I give the food a very high rating but we were perhaps not best served. We were unaware how big the portions were and made a mistake of ordering a mixed shish each and a shared greek salad. The lamb and chicken was delicious, and the salad was plentiful. This would have been more than enough, but we weren't advised that the dinner came with turkish bread and a simple salad automatically (and again, really good). Had we known this, we would have ordered way less. Again, that's partly our fault for not asking a simple question. As we were visiting, we really enjoyed our delicious food but would have preferred not having to waste food (not surprisingly, our takeout of half a meal each ended up in the bin the next day as we had no way of reheating it).

Very bad customer service, i have never witnessed anything like this. Food was very soggy and not fresh at all, salad was wet and bread was hard, toilets absolutely stank of rubbish, stay away

It was my birthday on 23rd Dec 22. I have visited the restaurant few times before and I have always liked the service and that is the reason I decided to visit again for my special day. Unfortunately this time, around the staff that were on duty on this occasion were unbelievably awful, they were arguing with us when requested for simple things like changing an unclean plate, changing cutleries of which I did not understand what was the big deal. The restaurant was not busy, and therefore I did not understand what was the problem. The staff including the lady manager was not willing to give another table for my guests and started arguing with us and wanted us to squize ourselves on o sofa seat while the the rest of the tables were empty. Everyone was to pay the bill individually but the management insisted that the bill should be paid from one my card, where does that happen because I have not heard of such a thing before. Who pays the bill for people when they have individually ordered their meal. Who is able to pay over £300 meal at one go for over 12 people.. I was very confused because all I did was to book the place and i was not informed anything like that at the time of booking, because I would not have gone ahead with the booking in the first place. My guests were very unhappy with your service on the night. Please do not argue with your customers, do your best to make them happy. Will I come back again?

Another amazing meal with plentiful food well presented. Staff accomodating and helpful. Ordered too much food and the staff offered boxes to take away. Chefs always deliver fresh produce. Great atmosphere and very popular restaurant. I would highly recommend if your looking for fresh food in a spotless restaurant

We had our christening held in last week. It was amazing and we enjoyed it very much. The food per se is super good and we didn’t even finish them. The guests and family blend in together and occupied the event area exclusively for us max 30 people. We have a lovely place nearby who lives locally and make your event memorable. It’s good for kiddy party too as they have a little den room to play. I will use this place again for future events. Thank for having us, Meydan!

Went to this restaurant with a group of friends for an evening meal on Barking Road in London's Canning Town area. Service was very decent and the staff were quite friendly. One of the waiters even took time to take pictures of us so that everyone could be captured. I had a whole Seabass and that tasted great. Others had red meat dishes and the general consensus was that the food was very good. This is certainly a place to check out for those who love Turkish food.

The best service that i had in a very long time, the waiter Ketiola was amazing and very kind She took care of us and recommended us some calamari and cigara boretti as a starter and then we had a mix kebab with rice and cuscus The food was delicious ! Definitely gonna come back again

Had a Lamb Shish delivered to work for a business lunch. Lamb cooked perfectly, salad and bread very fresh and the roasted chilli pepper an unexpected treat! Highly recommended - I will be back!

Staff have an awful attitude problem. Struggled to get a drink brought over, after telling staff they hadn’t brought items over they came and threw the remaining dishes on the table and then came back over with the bill telling us we’d been there too long and had to leave. Came here loads of times before lock down and always loved it. Clearly new ownership and new staff - looks like a front now for something illegal.

Wouldn’t recommend to go here it’s horrible The staff even don’t care about you I went there today order a food for myself and my mum and starters the starters came when I ask them twice then I’ve waited an hour for my food I ask them they said 4 mins then after 4 mins they said 4 mins again at the end I didn’t wait for my food. It doesn’t matter how busy they are they shouldn’t make customer to wait an hour for a food. 😡🤬
