Probably the best Chinese takeaway in High Wycombe. Not on any of the bigger apps so a little bit less convenient, but it is much better than the big app alternatives. All the classics, food always hot and well prepared.

Was a birthday celebration for my mum and we have never been so disgusted with the food very sloshy, no taste and the chicken balls was very salty. Poor cistern service didn’t do anything to resolve the situation.

We often get takeaway here when we visit our friend. Always really fresh food and fast delivery. The only annoying thing is they do not have an online menu so I've taken a photo of the one we got tonight Dec 2022. 😊

Really enjoyed our take away. Ordering on the phone was clear and the lady checked back the order clearly. I even called back to switch one of the noodle dishes...no problem. Arrived on time and food was good. No overly fatty or salty bits that sometimes I dislike with some other Chinese takeaways. Sweet and sour prawn Cantonese style was delicious. Will definitely order again.

Our favourite Chinese in high wycombe. We have tried quite a few Chinese restaurants and this is by far the best! The only downside is that they accept cash only but there is a free ATM outside which you can get cash

On going in and purchasing a £9 take away meal on 23 october 2020 at 7.15pm and having done so for the past 3 years, a new chinese woman not seen before snatched payment from my hand before slamming the change down on the counter like a raving lunatic. On receiving my dish and having asked for a plastic spoon sitting in a box behind the counter she yelled " NOOOOR NOOOOR YOU HAVE TO PAYING.....SPOON IS FIVE PENCE ....FIVE PENCE....PAYING FIVE PENCE ". After explaining that I only had a card she then yelled " WE NOT DOING CARD....NO CARD HERE....YOU HAVE TO PAY". Shocked at this the man queing behind me swiftly left after he was visibly shocked and huffed angrily before leaving. A reasonable meal spoilt by excessive greed and rudeness with this young chinese woman clearly needing lessons in behavioural conduct which is a stark contact to the usual members of staff there.

Yesterday evening myself and my partner we ordered takeaway from our favourite chinesse restaurant - Mings. We ordered our usual things which we love to have for a nice night in. We were first pleasantly surprised when food arrived less then 15 min from our call and placing order. Then I've put food on plates and we tried it.. then we understood why it was so quick. Beef was horribly chewy and dry, you could not chew thorugh to swallow, chicken was dry and hard too. This food was simply old, either re-heated from morning or even previous day. This was HUGE dissapointment, I'd prefer to wait longer but have food freshly prepared. This was worst takeaway we ever had and it ended up in the bin and we lost £25 which we carefully saved for this date night in. I'm just sad and probably try different chinese place next time.

We had the gyoza and Mongolian lamb which were both tasty. But the mains were so bad, they ended up in the bin. Pad Thai was more cabbage than anything else. Flavourless and watery. We had a mushroom dish, which was made from tinned mushrooms and again, the sauce was tasteless. We had a prawn dish, where the prawns were overdone and rubbery and again, the sauce was watery. Finally, egg fried rice was bland, under seasoned and greasy. The staff on the phone were friendly and delivery times were good for a Friday evening.

Food was fantastic, took a while to be delivered, but worth the wait. The sweet and sour prawns were very tasty, mixed meat curry was excellent. All in all the best chinese we have had in the wycombe area.

Excellent food as always, but please make sure you give your advertised 10 per cent discount for collecting the order from your premises , as you didn’t on Saturday. Thanks

Ordered chow mein, sweet and sour chicken and chilli chicken. The delivery took an hour from when I placed the order even tho I only live 10mins drive away. Sunday evening delivery so no excuse. Sauce was bland and chicken was dry. Don't bother.

What can I say? Great food, delivered for FREE within 45 minutes of ordering. BBQ ribs and chicken chow mien is a must. Tasty, hot and loads of it

Ming Chinese is the Best Chinese food in town! Its always Fast, always hot, always tasty and one not to miss. Best tasting ever and always arrives on time

Ordered a meal last week (1 x set meal for 1, a plain boiled rice, beef in black bean, satay skewers and some prawn toast).The prawn toast was lovely & the rice was good, but the sauces on the other items (sweet and sour in the set meal, black bean and satay) were pretty average. The meat was also a little slimey in texture which was a bit off putting, and there wasn't much of it.It's still miles better than many of the other chinese takeaways in the area, so if its local to you & you want some chinese food it will do you well - but I'm going to have to stick with TaiPan I think.

Whenever we fancy a Chinese we always call here, lovey lady on the phone, order always ready on time when we collect, FOOD FANTASTIC. Never disappointed.

From the telephone manner taking the order ,to the delivery driver,what a great experience. As for the, squid crispy yet melt in your mouth, ribs that fall off the bone, crispy and not greasy pancake rolls. Perfect chicken chow mein. Big portions of perfectly cooked food and cheaper than most. Had my first one from this place for years a couple of weeks ago. Both meals amazing

Ok, so Wycombe has far too many Indian restaurants and not enough Chinese ones, but it's not taking away from the fact this one is tasty and reasonably priced. Knowing that there are some ropey ones across town, I tried this because hygiene rating is 5 (yes there are some with much lower ratings). It was very busy, which is a good sign. Food was seasoned just right - tasty, but not overwhelmingly strong like some Chinese. Was just what we needed as comfort food after a tough day.

Having moved to the area last year this is the best Chinese in town! Have tried lots of the dishes but fave is the rice noodles with chicken, sweet and sour chicken and absolutely anything with mixed veg, great taste, flavour and quality. Delivery is good too, nice and polite driver.

Made a simple telephone order to be delivered and once again was completely messed up,Called to ask if they could right what we were missing and it’s very clear these people have no idea what customer service is! I wouldn’t waste your time or money.

I have tried takeaway from most of the Chinese food places in wycombe and I can safely say that this is the best around. They can deliver locally which is a bonus. Only down side is that there is no website!!!

I love mings, we could eat Chinese every weekend if we tried and it's always mings! The food is fresh and the order is Always correct compared to other Chinese we've had

A very good chinese take away with a varied menu. The prices are average and they will home deliver for free over a certain amount.

Mings is a family favourite of ours, so much so that I've memorised their number! Staff friendly as always, and quick at cooking the food (usually between 5 and 10 minutes). Would recommend without hesitation.
