The Fish and also the chips were fresh generous Seved.we revived much more than we expected for the price. A good place to have a tasty crispy Fish outside and the inner was moist.

We went there from London expecting fresh fish considering the location. Staff are friendly and extremely nice. I got grilled fish take away. I opened my box and it was a mixture of fish pieces and some chips. For me it didn’t seem fresh and I could smell it. Went right in to the bin unfortunately and we went for Burger King instead. I don’t say it was bad I am just saying it was not for me.

Great choice with a very full menu ! Everything was very hot and battered sausages cooked fresh! Lady behind counter was very busy but took your order and explained how long it would take ! Definitely recommend and a great find on a Monday as well Prices very reasonable and portions a great size

The food is always good, but for a chip shop you expect food to be ready a peek time, that said he always cooks it fresh.

What I like about Mike's is the fact that your food is always freshly cooked. Clean environment and friendly,helpful staff. Our favourite chippie.

Went in for lunch, long wait for soggy chips. 3 of us went and no one was satisfied with their meal. Probably wont give ita second chance

Called in on a lovely sunny evening. Chips cooked fresh to order and very good. Nice and crisp and dry . Handy for the park and sat there and fully enjoyed.

very nice fish and chips, mostly cooked to order, so very fresh, eat in as well, cant ask for more then that, plus very nice and friendly staff

Excellent freshly cooked fish & chips .. not greasy & batter was crisp just like fish & chips should be.The two young ladies serving / taking orders were polite & efficient nothing was too much trouble & service with a smile!Something that most big shops forget these days!We had visitors from abroad and loved the fish @ chips from here they were very impressed.Will tell friends & family - prices very reasonable too.Thank you Mike for some good food in Dunstable.

Cooked while you wait, cooked to perfection, mouth watering fish, the best fish and chips in the area by far. Mike will take your order over the phone and it will be ready for pick when you get there.

Had to wait for it to be cooked, so I knew it was fresh, took it home and was delighted. Delicious creamy cod with no skin, well cooked with crisp batter and great chips, cannot fault it, best fish and chips in Dunstable. Friendly and caring staff, well done Mike

I wish I lived closer to this chip shop (although maybe my waistline is grateful for the distance!)This is my favourite chip shop that I've ever come across. The chips are always so delicious and fresh every single time. You will not get bad chips no matter when you go in! You can sit in and eat which I love or you can have them to go. The portion sizes are good. They cost a little more than my local chippy but it's completely justified! The staff are lovely as well.Mmmmm chips.

Easily the most cheerful fish and chip shop staff I've ever met - quite a surprise really!Everything was cooked while I waited - there was a bit of waiting around as a result, but it was nice to know it hadn't been endlessly reheated like some places.Sausage and chips were very good, and a good price - well worth a visit if you're nearby.

Ordered food and waited for it to be cooked. Staff are nice and polite. They talk to you and spend the time which is nice, rather than ignore you and take your money. Will go there again. Food was nice and fresh, hot and tasty.

MIKES Fish and Chip Shop in Dunstable opposite ASDA is far the best one I have found in Dunstable. his shop is always clean the food is always cooked to order and presented on plate perfectly none of this been cooked 20mins ago always freshly cooked full of flavour clean food none of this old oil batter clean + perfect well done mike keep up the good work I will be a customer of yours as long as i am here and recommend you to everybody10/10 excellent chippie.....
