I ordered food here several times, its the best indian around!

Food is great, delivery not so much

Food is always really tasty but the drivers never follow instructions!

Delivery drivers need to follow the instructions on the notes, ignored them completely

As always the food is hot and tasty with excellent portion sizes. Been ordering for a while now and the food is consistently good.

We’ve order from here a few times now and not had a bad meal yet, each time we’ve had completely different meals too. Food is always very hot still when it gets delivered.

Lovely food!!! Unfortunately our food was late due to the driver making an error. We rang the restaurant who was very apologetic and said it would be soon. Sadly the food was no longer hot on arrival, so I rang the restaurant to let them know and again they were incredibly apologetic and offered some items on the house for our next order which was very kind. The food itself was absolutely delicious and customer service was great- 5* for the great food and the kind customer service!

Forst time I've ordered from here, food was very flavourful, piping hot and very quick delivery would absolutely recommend and I'll be back again to order soon

He said he could tell that the onions were grilled, giving it a lovely barbecued taste. It smelled amazing! Nothing missing. Large portions and good price too, with 30% discount included. Was our first time ordering here and I would definitely recommend!

Hot masala was amazing!!! Best curry I’ve ever had

We ordered chicken tikka starter, this was delicious. Sheikh kebab, this was really salty so had to throw half in the bin 😏 mutton tikka bhuna with onion pilau and chips, this again was delicious. We would have given 5 stars but the sheikh kebab let it down 😏

The chicken in the pakoras was over cooked. Very chewy. The rest of the food was lovely. The food here is usually top notch. Won't put me off ordering but I had to be honest.

naan was a little bit soggy but everything else was perfect

Set meal for two. Onion bargee was so dry like it had been in an oven for ages or put in deep fryer for to long . Set meal in general not great . Didn’t like the starter and main not great. I’m not one for leaving bad reviews but I’m afraid I had to . Maybe they need to review set meal for two you not to my taste unfortunately.

First time we’ve ordered from here and the food was absolutely delicious. Each dish was packed with rich, spicy flavors that truly highlighted the best of Indian cuisine. Decided to try this place out. And wasn't disappointed order arrived in the time they said. All the food was still in containers no spillage. As for the food can't fault it. Madras was hot and tasty so was the Biryani and side dishes. Good portions plenty of veg and sauce. Will be back soon

Obviously illiterate asked specifically for no onions on a dish and what happened fully loaded with onions, it’s a simple task to read the order tab and these fools can’t do that. For the record I’ve had a fantastic day sat in the heat enjoying every minute of the sun. I do have manners thank you, what I have an issue with is sun standard service I didn’t ask for much simply no onions it clearly states that on the order it wasn’t something that anyone would struggle with really was it?? The offer of sending out a new order brilliant but pointless you order food so everyone can eat together not one person sat on their own eating while everyone else had finished it doesn’t make any sense just get the order right dimples really!

First time ordering and my last!!! Seen the reviews and ratings of 4.8 and thought must be a great place to eat… I was wrong! Ordered a tandoori kebab……tastes like it was baked in a crust of salt… kebab was carved like it had been stuck with a sword from 4 foot away. Hands down the worst kebab I have ever been served! Garlic sauce was the smallest portion I have ever received from a take away! The nann….or should I say sugar sponge? Weirdest sweetest nann Iv ever tasted! 0 out of 5 avoid

Mia's is our only go to Indian.... Razs dad has been cooking for over 20 Years and the flavours are authentic and very tasty. I really would highly recommend you give it a try.

Curry, rice and spicy chips were ok. Nan bread was burnt and went straight in the bin.

Was really looking forward to this as its highly rated, however food wasn’t great. kebab was thick like it had been cut with a butter knife and tasted old. Onion bahji was ok, tikka/tandoori chicken was pretty dry (probably a good job there was only 3 pieces in each box) and madras and balti sauces were pretty bland, Chips were standard Indian style chips but probably been picky but weren’t seasoned with anything. Delivery was good but did expect a lot more with the price and rating. 20 quid for a kebab box that was at best an ok onion bahji and some ok dipping sauces. Maybe a one off but was bad enough I probably won’t order from here again.

This place is quite literally the best Indian food I have ever had the pleasure of tasting. I’ve tried almost all of the other local Indian restaurants in Chester le Street, Birtley, Fram etc and this is by far superior in taste and quality. The speciality dishes are unreal. Having travelled to India multiple times it’s seems strange to say this but It’s actually better than the food I’ve had there too. I wish this was a restaurant and not just a takeaway.

Decided to try for the 1st time, came prompt within the 45 mins. Ordered a £25 munch box, came with the wrong sauce but thought I could live with that. The donner meat was horrible and the nan bread was stale definitely not fresh. Not surprisingly I won't bother again

Absolutely ridiculous waited an hour for food rang up and they said it was 10 minutes away. 30 minutes later they ring back and say it's not even cooked. Will not be going there again. Absolutely shocking

Outstanding food, best Indian about!

Two things you need to know. I don't normally leave reviews and Ive eaten a lot of Indian food in my life. This one of the best, if not the best, Indian food - restaurant and Takeaway Ive ever had. You will not be disappointed. Order at the right time and delivery is unbelievable!! Ive ordered far too many times for my waist and I shall continue to order in the future. A small error was fixed within 15 minutes and I don't live locally. No it's not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Fabulous service and wonderful food.

Usually good but this time awful Salad was old not fresh Kebab meat was tough and Chicken driest I've ever had even covered in sauce Really disappointed you ket yourselves down for simple things Mainly trying to get away with old salad instead of using Fresh

This place is hands down the best Indian food in the area, including restaurants. Only found it recently and had 3 orders, all absolutely faultless and everything cooked perfectly.

The food was late however the communication to let us know this was superb. Food was absolutely fantastic as always and piping hot. I would highly recommend this place.

Not flavourful. The chicken in the Saag had big pieces that were rock hard. Maybe use a different cut of chicken that will be tender and moist, not chicken breast. The tikka chat was better than expected. I enjoyed this the most.

Ordered the dansak again and it was beautiful! Still the best Indian takeaway I’ve ordered from, takes longer to get to me as you’re not my local Indians but so worth the wait. This time I did order the coriander Nan bread instead of my usual peshwari and didn’t have much flavor but I still ate it. I also rang up to add mint yogurt on my order as I forgot, payed the absolutely lovely driver the extra money and it wasn’t in my bag haha bit of a let down but overall lovely and still my favorite

Food arrived earlier but was happy with that. First time trying here and it was lovely. My only issue was that the onion bhaji were abit stale and dry.
