Milanos Pizza in Kingston upon Hull, City of

Ordered at peak time , was told to expect a wait of 40 mins + which was fine, What wasn't fine was the fact we live literally 3 minutes away from milanos & the food we ordered was stone cold! Chips super soggy from being steamed in the paper bag, Rang to complain, .. We were offered replacement food, however we were not prepared to wait again, Super disappointed again as this is not our first time being delivered cold food! If we lived a trek away it would be acceptable but no! Up your game !

Ordered my food which arrived on time but I was missing 6 chicken wings which might not sound like much but it's the principal. When I phoned the shop they were too busy to let me know but still charged me and wouldn't give my the difference in money back. Will never use again be warned

Work in shop next door and my little boy wanted pizza. To say takeaway at both sides of us and we are a chicken fast food shop he said he preferred milanos. Thanks guys

Just ordered a hotshot pizza, it was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had! Arrived quick and nice and hot :)

I ordered £35 worth of food for the family and when it arrived one of the pizzas was burnt on top and dried out so that the sauce had all dried up. Had a couple bites and it was inedible. Everything else in the order was perfect. The fries were crispy and the other pizza and items were cooked perfectly. I have ordered this same meat feast pizza in the past and it has been delicious. However I was disappointed with the state of it this time. I called to explain I was unhappy with my order and the customer service I received was the worst I’ve ever had. First I was called a liar and told that the pizza wasn’t burnt as they had cooked it themselves. Then told that the sauce was the standard amount and I have to pay extra for more. I explained it wasn’t that I wanted more sauce but that there wasn’t any as it had dried out. The lady on the phone had an attitude and continued to call me a liar. The chef was in the background shouting and calling me a liar, eventually she said they could send another one out but it would be no different as it’s cooked the same. The pizza arrived very quickly, within 5-10 mins. However the woman was wrong as the pizza wasn’t burnt this time and tasted much better. The sauce was there and nothing tasted dried out. However, they wanted the original pizza back to see how much had been eaten and whether I was lying. I have no issue giving the pizza back as would not be eating it due to the issues named above but I think it is terrible customer service to call me a liar when I have ordered there for years and never complained before. I would recommend the food here but be wary of the customer service and making a complaint.

Food was amazing hot and cooked throughout 🙌 ❤️ and very tasty would definitely recommend them, delivered early around 20 minutes before they were due spot on thankyou 😊

Tasty kebab perfectly cooked. Loved the spicy fries! Really friendly service too . Will go back there again when I am Hull :)

The quality of the ingredients on the pizza is terrible. Also the base is always soggy. Kebabs are nice but you need to revamp your pizza..

Only got scampi and chips can't go wrong with that can you,the answer is yes. Scampi was fried on too of a high temperature so went brown and was sloppy in the middle and by the time it was delivered it was stone cold the fries were barely warm as well. All in all the birds will enjoy that in morning cos it was a waste of money and that's where its going to go,on the garden.

As a regular customer you would expect the portions to be a reasonable size we only ordered 3 chips with cheese and a pot of garlic butter and to be honest there would ave been more cheese in sandwich from coop lands sandwich shop then there was on all 3 of our chips and we had to warm them up too this place has gone right downhill over the past few years since it was taken over we won’t be using them again I would rather pay the extra and use torinos 2 doors down very poor

Spent nearly £50 on take away for family when it arrived two of the orders were wrong, after ringing them back received verbal abuse from the staff, and the pizza ordered where undercooked the fries where not even half full. Total waste of money. Have ordered from milanos for over 15 years definitely not again

Called this takeaway payed other the phone and never received my food they closed at 12am now it’s 12.16am everyone stay away from this takeaway will be going in for my money back really disappointed bad service and never again

Absolutely disgusting. Ordered cheese burger bread cake was really soggy. Husband got kebab salad and sauce missing will not be ordering from there again.

Ordered for delivery recently, and honestly it's not bad. Delivery was within the quoted time, and food was still hot when it arrived. Garlic sausage pizza with extra doner meat topping was quite tasty; it helps that the cheddar cheese doesn't overpower the entire pizza. Doner kebab was loaded with meat, and had enough for leftovers the next day. Wish they would ask if we wanted the coleslaw though. We don't eat it so we had to bin it. Quite a waste when someone else could've enjoyed it.

Terrible chicken wraps looked like something the cat would eat! we couldn't eat them, Now in the bin! , won't use this place again!

Best takeaway in hull in my opinion, its spotlessly clean unlike many other takeaways, they often have grills etc pulled out cleaning behind, there pizzas are spot on. Nice guys too.
