never know if the chicken is gonna be spicy or not even when u don't order spicy, it can still be too much for someone who don't like spice...like the kids that I order for :( other than that I love metros!! the fries are perfect!! shame the quality is so inconsistent as I'd order more often. please metros, makes sure ur boneless chicken isn't spicy!!

boneless chicken was too spicy!! good job I ordered a popcorn chicken cause my kids couldn't manage the boneless chicken that came. the fries go down really well thou, loved by all :)

The food is very tasty. One can judge the good quality by the quality of the chips. Oil seems to be changed regularly which is a definite plus. The staff are friendly and always accommodate special requests. No difference in quality between walk ins and online order. They deliver great food every time. The spicy wings are to die for! A must try

Dont order from here on delivery app! This has happened three times to me - on purpose they miss out items when you order from them on ubereats!! When you order a meal they'll leave out the can of drink or chips or parts of your burger. Avoid, I won't be ordering from here anymore

chicken wasn't cooked enough, was soggy, bought 10 peice meal and had to chuck 6 in the bin, weren't to happy and one of the cans of coke had a split in it.

I would say the food is decent and service is good , however the portion sizes are horrible they put the chicken at the bottom and fries at the to make it look like there a-lot but really it’s just a handful of chips .

Grilled chicken not cooked properly, blood was coming out once started eating. Too much sour taste. Doesn't like it. We just chucked it, wastage of money.

I ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce, cheese, burger sauce and ketchup with chips this evening I’ve been ill and the burger did taste funny but thought nothing of it at the time as I was hungry. The ketchup was runny and tasted weird and there was pea sized black what I thought was grease and stuff off the tongs and things. I am really disappointed as I always used to come here and it was nice. But now this has put me off and I will not be returning.

After today I will never ever try fried chicken at all . this is really not nice , I hate it

This is where I usually order wings from ,but today they smelled awful and had an awfull taste ,couldn't be eaten as most probably they were expired ,threw them in the bin and will never order from this place again

burger was nice , chips were like cardboard, and as for the bbq wings I would review them I f we had them . yep part of the order was missing. And got a message to say driver on the way when we had finished our order 15 minutes ago.. Great upto date service.

The food is fast and amazing, if you're not used to fried chicken, they're a little bit spicy, but otherwise the food is amazing, cheap, and great client service, the owner is knows how to make chicken, and great to talk, very friendly (even gave a soda on the house)

Don’t waste your time with this place. They don’t speak English. Is very hard to comunicat with them.all the people that they give good reviews are their family or friends or they give free food to the customers for a good review. The food is always old and disgusting 🤮

We got another persons meal but was starving so ate it.

Ordered here on just eat since it said closing time was 2am. I ordered at 11pm they stole my money the shop was closed and they was never preparing my order in the first place. Fuming.

Can you give the option removing the sauces I don’t need ketchup and burger sauce other than that it was very nice

It was very late the food, I was not informed and had to call myself. I was not even compensated with extra food for the late service.. over all a very long and tiring experience.

First time ordering from here and it was really good! Hot on arrival and food tasted good. Probably better than KFC tbh. But that’s not saying much as KFC quality has gone down hill. Anyway, pleasantly surprised and will order again!

Chicken and chip were COLD and piece of the chicken under the coating was BLACK. The coating was hanging off the chicken leg. So waste of money after seeing that piece put me off, the black piece went in the bin but I took a picture. Have ordered here before n it was really nice. So very disappointed

Disgusting service. Went in today during my lunch. This new guy serving told me to pay extra for peri salt apparently I put too much. Told him I come here Everytime and he said not to come again.

My husband now prefers this to Kentucky Fried Chicken as the service is super quick and the chicken is cooked well and delivery is great, always hot when delivered where as Kentucky is often cold, slow delivery and not as good as it use to be.

Rang the restaurant to politely ask if I can have no ketchup in my Tower fillet Burger just Mayonnaise, the phone was put down on me so I called again this time waiting a lot longer for them to pick up, same Guy answered, explained what I was trying to do and he put phone w down again!! 3rd time calling now running out of patience I ask him why he kept putting the phone down on me and what his name ? He said "NO"!! So I asked "NO" if he could pass me onto the manager and he told told me "NO" !! (Loves that word) and put the phone down on me AGAIN!!!! Tried calling a 4th time but with no success, needless to say I have now cancelled the order and told the 50 people I work with in the office to never order from you again so Mr "NO" at your business has cost you a lot of money and a really bad reputation!!
