We came to millie's cookies Sunday 2nd October to pick up something for me and my little sister on the way out of Golden Square. I have never had an issue before with service but the lady who served us was extremely rude, the way she spoke to us (me and my older sister) was disgusting. I worked in customer service (hospitality) for years and that is absolutely no way to speak to customers. We were just ordering and you were running low on stuff - which we were fine with and completely understood!! but she snapped in a way that completely took me by surprise. The girl had curly reddish/brown hair and bright blue long nails. I never leave bad reviews for anything but I genuinely could not believe how rude she was. The cookies we got were delicious as always.

Such a lovely experience going for a cookie on Sunday. The two lovely girls really made my day brighter. I will definitely be going there again, plus the cookie was delicious.

I went not long ago and asked for a salted caramel cookie. It was baked fresh and when asked Martine was able to tell me she baked them herself and how fresh they were. She had perfect manners, will hopefully be served by her again.

My son came to buy cookies around 5pm on Monday. The lady on shift was amazing as my son has an nut allergy she advised which cookies were not suitable and also took extra care to avoid an cross contamination. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about thee products. My son left very happy and really enjoyed his cookie.

Great cookies, we always buy box of 12 you get better value for money. We've all got our own favourites but top ones are White or Milk Choc Chip, Raspberry and White Choc, Oat and Raisin and Cherry Bakewell.

my son loves the cookie pops, asks for one every time, the staff are always friendly, they talk to my son, not at him. we always get the cookie and a juice deal, great to be given fruit shoots H20, less sugar, more fruit than normal fruit shoot.

I could happily eat myself to death here, they seem to have every flavour of cookies known to man but I'm something of a purist and tend towards the chocolate chip but the white chocolate and raspberry is excellent.

Pick & mix boxed cookies are amazing, although not cheap. The big celebration cookies however are a total rip off. I ordered one & was disappointed with it. The message wasn't even in the middle of the cookie. I was left with a big empty space at the bottom. I was handed a big flat box & the girl barked they had no bags. Oh great, I'll just struggle carrying the box around town then. Idiots!

We had the so called £7 Sunday Lunch. it was told to us that the kitchen was short staffed. So accepted the wait for food but didn't appreciate the cold meals and poorly cooked meat with hard vegetables. Didn't complain at the time as didn't want to spoil the family meal further. Was horrified when the bill arrived and the cost of 'extras' became clear. Cola £6, wine £9.50. what with desserts the meal came to over £140 for 4 of us. OK if you were receiving fine dining but a so called £7 Sunday lunch - just ridiculous. Might have been a bad day but will not be revisiting.

Very overpriced and under sized portions meant to be a cafe not a restaurant. 2.50 for a can of Fanta is ridiculous, had finished food when they brought missed item , chucked at us, no apology nothing, worst place in miles just about ripping off not providing quality or value

We were a large booking so I emailed Gin Alley to book a table. Danielle got back promptly and was very accommodating. Lovely venue for drinks - beers, Prosecco, cocktails. The place was busy with a good vibe. Bar staff were efficient, professional and friendly.
