Milano's Pizza in North East Lincolnshire

Myself and partner had x2 large Donner kebabs, chips, onion rings and coleslaw. Donner meat chewy, badly overcooked, barely any salad, chips undercooked and soggy, onion rings not nice at all. Recieved no free garlic bread in spite of spending over the £15 it stated would get one.

Always had great service when I've used.

Go to takeaway every time without fail. Never had a issue, foods always brilliant and fresh

I order a pizza and last time I received another order. Now I received my order but I received a fly in my pizza. The pizza was good before i see the fly. :)))

We ordered some food here on the way home the other night as we was passing g we could smell it down the street and was starving l. The food was all delicious and will definitely order again from there great service and prices too

Just moved from London so needed to find a good take away. Milano's did not disappoint. The staff were so friendly and their pizza was the best I've tasted in a while, the kebab meat was succulent. You definitely got more for your money then expected. We will definitely be back for more love Michelle and dave ❤️

Always use Milanos even after moving to Cleethorpes. Just had my favourite Lamb Kebab and it was fabulous. The lamb is tender and melt in the mouth every time. First class.

I usually have a mixed kebabamd it's pipinghot and tasty however tonight's meal was barely warm wen it arrived and the calzone was mainly filled with cheese and tasteless I don't think I shall be using here again shame because never had any issue with them before

Absolutely disgusted with the food I received tonight, I usually love the food but tonight it was just awful. My garlic bread was undercooked and swimming in grease, I could barely hold it. My Donner wrap had so much sauce in it that every bite I took was just garlic sauce. Very disappointed

I’ve been going to Milanos for nearly a year and the only thing I can say is that it’s too good . Everytime I have ordered I’ve never had any problems with the food/wait time or staff. The food is amazing and the staff are excellent and polite. Very effective with pickup and delivery too. If you want a kebab or pizza then this is likely the best place to go to. I reccommend!

Worst burger I've ever had, the burger was very tough cheese didn't look very orange as it was very greasy! The bun on one side was black and soggy looking! Very disappointed! I gave it to my dog and he wouldn't even eat it... we ordered a pizza as well and that was very greasy the meat pepperoni and ham taste of nothing like charcoal... management and customer service was great but I will not recommend! I'm feeling very unwell now after eating their food...

This used to be our fav pizza place but the last couple of times weve ordered the food hasnt been so great Ordered 2 weeks ago loads of pizza and chips as had family round was told 45 min wait after an hour and half i had to call see where it was as we had young Children who were hungry still took another 35 mins after ringing and the food was cold Again tonight we ordered Kebabs and chips again was told 40-45 min wait 75 mins later the food turned up Chips were luke warm and soggy and kebab meat tasted awful as if if it had been left in the bain marie to warm to long Not a good service from such lovely Management 😒

I worked for milanos pizza for 3 weeks they pay a float of £20 I left cause it was poor money £1:00 for 7 miles I told them I would pay £20 float money back I started delivering for someone else next thing I know I delivered food I came out of house of garden and there was a driver from milanos pizza threatened me to pay £20float back I don't have a problem paying it back just glad I have a body camera

Ordered and paid over the phone was told 45 minutes delivery time.... 1 hour 30 minutes we Ring and ask and get told its our for delivery.... Still nothing 30 minutes later.... Ring back to be told the order is still in the book and not even been done it was forgot about but they took the money out my account will never use the place again.... Absolute shambles of a place just get lied to on the phone

I was hesitant to leave a low star review here when I had a bad order as they have been consistently good for me for many years but recently the food seems to be going really downhill. Last few orders the pitta breads have been really stale to a point where you can taste an almost mouldy taste, most recently the salad was in an appalling state. The chips were hard enough to break your teeth too. I won't be ordering from here for a good while. I really hope they sort the food out in the meantime because they have lost a very regular customer and are likely to lose many more if they don't improve.

Ordered a wrap on way home from work. When order was ready the girl behind the counter just plonked my food on top of the counter, no customer service skills what so ever, too busy talking to her colleagues, no eye contact either. Absolutely disgusted.

Milanos is the best place I've known for the last 16years 🤗 Food has always been lovely, Staff are very friendly too.

Pros: - Quality food for the most part - Great prices, can typically have a great dinner with just 6 or 7 quid. - Usually get delivery, but every time I've gone for collection the staff in-store are very friendly. - A generally good selection of special offers - Good delivery time, it's very common for them to be perfectly on time or even earlier than expected - The Crispy Burger is my personal favourite of all takeout burgers Cons (which are more like nitpicks): - Margherita pizza is not very good due to the cheese being bland, but the rest of the pizzas are generally nice with the other toppings. - The cheese in general seems low-quality - Buns for burgers can sometimes be a bit damp Highly recommend this place. Whether it's a saturday evening takeout or a hangover meal, it's got you covered.

My daughter wanted a pizza buffet for her party so ordered from here 25 12 inch pizzas along with chips onion ring etc etc the food went down great with the guests and arrived piping hot and just about on time would really recommend this place

I ordered delivery at 18:40 which took 2 hours to arrive after a number of calls. The order I received was incorrect. I called back to inform the staff who said they would send the original order out straight away. After another 2 calls and asking for a refund I was informed the order would be delivered by the boss and to speak to him. The driver that delivered the food was not the boss and could not discuss getting my money back. He was sent with a bottle of coke as an apology. After receiving the correct order I’m sure the food would have been lovely but the people that wanted it had already left. I am not happy with the service received at all. Would definitely not recommend. It is a shame as orders from Milano’s in the past have been really good.

One of the worst calzone i ever had in my life i place a order for delivery about 11.30 they send us delievery quickly just because they wana close it at midnight the bread was not even cock properly and the toping was horrible i swear to God they think that people steal money or somthing they dont work hard for it if you cant provide the quality why open the takeaway ring them 4 times after recieved a order and nobody bother to answer what a joke😡😡😡😡

Never again i have used the place for the last 8 yrs. Here we go for my review 2 weeks ago i phoned for a delivery donner meat and chip 12 inch meat feast garlic muchroom chicken donner cheese and tom pizza was told on the phone 45 min thats about usual for any takeaway on a sat nite 1 hr 55 mins later i phoned up to find out were my order was due 2 taking ages any young kids wanting tea thay then said it was on its way 40 mins late i called back again to see were it was to be told it would be 15 mins so i told them to keep it so if you have 2 hours 35 mins to wasted on OK food then use these if not theres better places to use that will stick to there delivery times

An absolute disgrace. Shocking customer service. Don't order from here. I had been a customer for 15 years until last night, my pizza was not cooked and having complained and taken the pizza back I was made out to be a liar, no refund offered and got mugged off. Thank you Yousef, your pizza and people skills are disgusting.
