AVOID if you want a pizza with vegan cheese as they don’t stock it will not return with mimis being the only pizza outlet in the area i find this totally unacceptable

Superb Fish and chips, pick up or delivered. Varied menu and unusual dishes for a chip shop including pizza. Glad I live here.

My first visit to Mimis for Fish & Chips. Sadly I will not return. I had haddock which was more batter than fish. The fish was also broken in order to fit it into the box. But the broken off bit was just burnt batter. Although I had to wait while the fish was fried, the batter was burnt as though it had been cooked in very old oil. Chips were ok but had been cooked a while ago and kept warm. Not a pleasant visit and as I said I will not be returning for any more. A bit of competition would make a difference here.

Just very mediocre. Poor quality fish and soggy chips. Overcooked sausage. Was empty on a Saturday night which is an ominous sign. Looks like it's up for sale and they're not really trying.

22 ShoplatchJust thought I'd share a great experience. Just wondered in and ordered a large cheese and tomato original pizza. Service was pleasant and fast. I took my pizza to the quarry in Shrewsbury and really enjoyed it. The taste was excellent, pizza was cooked to perfection with a nice crunch on the crust. Cheese and tomato sauce was mega. Thanks mate.

If you book room, breakfast and evening meal you get a three course menu. If you "walk in," you get a bar snack menu. We preordered fish and chips and was told, " sorry no fish." We were allowed to order desserts off the three course menu.
