What an amazing hidden gem, true old school pub with lots of friendly locals and great banter, you can easily come in this place on your own and leave with new friends

Friendly pub, with lovely locals, great beers and a good selection on wines, bar staff are polite and friendly, karaoke every Thursday and artists on weekends

We had a take away from here through just eat I’m not normally a burger fan but chose the Crunchy burger … we had chips onion rings and the bbq chicken wings It all came piping hot and fresh - never had a burger like it All of it was excellent, and presented really well Credit where it’s due you deserve it WELL DONE

Ordered off just eat fist class food came red hot best takeaway we have ever ordered 5 star to you

Ordered a dog with cheese & bacon and paid extra to add caramelised onions and jalapenos my god it was delicious! Absolute infusion of flavours in the mouth honestly the best food I've eaten since moving to Telford...also had the mozzarella sticks which were yummy but the dog stole the show, it was absolute filth, messy deliciousness! Just saying I'm happy to be a guinea pig for any future recipes I'm a massive foodie and love food that makes you moan with pure delight! I will absolutely be back! Yummmmm!

Came here for karaoke a few weeks ago the new owners seem to making a real go of this place changed a lot since that last time I came in and had a fantastic night.

Popped in here to watch Britpop Forever on Saturday afternoon, The locals we really friendly and the Landlord & Landlady behind the bar were amazing will be back soon!

Came for drinks and ended up having some food too would recommend whole family really enjoyed it. Friendly staff and good entertainment

What an amazing friendly pub! We spent most of the day Saturday sitting in the beer garden enjoying the entertainment. Great selection of drinks and the atmosphere was just so good that we stayed longer than anticipated and had to get a taxi home! Would highly recommend a visit.

What an atmosphere! One of the best pubs about with the best booze and now even cocktail offers unlike anywhere else.

A pub so good I could cry, growing up under privileged I spent a lot of time crawling under the tables of local pubs. And when they all closed I felt homeless. But then I found the miners and the locals, staff have welcomed me like part of a family. Great events. Pool table and dart board and cheap pints. I finally feel at home again

This pub has always been a gem of a place. New landlord & landlady are lovely. There's always a great atmosphere here, the locals are friendly & the staff are second to none. Well worth a visit.

Looks so much cleaner inside now after the little refurb. Bar is much brighter doesn’t feel like you are sitting in the cellar any more.

A lovely unspoilt traditional working man's pub. Friendly chatty staff and customers, with a welcoming friendly family atmosphere . Pool and darts and dog friendly.

Great little pub, went in whilst out walking & can honestly say it was brilliant. The staff were excellent very attentive and oolite and customers went out of their way to speak. Would highly recommend
