Chilli and garlic chicken tikka curry is the best I ever had. Good priced food, staff really polite and naan breads are a must.

A decent standard, but just that something missing

ordered chicken tikka masala and chicken tikka balti absolutely rubbish both looked the same mush chicken I can't believe it it's ruined our night will never order from them again

my food was amazing, chicken tikka beautiful, but my friend who ordered the same with chilli got a complete different dish, then he rang up explaining the mistake so they sent another one out and funny enough they sent the same thing they sent the first time so the order was wrong again, this takeaway did not care or fix or try to rectify this situation al because it was late and they wanted to go home. very disappointing on that side. Happy to take your money but not happy to fix problems.

Lovely food, would order again

Terrible, so watery it poured over the side of my plate. It was Completely tasteless. I understand on New Year’s Eve you’re catering to a lot more demand - my advice would be to take less orders and give a better quality. That was so awful, if I’d been there in present I’d have asked for a refund (which I’ve never done in my life). Ive had many a good curry off you in the past as well

Chicken tikka masala is awful nothing like it’s meant to be

Food was tasty, but arrived late and was lukewarm at best. The poppadoms were greasy and soft in places.

Not keen on the food quality so won’t order again.

Amazing as always, foods always piping hot and full of flavour. My fave Indians.

Naan breads and Biryani were good, if lacking a little flavour. Ceylon curry was bland and not well spiced, tasted more like a base than a finished curry. Texture of the meats were good, but let down by the flavour.

40 mins late, so the food wasn’t hot. Not cold either though, and still good.

I have used Miah not less than 15 times. The food is always good. The delivery (or even collection) is variable but usually significantly late. DO NOT ORDER FROM MIAH IF YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR FOOD DELIVERED IN LESS THAN 2.5 HOURS.

The chicken shashlik was very good, but the rice was a little bland and my prince special dish. I had to add a little bit of salt at home in order to make it taste better. Overall the food quality was good and we enjoyed the meal.

Extremely disappointed, food well over an hour late. Contacted Miah, no apology said food was on the way. Usually food is good, no doubt will be cold.

Placed order at 6.15 wasn’t delivered till 9.10, food was cold when arrived however was nice, very disappointed with delivery

I have been here several times over the years and returned again to celebrate my daughters 21st birthday. As always the staff were outstanding and professional. We were able to drop off the birthday cake and they allowed us to decorate the table with celebratory decorations to mark the special event. All nine of us had a very pleasant evening and the food was exceptional as always. It was all hot and delicious as we expected. They even went the extra mile to accommodate my daughter's "weird" request of a curried egg. The staff were attentive but never over-bearing. All in all an excellent evening and enjoyed by all. Thank you to the staff for making my daughters evening a special one.

Very pleased that our food was delivered earlier than 8.05pm as we had not long been home and we were starving! This is a great Indian take away and I will definitely order from them again.

Food arrived in a paper bag absolutely soaked in oil. The meat samosas were tasteless, the chicken tikka very oily and the garlic naan was cold, dry and tasted stale. £37 for two meals, never again!!

Pre ordered food at 630pm for 815pm delivery Delivery was spot on time but unfortunately I believe our food was cooked at 630 when I ordered it as was stone cold as proven by the amount of moisture inside the carrier bag and also could ring the water out of the Naan bread very disappointing as only 5 minutes up the road from restaurant

Lovely veg korma. Chips not worth the calories. Wish there were more chickpeas and potato in the veg korma.

This is a review for a take away. It came highly recommended and when we tried it the first time I was convinced I'd found my new favourite Indian Take Away. The food was superb. Second time was good, but here seemed to be an additional flavour to my Madras. . it was very minty. Not quite right. Last saturday we ordered and collected. Flavours we as good as can be, but we both had chicken and it was awful. Chewy, just awful. I had a piece I couldn't even cut with a knife. Surely a chef can see just be looking whether bits of meat look decent, and not to use it if it's not the best quality. My Galic Keema nan had no garlic and very little Keema, however the Keema rice was again, the best rice I've ever had. So. . . let down by poor quality chicken. I'll go again, probably but if it isn't perfect in every way, like the first one, I'll be going elsewhere from then on. OH - Price. Seems to be a little dearer than most other Indian take aways. I'd be happy with that if the food was like it was the first time, but last chance next time.

Food is always lush from here. Had an issue with a tub of sauce though, the lid must not have been put on properly as the tub was empty with the lid off and the contents were all over the trays in the bag. Didnt mind so much though as the trays had lids on but the bag was soaken, felt sorry for the delivery guy as there must have been some mess in his car. Enjoyed the food though!

Ordered food at 1945, assured delivery would be 2045. Enquired after it's delivery at 2115 to be told it would be a further 5 mins. Received a phonecall at 2130 to tell me it had not even been cooked yet. Then to be told I would receive a refund within 21 days. Incredibly poor. Avoid at all costs, good food is no use unless you can eat it. This is not the first time I have had problems with delivery times from this resteraunt.

Food taste was very bland, hardly any spice or herb taste at all and very oily. Portion size was terrible and packed full of onions rather than meat. Poppadoms tasted stale. Only nice thing was the nan breads.

Not a great experience for the money. Unfortunately late and cold, but these things happen. Curry smelt good and tasted good, shrimp tough and not worth the money for mixed meat. Rice and Nan bread excellent. Always use Mia and understand the cost of items has gone up, but very disappointed. A real shame.

Food was delivered late but the restaurant let me know there was a delay. This is the second time I've ordered from here and will not be the last. The food is lovely and I will be recommending to family and friends.
