Lovely Indian meal at the Mezbaan. Great selection of dishes, along with the old faithful. Staff really welcoming and polite. Would highly recommend.

Went here for NYE omg The most amazing curry we have eaten in a long long time ! Starters was delicious and the staff were so friendly x Coming from the balti capital ( Brum ) we were apprehensive to try but I can assure you and any fellow Yam Yam to get in there SUPERB would stay over a night there in Tewksbury just for a curry

Excellent food and some really interesting dishes to choose from. Loved the tandoori dishes that came on boards and the naan breads were fab. The staff were outstanding and couldn’t do enough for us. They even gave us a lift back to our hotel when we were let down by our taxi firm!

Went with a friend and it was the BEST Indian meal I have ever had. The service was warm,friendly whilst professional. The interior is really nicely decorated...and the food. What can I say...it was amazing . Everything I ordered, but a special mention to the Peshwari naan bread. Thank-you to all the staff for a lovely evening.

Motorhome visit to Tewksbury and time to relax. On Saturday night we opted for a takeaway. Mezbaan Indian Restaurant was only 2 minutes walk from our campsite (next to the Abbey). As soon as I walked in to order, I was treated like a regular customer! 😁 Had time for a pint and a chat as my order was being prepared. When returning to our Motorhome, we were astounded at the quantity and more importantly the quality of the food. Indeed one of the best indian meals we've ever had. All this and 20% off the reasonable menu price, as it was a takeaway. Cannot recommend more highly. Well worth a visit. Just wish we lived closer! 😁

Had a lovely date night here and the staff were friendly. The food was great if a tiny bit oily for my taste- and we both felt quite Blergh that night and the next day. All in ok.

This was easy to book online, confirmed within minutes. The restaurant had a pleasant buzz about it and was spacious and clean. There was a great choice of classic curry house dishes as well as some house specials. There were four of us and we all chose something we’d never tried before and all the food was spot on. The staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mak for his kindness.

Visited the Mezbaan for an impromptu date night. Food was outstanding, with excellent service. Delicious flavours and everything was nice and hot. Highly recommend a visit, thank you Mac and the team.

Food very nice but felt we were on a conveyer belt. Everything was rushed and when I commented was told they needed table for next guests, not been back since.

I called Mac to make a booking and he said to turn up and he would find me a quiet table. He was true to his word. We had a very warm welcome. It was a busy Friday night. We had scallops to start and then hubby had the king prawn naga and I had a prawn jillgree. The river prawns were very fresh and both curries delicious. We were warned that they would be hot and they were :-) I had lime and green chilli rice and we shared a bottle of sauv Blanc which was ok. Very friendly service and great atmosphere. The bill was very reasonable.. I am not surprised that this restaurant has been nominated for the National Curry Awards and I wish them well. Looking forward to returning next time I visit relatives in the area and exploring more of the menu.

We started supporting Mac and the team at Mezbaan since they opened during the pandemic. Every visit we have to Mezbaan, the food gets better and better! Great service and good value!! You won’t be disappointed!!

Mezbaan is nothing but 5 star every time. Food and service from Mac and his team is second to none! The menu is wide and varied and they will always try and accommodate some variation if you would like a dish tweaked!

Best Indian. Been to a lot of Indians but Mezzaban is exceptional, Mac and his staff can not do enough for you, food is exceptional fantastic menu and all dishes are served to perfection.

Very friendly staff who are happy to recommend dishes and custom make them to suit your taste. We have been three times and always ordered different dishes. Everything has been delicious and fresh.

Mezbaan is not a "run of the mill" Indian. The menu is varied and interesting. The dishes have a real depth with different layers of flavour. Great variety for meat-eaters and vegetarians. Staff are welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommended.

After reading tripadvisor reviews we decided best place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Both starters excellent. So to were our two mains. No room for dessert. Service very good and not intrusive. Highly recommend this restaurant
