beautiful and safe, making it a lovely spot to relax. The customer service is top-notch, adding to the overall wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

We have been waiting for a cafe to open in the area for years and what a stunning cafe Mint is. The interior is beautifully designed, and wouldn't look out of place in Chelsea or the upmarket side of Old Street and Islington. The music playing in the back ground is excellent, lovely selection, not too loud, not too quiet, not intrusive to conversations or work, just perfect. The coffee is always excellent, with the usual range of alternative milks available. The pastry selections are too die for with the largest croissant's I have ever seen. Staff are always efficient and attentive. I haven't had lunch or breakfast there yet, but will do at some point soon. I definitely recommend this cafe.
