We enjoyed a fantastic meal here after a day at the cricket. Great food, very attentive service and well looked after by Naz....definitely worth a visit!

We had the most amazing takeaway from here last night. It was fresh, tasty and very reasonably priced. Great spices, really enjoyed every dish. You get 15%off for takeaway, we had an absolute feast for less than £30. We will definitely come back again and dine in next time!

This place is fantastic the food is excellent genuine people and if i can recommend any where it's here.

Received a £100 order and most dishes are child portions and a lot of it is cold. For example, a lamb tikka sizzler meal consisted of 4 tiny cold pieces of lamb, half a tray of chips and half a serving of sauce. I recommend avoiding this place.

Food was decent, staff were nice and helpful.

We visited last night and very much enjoyed the experience. The samosa chaat is a delight and would recommend the biryani with the lovely vegetable curry sauce. I am looking forward to going back already! The midweek deal is very reasonably priced and portion sizes were good. The menu includes easy to see allergen information which is great for people with dietary requirements. The new location looks really classy- they should put pics of the new venue on their Facebook page! The environment is peaceful and I felt relaxed there, lovely place.

Four of us went here recently and we all enjoyed our food and the experience. It’s not a big restaurant so it feels more individual and the service was good.

Not a great experience. We came here tonight for a birthday meal but was left feeling disappointed. Firstly, the atmosphere was very off, i felt this was down to it being a very small space and the music being almost silent. You could hear every single conversation happening in the room. The food was the biggest let down, the prices definitely do not reflect the portion sizes or quality, they were incredibly small for how pricey they were. We even had to check if they were a main course size not a starter size! I ordered a potato curry and there were 3 pieces of potato altogether? My fiance's curry was very bland and an extremely small portion for a main course, a number of the dishes we ordered were brought out at different times and found ourselves waiting so we could start eating together. Some of the waiters were quite abrupt and didn't feel very welcoming. One thing i will say is the waitress was very welcoming when we arrived and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal.

My food was quite bland which was incredibly disappointing and the service wasn't great either. The other people I was dining with said there food was nice though.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Mezbaan, a new restaurant in Milton Keynes. I can confidently say that I was extremely disappointed with my overall dining experience. Upon arrival, we were informed that our reserved table had been given away and we would have to wait for 15 minutes. While it is understandable for a busy restaurant to have such incidents, it was disheartening considering the hype this establishment had received on social media. After finally being seated, we placed our food orders. Sadly, the wait for our food was unbearably long. When it did arrive, the orders were incorrect and the presentation was shambolic. The service throughout the meal was subpar, except for our server, Nafeesa, who was the only saving grace in an otherwise disappointing experience. While it is not fair to blame Nafeesa for the shortcomings, it is evident that the management and kitchen staff need to improve their processes and standards. The delay and mishaps in food preparation suggest a lack of coordination and attention to detail. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mezbaan Restaurant. It is evident that they have a long way to go in terms of offering a satisfactory dining experience. I hope that they take this feedback constructively and work towards improving their service and quality.

Only if there was a option for zero stars!!! Went with my family yesterday. Was made to feel extremely uncomfortable by the waiter who i think was the manager according to my receipt. He kept approaching my table to comment on the kids and what they were doing. Even tho they were sat there minding there own business, the baby bag i had and where it was placed (under the table). When it came ordering he refused to get me the pickle tray until i made my full order. He then tells me that the grilled tikka chop should be said as lamb chops, if thats the case correct your menu you idiot! Overall very weird experience.if i wasn't with my family i would have had a lot more to say to him!! Seems as tho the people in the restaurant who were of white colour got treated better. If your asian or any other ethnicity you may as-well avoid. In conclusion the guy who served me was a arrogant, stuck up, ignorant, obtuse pleb and control freak with low levels of intelligence. Safe to say i wount be going there again!

Went to the restaurant today food was amazing and the service was exceptional the waiter mr Najim really took care of all our needs as it was a celebration thanks to all the staff excellent team.

We had a lovely meal here. They do both Chinese and Indian which is perfect as I like Indian and the Missus loves Chinese. Starters were amazing and so were the mains, friendly staff too. No complaints from us we will return.

Very disappointing experience. Was really hoping to have our first experience of this restaurant and their food be really good so we could support a local business and recommend to our friends who all live locally. Ordered on a Wednesday PM via justeat at 7pm. Order showed as awaiting a driver and the expected time of delivery was 8pm. At 8.30pm I rang the restaurant as I had heard nothing whatsoever to be told that our food had been ready “ages” and that there was nothing they could do about it and I should telephone Justeat myself. I searched high and low for the contact number for Justeat but there isn’t one for customers. As I live 1.1 miles away from the restaurant, I explained that the right thing to have done would have been to communicate with us and either stump up the £2.50 for a taxi or ask if I could pop down to collect. All that happened is that my order was then cancelled almost 2 hours later. We are local and were hoping to be able to come to the restaurant however the response of the person we spoke with was unhelpful and not customer focused so we won’t be doing this. What a let down.

Food was bland and overcooked. All dishes tasted the same and meat was really chewy. Staff were friendly and nice but service from the kitchen was slow.

Disappointed with the quality and very expensive, £3.25 for a small coke, £8.50 for a single gin & tonic. Expensive sides / extras made a 2 course meal with two drinks £40 a head.

Takeaway….. Asked for a chicken tika rogan josh…. No tika but rogan josh…. I have to say possibly the worst Ive ever had, watery, little taste, 6 small pieces of chicken…. My wife had the crispy chille chicken with noodles…. Nothing was crispy, just a few red peppers thrown in…. Garlic Nan…. Again quite pathetic, thin, very under done & doughey 🤮 All in all this place is poor quality of food & will absolutely stay clear

Great local restaurant, the Indian food we had was quality, good service, nice people.

It was early but me and my friend were the only ones in. The whole p!ace was not very warm and the food was a bit cold too. Also it was quite expensive as a few prawn crackers and a dip cost 5.50. Don't think ill be going back.

One of my favourite places to eat. Food is wonderful, service spot on, excellent value for service and very friendly. Would highly recommend.

Nice restaurant with a mixture of Indian and Thai. Nice selection of Beers too. We had a little wait which is expected for a Saturday night. I had the shredded chicken (delicious) which comes with rice, noodles and chips. I didn’t see a dedicated car park, but there was plenty of space outside to park. Look forward to going again.

It was a very good meal, I can't understate how good the lamb was! The staff were extremely helpful and the service was very quick.

Lovely restaurant and spot on customer service. Attended with a group of 8. Unfortunately, food wasn't as great and portion sizes were disappointing for the price paid. If you do go, stick to the curry options as the Oriental options is disappointing. Overall experience was okay and if we did attend again, would only stick to curries and starters.

Food was decent. Not amazing but not awful. Service was good. Starter portions were small, but mains were ok. However, £4 for a pint of soft drink is excessive. Probably just a one hit wonder for us.

Place looks nice. Food was ok. There was a big party in and staff worked hard, struggled but were very nice. 8pm table booked got table at 8.15. We waited about 10 mins for a menu. Then same again for order to be taken. Got starters about 9pm. Mains about 9.45. We had to ask for wine menu. I asked about food wait times was told 20 mins, it was longer. Staff just didn’t have time for us. We had to ask for serviettes! Non on the table. I had chicken wings so messy hands. I have no idea if there is a dessert or coffee menu, no one offered them? Between courses staff began clearing our table until my wife explained we were still waiting for food. I understand there was a big group in but there was still the same number of tables to serve as any other night. I probably won’t go again there are better places near by.

This is our first visit to Mezbaan and when we walked in we found it to be contemporary and clean. We were politely welcomed and our booking was confirmed, we were then asked if we would like to go to our table. We were given the food and drinks menus and noticed that there wasn't even poppadoms available. Actually, the menu was quite restricted. I opted for the chicken kahari, asking if there was an option to have chicken tikka but was told that this was not available. My wife ordered a biriani which she said was ok but the side sauce tasted like a Patak's paste. When my kahari came it was very oily plus the chicken was quite rubbery which was quite off-putting. Halfway through the meal a waiter asked if everything was ok and I pointed out that my curry was too oily, and he walked away. Sadly, unless I hear of a big improvement on the food I don't think I will be returning.

2nd Apl 22: Just had our 1st takeaway from here and was absolutely disgusted by the sheer volume of oil and grease. The Achari Ghost was swimming in oil (1/3 of the container was oil). The Chicken Chow Mein was heavy, sloppy, contained very little chicken and was pretty much inedible. The salt and pepper chips, well, what can we say, a mean portion of grease-filled chips. In summary, a heart attack on a plate! Spoke to the owner and he did not offer a refund or discount just maybe a free curry next time we order, sorry we've already lost £30!

Food nothing to get excited about, the Thai green curry was a bit insipid. Naan bread not very authentic.

My Mezbaan experience was extremely disappointing. My wife and friend entered the restaurant first to be seated ordering drinks. My friend and I arrived ten minutes later and were ignored at the reception desk for five minutes with staff walking past us. Once seated with our partners, the guys beers were at the table but the girls had two wait a further five minutes for their wine following two further prompts. Staff attitude is appalling, management does not care, ordering food took a long time. The waitress plonked any plate in front of each of us without asking who had ordered what dish. Refreshing of drinks was slow, food cold and substandard, but heavily priced. Simply the worst experience I have had in a restaurants for many years.

Ate here plenty of times and the food and service is always spot on. Highly recommend

Was not impressed with the food I ordered. Place is done nicely though. Food order took way long time to arrive (over an hour) despite the fact they were not busy. I didn't like the beef chops at all and end up not eating it. Very disappointing 😞

The Table was booked for two 8.30 pm we got there no one at desk to acknowledge arrival or take name we waited few minutes then just sat at the bar noted the place has nice ambience atmosphere was pleasant we ordered drinks told bar staff we booked a table 25 minutes passed still not seen reminded the staff again we had booked a table at 8.30 pm once seated we ordered Indian food from the menu starter was ok but the main meal was of poor quality we ordered three dishes all three came in the same consistency sauce only change was one had lamb thrown iin it other prawn and third Indian cheese (paneer) we had specified one extra hot 🔥 other hot but they all tasted the same rice was edible ok portion roti was dry and hard served in an open plate got cold and was too crispy couldn't eat it or break it off I did ask them why roti was like that was told made in tandoor (clay oven ) fair enough my bad for not checking how it was cooked ordered fudge cake it was served hot wasn't offeredd a choice of hot or cold ( personally don't like my cake warmed up tastes yuk and smell ugh ) coffee got forgotten when they remembered I cancelled it the place was recommended by friends and good reviews but I won't be going again and don't recommend the indian menu at all!

This is our 5th visit to Mezbaan in as many weeks. What a Gem right on our doorstep. Fully licenced the food and service in this restaurant is second to none. Make sure that you are hungry before you go because the portions are large. The flavors and taste of the food are wonderful. Fabulous. I had Cantonese veg and noodles it was delicious. My husband had a chicken curry he really enjoyed it. We went on a night that they had new staff and they were being trained. All of the staff new and experienced were excellent. We will definitely recommend and will be back in the very near future.

Went to this restaurant for the first time after being highly recommended by my friends and family. The décor was so beautiful and rich. Am so glad I tried this place out. The food was exceptional!!! Me and my friends had the lamp chops for starters which were the best chops I have had, they were soft and so succulent. We also have the chicken wings which were so juicy and the dynamite prawns were delicious. Would definitely get them all again. For mains we had the gourmet beef burger, lamb karahi, chicken steak which comes with noddles, rice and chips and oriental beef spicy noodles. All was so flavoursome. My favourite were the noodles! The sticky toffee pudding for dessert was a dream!

Went last night with some good freinds for a birthday meal, absolutely fabulous the atmosphere was really inviting and the food was excellent I had salt & pepper chicken for starters followed by shredded beef all I can say it was beautifully presented and tasted divine, thanks to all the staff for a very pleasant evening very well done. Had the pleasure to dine at mezbaan .. wow, was totally blown away with the amaizng food .. starters was absolutely on point and loved the range of food available to choose from .We ordered a mix of starters and mains and each was absolutely divine ..mocktails was also very delicious! The restaurant has a very modern feel as deco is unique. The staff was absolutely amazing and ensured we was taken well care of .. definitely recommend to others :)

Came here tonight with a big group of friends and had such a good time. The place has such a nice vibe, it’s cosy yet stylish and the food was amazing. I’m usually a bit wary with places that offer such a large variety of food, but I ordered Chinese starters and an Indian main and everything was perfect. There’s literally something for everyone here. Not one complaint from the entire table, everything was spot on. The food was served fast and fresh and all the staff were lovely Will be coming here again and recommending to everyone. Definitely a 10/10 must try.

Well where does one begin ! The service was fantastic , the best , impeccable say no more . The food starter and main course if i had the room in my stomach ate them both twice well presented cooked to perfection . Id recommended this place 100% .
