The portions were small. The food was tasteless. Not the best Indian food I have had. Got charged 9.50pounds for poppadums which was shocking.

Absolutely Shocking, grumpy rude staff , terrible food rubbery tasteless meat in very mediocre sauces, without doubt the worst Indian I have been in.

it was absolutely shocking waited an hour for our main course then decided to leave and then waiter started arguing with me service was terrible they were to focused on takeaways and not the people in the restaurant will never go back all we wanted was a nice quiet dinner ruined our whole evening

Really. I know it’s cheap but the quality of the food is atrocious! No flavour. The chicken and prawns in my curry were like bullets- tough and dry. No flavour whatsoever. Come on- employ someone who knows how to cook. Shocking!

Went in this one with no prior research. After having watched Saracens beat Northampton to reach the Rugby Premiership final we decided to grab something to eat before catching the long bus home and just chose this one because it was basically the nearest open restaurant to the bus station after being deposited by the supporters shuttle bus. This Indian is nothing special I agree. The menu reminded me of the 70’s curry houses I used to go to as a student and even the so called chef’s specials are run of the mill menu options nowadays. And I will agree the portions are small. The mains were ok but the rice and sundry dishes barely feed one. But there was one upside in that my partner is partial to a Chicken Shashlik and is intimidated by overly large lumps of chicken. But on the positives, the food flavours were very good, the service levels were excellent being friendly and attentive and above all its very reasonably priced considering the current food costs and anywhere we can dine out for under £50 for the two of us gets a thumbs up from me.

Our family went last Saturday. Food awful service not much better. Disappointing. It was very rushed.Would not recommend. There are plenty of others.

Booked a table for 2 on Saturday at 8 pm on the basis that it has always been busy and the food was good. The restaurant was virtually empty with just one other table occupied. The younger waiter took our order he was friendly, the older one was miserable and somewhat curt when he served our food the dishes were placed directly on the table with no hot plates to keep keep the food warm. The food was barely lukewarm. The Chicken in the Dhansak was very tough and the Tandoori Butter Chicken I can only describe as revolting. We should have stuck to our local Indian and saved the petrol!

Just enjoyed a delicious meal with my family. Every dish tasted individual and freshly prepared. All the staff were pleasant and very helpful. Look forward to going again.

We choose vegetarian dishes Sag Aloo, Vegetable Curry, Alo Gobi Dahl which looked good but had absolutely no flavour in any of the dishes. Nan bread was soggy.

My Partner and I have been visiting this restaurant once a month for some 15 plus years. The staff are always very helpful and courteous, and in the early days would always help me choose my meal as I was new to Indian cuisine in the early days.

Ordered a take away to be sent the wrong order I rang up and they said they would send the order again. For only it to come and be wrong again!! Rang back and the guy was laughing at me saying he was very busy. This was there mistake. Have been ordering from here for years I definitely won’t be ordering again poor customer service. Rude staff that clearly don’t want customers coming back!

I think should not be there anymore. Waiter communication is very bad. We wanted tandoori dishes but waiter was order chicken tikka mossala also dish was very dirty and tasteless food. Before my one of friend was ordered for take away food and he was very disappointed. Chutneys, sauces and curry was very poor portion and he was missed his dishes but all have to he was paid- he said. We were by this way and tried to get our meal but we understand it is a very disgusting place and should not be there any more.

Nice food good value local restaurant, I sometimes eat here as a last minute local Indian restaurant nothing upmarket about this restaurant but food is nice & prices are reasonable so if you live locally it is worth a visit

We been there for Indian food and many times I am used with Indian food. But I can not believe it is a Indian restaurant. Service was very bad, Chicken kurma and Butter chicken dishes was similar and tasteless. Glasses was dirty and food was very poor portion.

We Ordered a takeaway for home delivery and was told it would take 45 mins. Chased it up after 1 hour 20 mins the guy who answered the phone was useless and said it is on its way, I hadn’t even told him my address! I then said can I speak to the boss who came to the phone with a aggressive unacceptable manner no apology, order and his customer service was disgusting, he didn’t seemed bothered! so people don’t bother wasting your time and hard earned money on this place poor customer service, unacceptable waiting times and staff who don’t care! Food and I sauces was very poor portion and its was taste less, I missed my onion bhaje and salad but I was paid for all of things.

I wish to discuss of order with my friend, but one short waiter (with black uniform) has came to take my order. I tried to inform him regarding my discussion but he does not understand and has make time table for quick order. He had very bad communication, poor English and food was very disgusting. We was very painfully and never be there again.

Fuimos al restaurante el viernes pasado y esperamos poder disfrutar de nuestra comida. Un camarero corto de uniforme negro ha venido a tomar nuestra orden, pero él tenía muy poca comprensión y no puede sugerir nuestra comida y no pudo entender. Fuimos al restaurante el 14 de febrero día de San Valentín. Un pequeño camarero no entiende el idioma pero vino a tomar nuestros pedidos. No pudo ayudarnos con la sugerencia sobre el curry y todo para preparar kurma de pollo, lo cual nos pareció muy desagradable.

Spent Valentine’s Day here, had a fantastic meal considering we didn’t reserve a table. Highly recommended and great burgers.

Me ordenaron algo de comida para llevar por teléfono. Un camarero DRUNK tomó mi pedido y, cuando estuve allí para recoger mi comida, me di cuenta de que había un camarero Mono Borracho (a él le gusta ver a un MONKEY) en el bar. Recogí mi comida, pero no conseguí mi cebolla de arranque Bhaji y Mango Chutney, pero tengo que pagar por todas las cosas. la comida era insípida También el camarero Mono no tomó mi pedido correctamente, su comunicación era muy pobre.

One short waiter very poor service. He did not understand but he came to take our order. then as we did not finish our meal but felt like to short waiter were trying to get rid of us, don't know why that would be though as it was more than half empty.The main courses I found a little tasteless.The portions were a bit small too. I suggest people should not be there.

Staff were nice and friendly and the service was good, it's just that it was all too quick. No sooner had we ordered that the starters arrived, then as we finished they took our plates away and brought our mains. Curry no es el mejor que he tenido. El byriani era simplemente correcto y el curry de verduras era un poco sosa. Mi pareja pollo Korma y ella tuvo que poner mucha sal a gusto en. Era barato y alegre, y está bien si estás hambrientos! No creo que volveremos aunque.

Estéticamente el restaurante no es nada especial y el ambiente no siempre es increíble, pero para un informal curry decente es uno de los mejores de la zona, si selecciona el plato de la derecha! Como todos los restaurantes tienen determinados platos donde sobresalen, y otros que dejan mucho que desear. El pollo balti es atractivo, el mejor que he tenido, y el tikka Massala-jeera también es buena, con un montón de salsa y carne. Por otra parte, el madras es como sopa con un par de extrañas piezas de carne. Servicio como otros han dicho, es inconsistente. Cuando en su mejor momento es excelente, con un personal atento que no te obligaban a comer y salir y que tiene en su rápidamente; peor tienes que esperar la feria en sus manos.

Pedí una comida para llevar y me dijeron que tomaría 40 minutos. Perseguido después de 1 hora, el tipo que contestó el teléfono era inútil y dijo que estaba en camino, ¡ni siquiera le había dicho mi dirección! Luego pasó a pedirle a otros miembros del personal que gritaran y luego estableció que serían otros 20 minutos. ! Entonces, después de 1 hora y 30 minutos, ¡no esperes más! Me gusta Mi comida india más picante y mi señora me pareció muy suave y los dos estábamos bien acomodados aquí, me gustó el hecho de que el restaurante está abierto hasta las 11 pm, tuvimos una agradable conversación con el propietario, los precios son muy razonables, tuvimos un buen servicio en general, volveremos.

No puedo comentar sobre la comida como nunca llegó tan lejos, después de preguntar 3 veces para nuestra orden de ignorado salimos. Incluso el camarero tomó el pedido de la pareja que se habían ido en el 10 minutos después y luego nos dijeron que vino antes de nosotros. Instalamos para mi cerveza y a la izquierda. Es una pena, pero mirando en los comentarios recientes de la comida, entonces quizás una suerte perder.

I love indian food, but this food was just not goos. Sercice was also bad. 3 dishes were not good and left untouched, still no one offerrd any solution. Dont visit there!

Un grupo de 10 de nosotros fuimos aquí el pasado lunes por la noche. Las edades esperaron para la comida. Finalmente llegó mi curry, pero después esperamos 8 - 10 minutos para el acompañamiento de arroz para llegar. Curry estaba sabrosa pero 'Grueso' como en casi carente de la salsa. El servicio era regular. Nuestro camarero hizo su mejor pero parecía ser alargado y bajo presión. A un precio razonable, aparte de las habituales bebidas caras como con cualquier restaurante.

No hay emociones, casa decente curry. Estado muchas veces. Servicio varía enormemente dependiendo de quién está trabajando ese día. La comida es normalmente bastante decente. No es donde yo iría por la noche, o comida, pero siempre comida decente para llevar o un rápido curry local.

I used to be a regular here for a no frills reasonable curry, but my last visit with my daughters...

Fuimos a el tandoori última noche y tuvimos una comida excelente, el servicio como siempre muy cortés y es una excelente relación calidad-precio, no es caro comparado con otros de la zona de los alrededores.

Poppadoms (picante y sencilla) estaban bien, con un montón de encurtidos. Los platos principales fueron muy bien presentada y bastante bueno y el personal era bastante dispuestos a hacer me cilantro pea y arroz al vapor. Para los precios de Londres eran razonables y no es caro

Can't believe lights are actually hanging out of the ceiling in the men's toilets I almost tripped up whilst coming down the stairs from the toilet think the carpet has never been cleaned at all (trip hazard ) now definitely not the place to go if you want a madras and the special rice wasn't so special after all food was served cold table was never cleared away as the staff were far to busy counting their money at the bar and not once did staff ask if the meal was okay

It does the basic british curry house basics and has a "specials" selection as well. ok , its not too pricey for Mill Hill, certainly better value than the other curry house on The Broadway.Stairs to toilets are pretty precarious.Wouldn't especially pick this for a special night out but good for a few lagers and a feed after watching Rugby at nearby Saracens maybe.

This ace needs some serious attention! It's shoddy, dirty and run down. The lights are cello taped to the ceiling! Yes, you read that right, cellotape holds the lights into the ceiling.Menu looks and feels cheap and nasty. No effort. Very limited too. A4 paper laminated and folded...Food is ok. But without being too grim, within an hour of leaving all three of us were perched upon the toilet... Not the worst place but I certainly won't go again and wouldn't recommend...

Took my girlfriend for dinner and the staff are so friendly like they have known you for years extremely helpful if you query anything on the menu and when I didn't know what to have previously they ordered for me and the food was amazing We have never had a bad meal here and my girlfriend and I always feel comfortable and at ease in there.

I have visited this restaurant on several occasions and the food and service has always been good, at good value for money prices given the location. Dont know why but the restaurant never seems that busy which does rather limit the atmosphere. The popadoms (always an indicator in my experience) are very good, and they are generous with the pickle tray which is both large and replenished on request. There is nothng really different about the food but is good quality 'standard' Indian fare. Popadoms. main course with side dishes and a couple of beers, £25 - good vlaue for London.
