Incredible food, handmade with care and attention. The beef shin lasagne is absolutely heavenly. The owners are a lovely couple too

Fabulous Pasta handmade in the store daily. Extraordinarily tasty pasta sauces. We tried courgette with peas and a boar ragu. Both were perfection on tagliatelle pasta. Also found the lemon and ricotta agnolotti to be really tasty and different. Don’t think you can go wrong with the pasta selections at Aemilia.

Such delicious pasta! Had takeout pasta which we prepared at home and was such a treat. Highly recommend. Kids loved also. Will definitely visit again

Bittersweet is glorious. Absolutely exquisite cocktails, delicious small plates of Italian food and detailed and attentive service. The venue is beautiful and the staff were passionate and expressive in their shared mission to ensure we had a wonderful time and experienced a sensory explosion of flavour in everything we drank and ate. Visiting from London I was pleasantly shocked that the bill was so reasonable for such a feast in flavour. I honestly can’t think of a meal I’ve enjoyed more and am already looking forward to returning when back in Edinburgh for the festival. Leith has a new jewel in its culinary crown and it’s Bittersweet.

Easter RoadThis is by far one of the nicest lunch,brunch Italian food takeway places in Edinburgh. Everything is baked and made fresh in the shop. From delicious cakes and pastries to amazing sandwiches. They also serve accoasionally some lunch meals to go -salads, gnioki, risotto etc. Great coffee too. It is a takeaway coffee shop. Be aware! No sit in. But the food is one of the best in the area. LOVE IT

17 Main Street, Kirkliston Fico's Italian Bistro,Great food and super polite staff. Went there with our two kids and the staff was super with them as well. Would highly recommend. Food was very tasty and delivered super fast. Absolutely nothing to complain.

120 Dundas StreetAn unassuming spot at the bottom of Dundas Street that offers one of the best wine selections in Edinburgh matched by brilliant food. Service was fantastic too.
