Slow. Mistake with order. Expensive (for what it is). Edit: the beauty of this Google stuff is you don't need to believe me. Other people, customers, will visit will agree with me or not. Was I unlucky? Maybe. That doesn't change what happened. Even if my subjective taste is too fussy, you can't change the fact that what arrived on my table was not what was ordered. Most of my reviews are negative, because if you get it right (without being miraculous) that's what *should* be. I prefer not to post mediocrity. You want to see something better from my point of view? Look next door. That barber does a good job.

Was working in the area so popped in here with some colleagues. Breakfast was really good, very clean and good value for money. Would highly recommend Savas was lovely too.

A good café. Great choice of breakfasts including a vegetarian option.. There are some Turkish meals on offer as well all home made with the freshest ingredients. Clean and tidy appearance, retro style.

Top quality cafe, great food, reasonably priced and helpful and friendly owner and staff. Perfect cafe. Only used for a couple of days while in the area for a wedding but would use this gem of a place all the time if local.

I went to this cafe recently with my family , I want to say WOW , I’m absolutely shocked how amazing this cafe truly is, absolutely stunning outstanding service , beautiful and clean tidy cafe , and the food is sensational , absolutely 5 star cafe best in dartford by far , I had a beautiful omelette which was really we’ll seasoned and tasty. Service was also outstanding especially by the chef , really good. If I can give it 10 stars I would. WELL DONE

We came into the cafe today. And wow the service was amazing so polite and friendly. My wife had breakfast bagel which was lovely and very filling. And I had burger and chips. Which was also very filling. Definitely will be coming bk.

After out trip back from camping, we were so lucky to find this fantastic friendly cafe with great food, great service and good value for money.... highly recommend the home made delicious milk shakes..... definitely won't be going anywhere else... Average cafe really. Was nice at first but has turned into a greasy mess. Haven’t been since January but will try again and maybe change this review.

Can be hit and miss. Food is sometimes lovely or comes out tasting of grease. Staff friendly but they sometimes. Can be a little rude. Not the cleanest of places but they can be due to the turn around in customers. Might be different with the virus about.

I've been away for a couple of years and I couldn't wait to get back to my favourite little family run cafe. I had my fix of chicken shish and rice with salad and was super amazed with the seriously tender well flavoured chicken. Superb indeed thank you chef Sav see you again soon.

Family owned and run cafe, that has been open for ages. While the decor is a little tired, dont be put off as the food is good, portions are large and prices are reasonable. Just remember to go to the counter to order!!

This was our first visit to this cafe. Ordered our breakfasts at the counter and the girl serving said she'd bring our drinks over then proceeded to chat on her phone and to her friend who was waiting for take away. Asked twice if we could get our drinks and after 20 minutes, just as we were going to walk out our food arrived so I asked this lady if i could finally get my coffee and she brought it straight away. The food was quite simply the best fry up I've had in years, beautifully cooked, fresh, tasty and piping hot and this will be our go to cafe from now on, just hoping counter hitch was a one off and not the normal level of service, 20 minutes wait for a coffee is not good but the quality of the food definitely made up for it.

I asked for a sausage bacon and cheese roll, to takeaway. They gave me everything I asked for and served it with a sprinkle of joy.

I wouldn't even give one star if it allowed me to, this place is awful. They clearly have no idea what customer service is, i waited around an hour and a half for them to arrive with something i clearly told them in the notes that i didn't want and cold food, the women came with my very late food and said there was nothing she could do, like a simple call would have sorted this issue, i had tried calling them but they didn't pick up. I called and asked them to tell them my order was wrong and the women on the phone just said "what do you want me to do" i said just to bring the missing item which she replied "it will take a while because we are so busy" like this is my problem, they could get the orders right to start with. they didn't even bring my missing items. This place clearly has very poor management as they cannot train staff with how to deal with any issues that come up, a simple call to let me know the food would be a bit later would have made me feel a lot better about this place. Wouldn't order from here or visit if they paid me to do so.

Food took 90 minutes to arrive. When it did arrive it was cold and 2 items were missing. Very disappointing.

It's a traditional English cafe, they do a nice egg and bacon sub and a very drinkable cup of tea. Tables are kept clean and the place has a friendly family feel. Well worth a look if you are passing.

I bought lunch here waited for between 15mins and 20mins; the chicken was hot outside but the inside was very cold. I took it back to the shop and complained, they apologised and I was refunded also give additional food and drink without paying because of their own mistake. Thanks for the customer service.
