Milano pizza in Dundee City

Curly fries had melted through the polystyrene packaging. Definitely wouldn't order again unless the packaging is upgraded to VegWare or compostible packaging so I don't have melted plastic on my food.

Fresh very hot and always good value. Tried the new garlic pizza styled bread. It was ok a little less cheese and more garlic please

Holy Jesus Christ, not even Jesus himself can save this pizza. Was like plastics, IT TASTED LIKE PLASTIC I SPENT MY MONEY AND RECEIVED ABSOLUTE BULLCRAP, ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I gave this the lowest rating I can, blimy. PS, Give me a godamn refund and a word with your manager.

Genuinely the worst food ever to grace my lips. The salt content not only of my chips but the donner meat was outrageous. 15 hours later and I feel like like I’ve had my face dragged along the Bonneville salt flats at 200mph. How they can sell this junk is beyond me. I still have about 9/10s of it left in the container. Which will be getting chucked into their shop tomorrow. That pesky elf on the shelf!!

The handmade doner meat is really tasty and is unbeatable , just wish it was open more often (weekend only) but well worth the wait for it , thoroughly recommend .

We had always just visited in person, usually after attending Beat Generator Live next door, so us and a friend could get a post-punk gig pizza apiece for a very low price. But this last time we ordered a delivery, uncomplicated and simple, just to see how long we would have to wait. To my utter surprise, the X Files we had stuck on at time of order was only halfway through when the pair of pizza pies arrived! We had two large veggie pizzas in front of us in just over 22 minutes, even though we're 1.2 to 1.3 miles from the eatery. What impressed in time did not depress in quality. You can tell the dough was fresh and the sauce was obviously made with decent ingred's. The only thing is, their selection of vegetarian toppings *is* limited. There's about five or six options, and when two of those are Onions... but hey, you wouldn't really notice if you only plump for a pizza once a week or once a fortnight, when pished. No idea if a pescavore or carnivore would be satisfied with their options. + That delivery time. Buy One Get One Free, all the time. City centre location, especially handy for after live gigs on Nth Lindsay, or Ward Road. - Limited vegetable toppings. Limited side dishes as well. Possibly making too much food for some customers' good leading to wanton food waste.

Ordered a huge amount for a party in advance. Everything went down really well and they were perfectly on time.

Undercooked pizza dough, inedible. Nice delivery guy though.

After being 30 mins late. Pizzas were both very disappointing. Extremely thin more like a wrap and both were tasteless. Chicken pakoras batter was much too thick and cooked far too long. Chicken inside was dry.

Absolutely brilliant....fresh,hot and tasty pizzas. Even the kids ate all the pizza between them(a rare occurrance)! The chicken pakoras were huge and fresh. Definitely deserves 5☆. Will def order again soon

Waited over an hour and a half and the food wasn't even worth the wait, all we had ordered was one beef burger and one chicken burger so this amount of time to wait was completely unnecessary, didn't even get a phone call to say they were behind which we thought was unprofessional. A phone call or even text to say would have been appreciated and accepted. Will not be ordering from this take away again.

Food was ordered cooked and delivered within 20 mins. Extremely poor quality and pizzas undercooked , wont be back

first time at Milano's and was very impressed, had two pizza's that were both perfectly cooked and were delicious and chips were very good aswell, collection time was spot on and the staff were very friendly, 10/10 will definitely be back

fast, fast, fastest in Dundee for pizzas. and the pizzas are great however I do recommend the xtra light base over the other option anytime.

Food came fast with a polite delivery guy. Food was good at best. I ordered a cheese pizza with cheese crust and a meat feast with the buy one get one free. The pizza base was very soft but far from inedible. It tasted great but felt a little undercooked like the crust and base wasn't crispy enough even on a thin crust.

Delivery was terrible I order quiet a bit, waiting an hour and ten mins for food really is terrible

Would have liked to leave a decent review but given my order didn't even show up and they guy on the phone wasn't exactly pleasant to talk to, first he said my order was on its way then he said oh wait it's being cooked just now. Won't he ordering again and will want a refund!

Order was supposed to be here at 01.40 and didn't arrive until 02.30, phoned up at 01.40 and they says the order is on its way, when it came it was freezing cold and had to be reheated. Won't order again

Please avoid this place at all costs. Ordered two pizza's through just eat on their bogof offer plus chips garlic bread and sauces. Delivery time was alter to 7pm which was fine, but at 20 past seven my daughter called to be told that it was on it's way. After another 20 minutes she called again to be told the driver had broken down. About 10 mins later, the driver appeared and apologised say that they had been very busy, no mention of breaking down. Pizza's and chips were cold, garlic bread was ruined, and the chilli sauce was like water(obviously they water it down). My daughter called to complain, and the offered to give the next order for free(who wants to order from somewhere so bad). Went on to the just eat site to complain. they called the restaurant, who claimed there had been an accident, sounds like lies to me. Bottom line - DON'T.

Worst service and food we have ever had. Do not order from here. "Food" was 50 mins late despite calling them twice and them saying it was on it's way. When it arrived, the pizza's and the chips were cold. The chilli sauce was so watered down it did not stick to the chips. Everything had to be re-heated which did not help. When called they claimed that the driver had broken down, but told Just eat that there had been an accident, all rubbish. They offered free food on the next order, but who would order again after this? Best advice - DON'T ORDER FROM HERE.

Asked for a 12' Pizza, got 2 small pizzas. Thats fine, could leave one for the next day if I wanted! What I didn't like was the sour after taste that the cheese left after eating the pizza! Defo would not recomend.

Got the 2 for 1 pizza Italian base.. donner was okay not the best though, chicken tikka was a bit dry.. If it wasn't for 2 for 1 then wouldn't be to happy so would rate it 6/10

We usually are happy with pizza from here but it was cold when it arrived, first time we didn't enjoy it as much. It's standard take away food though don't get the chips as they are never good

Ordered at around 20 past 8 and was told the pizzas would be here at 10 past 9. Pizzas didn't come till after 10pm and had to phone twice. Second time on the phone I was close to cancelling it but was told that they had been out for delivery for a while. When the pizzas came they were stone cold and when my partner asked to check the pizzas the delivery driver said they had came fresh from the shop (obviously not true as this wasn't what the guy on the phone said) and then chucked the pizzas at him and ran to his car before we even got a chance to say anything. Really not good I've ordered from here before and it's usually good but tonight was a shambles I'm sorry.

It said buy one get one free on pizzas. Been charged for both. Not restaurant fault. Just eat fault.

Ordered for the first time even though a few friends had said it ain't that good. After reading the reviews I was gonna try it, and to be HONEST shouldn't have listened to my friends. Driver came up with 2 pizzas thinking there was a mix up but he told me it was bogof and five mins earlier than time stated. Pizza was # SHAMAZING. DEFINITELY my families new number 1, we will order our pizzas from here onwards. P.s drivers usually get a bad rep but he was really FRIENDLY.

I've been a student in Dundee for the 3 and a half years and I think this is the best place to get pizza from in the city, to be honest.

Didnt enjoy the food waited over an hour and it was not worth the wait. Went in the bin.

Usually perfect every time we order, but this time was different. Delivery time was unusually long. Asked for lots of salt and vinegar on both the chips we ordered, came with none on and ordered chips and coleslaw and chips and cheese came instead!!! Not big issues as the pizzas were okay but odd as we usually get good service all the time.

Love this place it's great ! Foods great drivers are sound and deliveries always quick ! Only place I use and order something every night basically ! Highly recommend

Informal and unfriendly over the phone and the food was below average.

Pizza was really good but chips were horrendous mean like who ever cooked them must've new they had been reheated lots n tbh weren't fit for human consumption... Like seriously blatently sending out chips like that is just not caring, I paid for them I do expect them to be edible and I'm not fussy at all picked out few edible ones even though I shouldn't have but rest were rock hard had very funny texture and an off brown colour, potato those "potato" chips were close to being petrified. Really makes me doubt their morals if they're are blatently sending out food like that what are they doing in kitchen that we don't see, literally worse chips ever, I wouldn't even feed those to the Irish. Shocking!

The quality of pizza was very poor. I ordered a stuffed crust and I was delivered a burnt pizza, with hardly any cheese inside the crusts. If I pay extra for a stuffed crust, I expect a stuffed crust.

Chicken pakoras were so over fried u cudnt bite into them , chicken burgers just didn't taste right . Safe to say it was a waste of money and we were still hungry .

Got 2 pizzas but topping was ridiculous. You offer 2 for 1 on pizzas but hold back on toppings why do you do that no point giving something free if it means you hold other stuff back.very disappointed
