Myself and my husband always get boba tea from here, and we can honestly say that no other place does it like this. We always get a fresh fruit tea ( the fruit teas are nicer than the milk ones in our opinion ) and they never disappoint.

Amazing place for waffles. Really loved the choice of toppings on waffles. Nice ambience. Nice customer service offered by Adheedhi!! Her service was quick and efficient. Really loved her amiable and attentive service.

It was a nice experience at Minoffles. Tried brown sugar bubble tea. Aditi was friendly and convinced us to try this and it was really nice. Recommend drinks Brown sugar bubble tea

Bubble tea was disappointing compared to a lot of other ones I’ve had. Didn’t try anything else. Place looks really nice.

ordered 2 milkshakes. 1 Snickers and 1 strawberry. Ended up with 3 milkshakes and scoop of ice cream. milkshakes not labelled, so not sure which one was which as none tasted of strawberry or Snickers

Food arrived cold, and got a wrong item. Quality of the Crepes seems to have suffered (Ordered Meltdown, but got Biscoff instead; not my favourite by a long shot).

Great customer service by Adheedhi. We arranged a surprise party at their place and they were very accommodating. Great ambiance . Great selection desserts. Yum.

I bought a bubble tea from the shop today and there were only 5 or 7 bubbles in the tea also the tea taste so bad so watery. It was better to drink some still water than this. The service and attitude of the attender was also bad. I asked him not to put ice on my tea and he put ice when i told to remove it he said the tea is hot we need to adjust the temperature. Common the tea is not hot. This is not the first iam drinking a tea. And when i said this to my friends everyone said its the worst drinks you are selling on shop.too bad

First time ordering here ordered two milkshakes and unfortunately they arrived warm and very watery , lumps of chocolate stuck to the bottom tasted nothing like described

The food was very nice but the service was very slow.One person to serve and make food when busy is not enough.What I really don't like is the fact there's no toilet.I was bit shocked when I was told and had to take my boy outside which wasn't uncomfortable 😞

Everything tasted like banana was gross and very disappointing

Ordered a brownie. Was tiny, burnt and chewy. Appalling. Ordered a waffle with Nutella and Strawberries, they sent me a waffle with normal chocolate sauce, strawberries and bananas.

Never got my food first it came half the drink was gone so I refused and then never got it back rang the restraint blamed just eat rubbish service don’t use

Love the fudge cake, but why is the milk cake delivered with the milk in the box..?? It was very soggy by the time it arrived, I think it would be best to have the milk in a separate container.. :((

I ordered this meal which was a waffle and crepè at 4pm and it did not get delivered until 5.30pm! I called the shop in the mean time who were not very helpful and said it was Just Eat's fault and not theirs. When the food arrived it was stone cold and the ice cream had melted. I will not be ordering again. Very poor service from Minoffles and Just Eat.

Such a hidden gem. The best desserts I've ever tasted, considering that I've dined at approximately over 50 dessert places in my lifetime and it also happens to be the cheapest desert place too! The standard waffle is amazing, but the bubble waffle is superior!

Honestly, I have never understood the hype behind bubble tea and probably never will! That being said, the dessert is really nice. I particularly enjoy the ice cream. The waffle is alright, not the best but definitely palatable. The atmosphere is really great and makes the place feel worth visiting! I enjoyed the service as well as staff are always very friendly and helpful.

I went in with my granddaughter aged 4 ,we had a coffee and a skittles milk shake, she loved to bits,couldn't stop goin on about how yummy her milk shake was 👍👍👍

Delivery driver was on time but didnt bother getting out the car to deliver the food

Dissapointed the first time i came here i found hair in my food now ive come here for a second time and ordered a brownie waffle and there was MOULD on the brownie i dont recommend this place if you dont want to digest hair , mould or god knows what else is in the food

Reasonably priced and had good quality food

It’s a weird one.. I visited Minoffles in Northampton on the evening of August 6th. I was hoping to get a slice of Chocolate Cheesecake. I asked one of the staff members if they had it, and they went to check in their bakery. When they came back, they said they had the cake, but I needed to buy the whole thing. I agreed and got the cake they brought. But here's the twist: the cake was actually from Cake Inn (the adjacent shop), and it was closed at the time. I asked the staff member if both shops have a common bakery, and she said yes. The worst part was that the cheesecake didn't taste good at all. Sadly, we ended up throwing the most of it as no one would have it. I don't think a bakery or dessert shop would sell you something they didn't make themselves. It's like if Cake Box sold you a cake made by someone else; if it turns out bad, it would hurt their reputation and how people think of their brand. To be honest, I won't be going back to either of these dessert or cake shops. In my view: The best dessert place in Northampton is Heavenly. The best cake place in Northampton is Cake Box. Edit: I provided Team Minoffles my contact details to discuss the matter further, but they haven't contacted me yet. It's been over two weeks.

Average Boba tea. But nice gelato options

First time visiting and sadly the last time. Portion sizes aren't consistent. We got huge slices of the fudge cake and a pathetic tiny slice of cheese cake.

This place is amazing! The bubble tea here is the best around, and the customer service from Muneeb is second to none. Always so welcoming, lovely atmosphere and decor inside to dine in. Keep up the good work guys! See you soon for our weekly bubble tea fix!

This is my go to bubble tea shop, I have been to a few different ones but this is by far the best and also value for money..Muneeb serves us regularly and is awesome just wished I lived closer would be there everyday if I could. Desserts are freshly made and lots of choices. Great value for money will be back next week for my bubble tea fix!!

I ordered a bubble waffle through just eat, the delivery was longer than initially stated and the driver haded the bag to me, not holding it flat but up straight and the waffle was out of the box and in the bag. I called the restaurant who proceeded to state that it is not his problem and that it is the delivery driver and refused to do anything about it. I spent money on something that I couldn’t eat due to the negligence of minoffles and they refused to replace it. Do not order from here as the customer service is terrible and they wont make it right at all if they’re at fault. Absolutely disgusting!

This place is the worst place ever! My food was in the bag as it fell out of the box because the delivery driver didn’t handle it with care at all. I called and the man said it isn’t their problem and refused to send me out a new waffle. Never ordering fro. This place again, customer service is disgusting

If it says fresh strawberries then let it be strawberries not sauce only.

Ordered 2 items and only 1 arrived. No phone call to offer replacement or similar.

Fair play to the brother for making me a brand new different flavoured bubble tea because I mentioned my original choice (pomegranate) wasn’t very nice. I tried to refuse but he insisted 🥰

Where is there a Starbucks? I could have something better! This is probably the worst bubble tea place I had ever visited, do not go there!

Visited a friend for the weekend and we tried the ice cream with fruit…bubble tea… and milk cake. Everything was beautifully presented, tasty and spot on especially seeing as it was a late order (apologies) thanks so much - two happy customers here!

Waited around 40 mins for two waffle cones. Staff look pretty uninterested in serving/and or doing anything that resembles work. 40 mins wait, and they weren't even busy!! Giving 3 stars because the food wasn't bad. Don't come here if you plan to be somewhere after!!!!

I wanted to like my takeaway order and the girls there were nice, unfortunately the mocha didn’t have any coffee in it, it was like drinking a hot chocolate very sweet. I also ordered a brownie, didn’t realise the girl had microwaved the brownie so the container burnt and my whole car smelt like fire, she must have over heated it as when I got home it was rock hard and I had to throw it away.

Waffle choice was great! but was slightly cold and as they only had one person behind the counter food did all came out separately so you couldn’t really eat together at the same time

Got it delivered and it was so disappointing :( the order wasn’t correct, no sauce on my waffle, wrong fruit in my girlfriends wafer cup, bubble tea was the only plus :(

Excellent place with excellent customer service and brilliant tasty karak chai (Indian tea). Went with my two young kids they love the ice cream here and waffles.

Went here today was brilliant Karak chai was the best. Children had icecream and husband had a latte. Excellent service.

My bubble waffle didn’t come with the extra ice cream I added, it was cold and the chocolate sauce that comes with the bubble waffle I ordered was not on the waffle only the white chocolate sauce I added as an extra. Very disappointing

This place always runs out of tapioca. They’re also really understaffed. I placed an order on the phone and the guy said it’ll take around half an hour. When I turned up at the shop he said it’ll take another 10 minutes but I ended up waiting another hour. There was another customer who came after me and he made their drink first. He worked extremely slow. Wont be going back again.

Wow what a fantastic place so nice and clean. Waffles were spot on and kids love the ice cream and bubble tea especially passion fruit flavour delicious. I strongly recommend this place for family fun and prices are so reasonable. Overall 👍👍

Quality not all that, isn't really value for money. Customer service was good, polite and friendly.

I bought icecream shakes and a milk tea. But confused as there was no tapioca in the milk tea???? When I ordered through different app it came with tapioca and when I bought in store. So it was a wasted tea as I only bought it so I could chew on something???. Gave it to my little brother instead who didn't finish it. My siblings liked the icecream shakes. Guess I won't be ordering anymore. Delivery was on point.

I had my best milkshake, and waffles with wiped cream were just amazing, not too sweet. BUT they are really slow if you come to the shop and you see a couple of customers in it you might wait for your waffles 30+ mins
